During a recent cold spell we had ICE form on the inside of the windows. Not just a little frost but solid ICE. When I called Thermal Windows about this issue they replied that they have had several calls during this cold spell with the same issue. They proceeded to tell me this was normal, then listed all the things I could do to reduce the amount of ice on the windows. 1- Remove window coverings ( I do not have any) 2- Reduce the humidity in the house ( currently at 31%). 3- Place a fan at each window to circulate air. These windows were installed by them, on a new construction house a little over a year ago. FROM INSTALLATION TO CUSTOMER THIS IS NOT THE SAME COMPANY IT WAS JUST A FEW YEARS AGO. CAN NOT RECOMMEND!

Everything went perfect from beginning to end. Great Sales personal very professional and not pushy at all, we decided to get the windows waited 2 weeks and the installers arrived at my house within 5 minutes as they said they were going to be there, Installation went well and fast they clean everything as they found. Now I am just enjoying my windows they look and performed great.

I’m still waiting for them to fix a manufacturing problem. Ordered the windows in February 2018, they came out to install them in April (long wait but expected). They delayed installing the two largest windows because I pointed out to them the arch windows above the main windows didn’t have the ordered mutton bars in them (they hadn’t noticed the error). They were back out two weeks later and installed the correct arch windows and the two large picture windows. However now it was obvious that the mutton bars on the two large single hung side windows they installed earlier didn’t line up with the new large picture window they had just installed. They sent their installation manager out to remeasure the bars and said they would get back with me. Every conversation with them since has been at my initiation. Their follow up and communication is almost nil. Their manufacturing quality control is obviously non-existent and customer concern very poor. I went with Thermal Windows because they were an integrated Oklahoma company with a long track record that handled both manufacturing and installation. This was my second attempt at replacement windows on this house (the first replacement windows failed within eight years, manufacturing company (TRACO) - out of business, and selling/installation company (Windsor Door) wouldn’t stand behind the product they had previously sold me). I absolutely have no confidence now in Thermal Windows either. I can only say “buyer beware” when it comes to replacement windows.

Company is very professional and work was high quality. May not be the lowest cost option, but there are certainly more expensive windows and doors out there. They are local and stand behind their product.

Installation and product was fine. However...when we initially met with them we discussed that our MAIN REASON for getting new windows was due to condensation on the windows in the winter time. We were told that new windows would help. They didn't...as a matter of fact a $200 de-humidifier has solved the problem. When we called them about our concerns they were very slow to respond (and weren't able to help with the problem). Had we known that new double pane, gas filled windows won't solve your condensation issues we could have saved thousands of dollars by just buying the de-humidifier. I should have done more research. Hopefully, this helps someone else.

Everyone I dealt with was very professional. The salesman I dealt with has a background in installation experience, not sales; and as such, was more of an expert than a salesman. Therefore, he was very helpful. The people who came to do the job were also professional. The installation job they did was excellent. My intallation was more difficult because I have decorative steel grates (burglar bars) that had to be removed and then re-installed. The Thermal Windows themselves are great. MUCH better than my old wood windows with regard to fit, finish, and functionality. The windows themselves looks great too. They appear from both the room and from the street as nice windows, not cheap windows. I am 100% satisfied with their company personel and their product.

Everyone was prompt, polite, and professional from my salesperson, Judy, to the installation crew. They replaced wood rot in one bathroom and I expected an extra charge, but it was included. I will definitely use them again with my new home!

I have had the rare experience to have installation from Anderson and from Thermal Windows. I can say without any doubt that Thermal Windows was hands down more professional in Salesmanship and installation. Price without a doubt was far better than Anderson with what I have to say is similar in quality. My husband and I have had to replace our entire home with new windows. We had Anderson do the front half since we did not call other companies at first. The sales person that came out I felt was very unprofessional and yet my husband felt confident with the quality. I was SHOCKED by the price. When it came time to do the back of our home I asked my husband to please let me call Thermal Windows to get a 2nd bid and I would still give Anderson a shot at it. HUGE difference with the sales people HUGE! I went with Thermal and then when the installers showed up WOW what a difference. These guys were professional, neat and cleaned up. So without any thought when we decided to have our last 2 windows installed I called the same sales person I had the pleasure of using last year and ordered. It really pays to compare! I am glad we did. Thank you Thermal Windows!

Leo and his assistant installer arrived between 7:30 and 8:00 AM just as we were advised they would. They quickly unloaded their equipment and our brand new windows and set to work. They laid drop cloths inside and outside as they removed each window virtually eliminating any need for clean up by us as they went from room to room, window to window. After installing the windows they done a very neat professional job caulking around each window. We have a natural stone house and they done a great job placing fresh mortar around the window frames on the outside leaving a very beautiful look to the windows. When they finished and loaded up I think the yard and the inside of the house by each window was cleaner than before their arrival. I wasn't sure how long the task would take but they had the job done and were gone by noon. We had several reasons in choosing Thermal Windows, Tulsa based company, price and the way were treated during the quotation period. After the installation I am so happy we chose them and I highly recommend this company.

