Description of Work: I bought all new windows from them, but they did not install. Aprox 4 years later 2 of the windows failed and they were still under warranty. Thermal windows came out and fixed them promptly. I've had no further problems with the windows.

Description of Work: New windows and storm doors. Thermal Windows came out gave us an estimate and we ordered they informed us at the time of the order that they were running behind on installation. They told us it would be approximately 6 weeks and it wasn't that long. They called us a couple of weeks ahead of installation to schedule the installation and gave us a date and time. They were at our home at the time they said they would be and were very professional. We would highly recommend this company to anyone that is looking for windows and doors. The windows are great quality and everything they told and showed us at time of estimate.
