Tulsa Truck Loading & Unloading

Roland and his crew arrived on time and started working immediately! They packed all my moving tubs on their dollies, took my bed and couch apart, wrapped my wooden furniture, and even wrapped my mattresses in the plastic sheeting I had to protect them. The price he quoted started when they arrived (not when they left their office or get gas) so everything was packed and unloaded quickly. They put my furniture back together and moved my furniture in place. This was the second time I used them! **Ignore the three 1* star reviews as hey are from the same person who wrote 3 different reviews!!*

A terrible moving experience! The owner contracted a particular price with me then once they had all of my possessions he increased their fee. His employees also broke my antique furniture and stole prescription medications from the rental house I was vacating. Do NOT trust this group to move your personal belongings or you will surely regret it.

They overcharged me once they had my possessions, damaged my antique furniture and stole pharmaceutical drugs from the rental home I was vacating I would NOT recommend this moving company to anyone They can not be trusted

A terrible moving company!!! Not only did they raise the contracted hourly fee (once they had my possessions) but they damaged numerous antiques and stole prescription drugs our of the rental house medicine cabinet I filed a police report for the theft and also requested a refund for the overcharging This company never responded... Do not hire them to move anything or you will surely regret it 👎🏼

Roland and his crew were extremely flexible (came early after I realized I booked the wrong time), worked unbelievably hard, and packed things as if they were their own. After traveling over 1800 miles, not one thing that his crew packed was damaged or broken. In addition, Roland was able to completely maximize the space in our moving truck, which allowed us to load more on the truck than we thought. Also, when it came time to unload, which is usually a shorter process than loading, it took almost as long for the crew in Florida to unload as it did for Roland to wrap, disassemble, stage and load. I cannot recommend him highly enough. A ++++

They were prompt (did it the afternoon I called, when they completed their move for the day) polite, careful and particular about the positioning of the bed, which I appreciated. I am glad to know that there is a company in Tulsa who I can call in the future for small moving jobs!

Went good & fast. 4 guys came to unload. Only charged for 2 but they got it done In less than hour.

Lopez and his two assistance showed up on time and start loading furniture into their truck with a reasonable speed, but as the day went on, he became less cooperative and slower in movement, they also took one hour for lunch but told us it was only half an hour. He told my wife that he can put our treadmill in the new designated room if we can get him some tools to do so, and we did he didn't do it and left the treadmill in the garage. my wife was upset because he lied to us and when I approached him about this issue, he got mad and stopped unloading and asked me to pay him $1200 in cash or he will leave with our remaining furniture in his Truck. I told him that we didn't agree to pay him in cash, and he had only spent 10 hours so far, and didn't do what he said will do ( washer and dryer and no connected, and treadmill is not in the designated room) he was very threatening and loud repeating his demand for immediate cash and when I told him I will write a check after he is done with all the unloading, ,He refused and continued to lock the truck and sat there for some time along with his two assistance and was ready to leave but I told him, that I will call the police, but he didn't care. I had to call the police who came several minutes later but told me that this is a civil matter and they can't force him to unload my furniture, but they will try to work something out to satisfy both parties. I was shocked to hear that, but apparently he knew that law and that is why he stopped in the middle of the job and demanded more money than what he estimated and asked for cash. This negotiation took at least half hour, finally agreed to pay him immediately the ten and half hours of work he did in combined cash and check (60/40) and he called his wife to the location and made me pay her the money and check before he can resume unloading the rest of our furniture. This was one of the worst experience for me my wife and my kids to go through and find out from the police that there is nothing they can do to force him to finish the job, I was even told that this a common practice unless you have a written contract, which I didn't because he just sent me an estimate by e-mail. Don't hire this guy, be suspicious with the rating he has on Angie's list, and if you are moving have a contract in writing.

Roland and his helper (my aplogies for forgetting helper's name) showed up right on time. They came to 3rd floor apartment and got right to work. Decision was made to load all of son's stuff that bought the house first, then load all of son's stuff that was moving to a different apartment. All furniture that required it was wrapped and protected. Nothing got broken or damaged. These guys were GREAT! They had to carry everything down 2 flights of stairs to their truck. Once the truck was loaded they went to son's new apartment and unloaded all his furniture the over to 2nd son's house to unload all his stuff. Anytime there was a question on where something went, or who it went to, the guys always asked. Everything ended up at the correct place. These guys never slowed down, and the total move to seperate places only took 5 hrs which is a miracle considering all the trips up and down all those stairs and items going to two seperate places.

From our initial contact through the two-day move; Roland, Chris and their 5 employees were courteous, careful, hard working, and never complained about the challenges our physical location created. They arrived on time each morning and worked through two of the hottest days in August without missing a beat. They took great care with our belongings, carefully wrapping artwork, antiques, and upholstered furniture. We were happy to provide lunch both days and our tips were graciously accepted. When we move again in 18 months to 2 years, we will use them again--the very best recommendation!
