Description of Work: Complete remodel of my bathroom. Went really well. Great team. The only thing that I would change is better communication on time in the house and punctuality of the time. They did have a door lock if they needed to come and go but since we did not know any of these people we planned it out so either my husband or I would be there. I think they should be a little more respectful to that issue. Strangers coming into ones house these days is not easy. Just be mindful of that not everyone is comfortable with using the come and go method as you please.

Description of Work: Kitchen upgrade. Replaced counter tops, flooring, backsplash. wood floor removal and replacement. Granite in laundry room and upstairs bathrooms granite countertops and new sinks and faucets.

Description of Work: The company replaced our front door (picked up the new one from the store prior to installation), painted the trim around the door, installed crown molding in the master bathroom, and reinforced support beam in the attic for our roof.

Description of Work: They came out for a quote on some bathroom remodel. They were punctual and professional. We just chose another company and many factors came into that decision but we will get a quote from them again if we need anymore work.

Description of Work: In the master bath, James cut down a shower wall, moved the plumbing and glassed in the shower. He tiled the bathroom and master closet floors, tiled the shower, replaced the toilet and sinks, installed granite countertops and granite window sill. He had the oversized mirror cut down and built a frame for the mirror, replaced the light fixtures and all the faucets, built and tiled a front for the spa tub. It is wonderful! I had the basics of what I wanted but he suggested some wonderful extras. Our bathroom is truly wonderful beyond what I had expected. We were so happy we immediately asked him to do the smaller bathroom. He used a lot of leftovers from the master bath and saved us money! We now have two great bathrooms and I'm trying to come up with the next project for The Service Guy. He was great to work with as was his wife. He had two helpers that we felt very comfortable leaving the house while they worked. This was a project that I had dreaded and put off, but it was smooth as could be and now I regret I waited so long!

Description of Work: Drywall work in a garage area above and around some stairs that were added. Overall value was great. I would use him again. If it was for interior work, I'd want to discuss the quality of the finish. Not to great on my job, but it was a garage.

Description of Work: Gutted walls, floor, tile around tub. Removed wall mount sink and old toilet. Placed drywall on all walls/ceiling/above tub. Placed new tile around bath and floor. Moved toilet and plumbing to accommodate a corner toilet. Installed new pedestal sink and toilet. Updated plumbing in shower and sink, and installed new shower hardware. Installed new bath fan.

Description of Work: The Service Guy exceeded my expectations in creating the bathroom of my dreams. My husband and I are both older and wanted a walking shower. The shower is magnificent and done with products that The Service Guy brought to my attention. There is one thing I told James when he finished the bathroom and that was I had enjoyed the experience. James's is up front about everything he does. He gave me an estimate and accepted the changes I asked for with a great attitude. I would use him and again and highly recommend his services.

Description of Work: I purchased a foreclosed home that needed a lot of work, much of which I contracted out to James. James worked on two major projects for me, the kitchen and main bathroom. He replaced my water heater (built a new cabinet for it as well), plumbed my new kitchen sink & dishwasher, and replaced kitchen back splash. In the main bathroom he did all the ceramic tile work, plumbed the new sink, installed a new vanity, installed a new bathtub, installed new shower tiles (and the backer board), shower head and valves. He also fixed the giant hole I had in my master bedroom wall (it was an access panel to the shower hardware).

Description of Work: A nearly complete bathroom remodeling. We kept the wood cabinets and door and replaced everything else. New Tub/Shower, new toilet, new sink/counter top, new mirror and lighting, paint.

Description of Work: James, the Service Guy, installed a beautiful ceramic tile floor in my Mom's kitchen. Then, there were a couple tiles that we cracked, and he came back and fixed those, and also made some adjustments to the dishwasher and got it back under the cabinet!