Wow what a difference! The new windows were a great investment. I lease this home out and the tenants were ecstatic. The windows were installed in November. The old windows were the original single pane metal framed windows. The new windows kept the house much warmer and the noise level dropped dramatically. The installers were willing to stay late and finish the job and the tenants allowed the installers to stay till 9:30 pm. The installers are very professional and knew what they were doing. They did a very good job considering the house had brick siding and some of the old windows were very difficult to take out. I checked the house in the morning and found a few minor issues. Thermal windows was out the next day and had them taken care of immediately. The minor issues were some broken glass from the old windows got left behind, which was acceptable since the fragments would have been invisible at night. The other issue was a missing latch. Both issues were taken care of immediately. We were so impressed we have about $6000.00 of windows purchased for another home we own. I plan to use Thermal windows exclusively. We had some very high end glass companies come out and the same windows would cost double the price with fiberglass frames. We were not impressed with vinyl at all since the same structural integrity as aluminum would have meant a frame twice as thick. The rep from one of the high end companies was adamant we not use aluminum frames and gave a bunch of reasons why. None of his reasons were valid. Thermal windows aluminum frames did not transfer the cold air from the out side into the house and they did an excellent job at eliminating noise and are great at insulating the home in the cold (The windows are low E but since it's summer can't comment on heat transfer, but low E glass is Low E glass). One last consideration to think of before you consider vinyl frames; ask your self why modern sky scrapers do NOT use vinyl frames in their windows? Still not convinced, next time you visit a strip mall with large glass windows the have to withstand 90 mph winds what type of frames are the windows in? If you answered aluminum you were right. If you want windows that will last you need a strong frame.

Not sure why it took 2 trucks and 4 guys to do 4 windows and the still took from 9-4, but install was good and they did do some trim wood replacement as well.

Thermal Windows did a great job with the first round of windows and back door. The price was great for the quality of windows we received. All staff has been courteous and professional. Can't wait to have the rest of the windows put in later this year! :-)

Thermal Windows was excellent to work with. I changed my mind a few times on what I wanted and they were quick to accommodate. Their price was a little higher than some of the other windows I priced. However, I consider their product superior to the other windows I checked out and I was willing to pay the higher cost for better quality. Most of the other windows I priced were vinyl and I did not want a vinyl window. I really appreciate the no pressure sales. They came to my house, gave me a bid (without telling me I had just a few days to make up my mind before the price would go up) and left me alone to make the decision. All the installers were cordial and they did an excellent job. The installers worked with me on times that would accommodate my schedule and their schedule. Thermal Windows will ask for a name of someone who referred you and I just happen to have a friend that used them and really liked the product. They rewarded the person that referred me. I apppreciate that they understand that word of mouth is the best service a customer can give back to them. EXCELLENT company for product and installation.

They were great and even took the dog guard off my old screen and put it on the new screen. They had the bronze/brown color to match the rest of my windows that were already in the house when I bought it.

Thermal Windows has an amazing product with amazing an crew! They replaced two sets of old French doors in our home with thermal sliders. The insulating properties were immediately noticeable. We did have a small issue when we first contacted them about someone coming out and giving us an estimate; but, on the second try a month or so later, everything went very smoothly. The representative gave us a clear presentation on available options and why he would or wouldn't recommend certain combinations of options. We were given a expected date of installation and the doors were actually ready a few days early. The crew completed one set of doors on two consecutive days. We laughed that they sat around the corner waiting for eight o'clock, because the doorbell rang on the dot each day. They were efficient and considerate. Removal of the old doors and installation and trim work on the new sliders was completed flawlessly. Each day they cleaned the area of all wood, nails, etc. and left the workspace spotless. We will definitely call them when we are ready to replace other doors and windows.

Everything went well from start to finish. No high pressure sales. Installation was on time and done well and rather quickly. Quality of windows cannot be beat and the price was comparable with other vendors. I would recommend their services and products to anyone needing windows.

I did not realize exactly what a huge task this was to be. The gentlemen were extremely polite and respectful. They took precautions to protect my belongings and floors. They cleaned up thoroughly after the job was completed. I am very pleased and satisfied with the quality of the job, and with the quality of the employees.

windows made and installed a double hung window over the sink. large 3 panel window in eating area. the only problem for my wife was it took more of the window sill space than expected due to the thickness of the new windows. { less space for potted plants} The new windows work and look great . very satisfied
