They were great. I would recommend them to anybody. I liked that they were a local company and that their windows are manufactured in the US.

The work turned out very well. They did what they promised to do.

We were very pleased with the bay window and almost pleased with the door. It seems like the door is very hard get open. The bolt lock doesn’t appear to go in all the way.

They were excellent, however the installer was a little was a little careless with the foam. Everything else including the follow up has been good.

HIghly recommend product and services- every associate from David's initial visit and the installation team to Dustin's follow-up call was professional, knowledgeable and worked hard to meet our needs. The window is beautiful and quality/warranty is excellent.

The initial contact person (sales) was very helpful and informative. Everything proceeded according to their description and plan. The price was pretty much what we expected it to be. The installation team was professional, polite, and considerate. It was very obvious that they knew what they were doing and that they had done it many times before. The job was completed without problems and we are very satisfied with the workmanship.

They were clean cut and friendly. There were a few pieces of the old windows left, but not enough to be a problem. We were called a couple of days after the installing to make sure we were satisfied. We would recommend the company to our friends.

We called Thermal Windows in Tulsa to set up an appt for their rep to come to our home to give us an estimate for replacement windows & doors. She arrived on the date & time setup. She was very efficient and gave me our initial estimat on site. However, there were items I wanted replaced that she could not cost out...she would have to check with another person back in their office. This went back & forth, as we changed some of our options several times. The 1st time we made a change, she gave us our price...but we still hadn't received a quote on the item (a patio door) that she couldn't cost out for us originally. Long story short, if we went into her office we usually were abl to get the info we needed. She was not so good at returning phone calls or emails. When we did go into her office, she would have a quite sizable stack of open quotes on her desk that she would have to dig down into it to find our paperwork...she was just too busy for one person to handle. To date, we still do not have the total cost of that door that we needed a quote on. We ended up going with another company even though I was impressed with their product. They were a bit higher than other local businesses.

We are absolutely thrilled with every aspect of doing business with Thermal Windows. Our sales person was very knowledgeable of the company's products so made excellent suggestions for replacement of our windows and doors. Installation took one week and was done during the first extremely hot week of the summer in Tulsa. Nevertheless, the installation crew did their best to ensure windows/doors were replaced quickly to avoid heat build up in the house. The installation crew was totally professional, kept us informed day by day of work planned for the day. They were very careful to avoid damage while working both inside and outside the house. Clean-up was thorough at the end of each workday. I will repeat again, we are absolutely thrilled with our Thermal Windows and also with the company and it's employees. Our house is seriously well insulated so it is doubtful we experience much savings in heating/air conditiong costs. The one major benefit we noticed immediately after installation was reduction of noise infiltration from outside.

I was pretty happy with the service. When they first came out the windows were not installed properly but they came back out after I called and made the correction to the windows. They were super fast and nice. I do not have any complaints with them. The windows are very nice. I am pleased with everything.

The service was great. We had an excellent experience with them. They did a fantastic job and were very professional as well. Everyone from the salesman to the installers everyone did a great job. The windows that were in the house were a lot thicker than the newer windows and they do not see that very often so they discussed this before doing the job. They ended up putting trim around the windows and it looks fantastic. It was just a wonderful experience. They made one of our windows that was separated into one window and the salesman had a printout and estimate before he left of the types of windows they would use. We thought we were going to use vinyl and then we drove to Tulsa to their showroom and we decided to go with the thermal aluminum windows instead. The cost was very reasonable.

They are great. They are very friendly, professional, and the guarantee is outrageous as anything that happens whether it be your fault or not they will replace or repair the work. I had used them one other time prior to this service. This is an ongoing service and I will possibly be calling them next month. They offer everything you could want in a window or for other services.

Our windows were over 20 years old. They were double pane w/ aluminum frame. The frames would frost up on the inside in really cold weather.We had talked with a salesman, Beau Rotramel, at a home and garden show in March or April. At that time he wrote up an estimate based on my measurements and photographs. He was very professional.It wasn't until June that we could finally get estimates from other companies. We called Mr. Rotramel at which time he came out to the house and wrote up another estimate after showing us the company's windows again.Mr. Rotramel was again very professional and personable. The windows met every recommendation when we had researched buying windows. We had an Angie's List coupon which helped a little with the price.We decided to go with Thermal Windows.Upon contacting Mr. Rotramel and advising him of our decision he told us Mr. Tab Stone would be contacting us to do an exact measurement of the windows, then once the windows were manufactured at the plant, located in Tulsa, I would be contacted about when the windows would be installed.We received paperwork from the company explaining that Nikki would call to schedule the install date 2-3 weeks after Mr. Stone took the measurements. The contract stated the completion date would be 8-10 weeks.The company called in July and said the install dates would be August 23rd and 24th and that we would be contacted by the install manager a few days prior to those dates.About a week before the install dates, Mr. Nolan, the installation manager, called to verify the dates and to ask if we had any questions. He stated that while we were scheduled for 2 days of installation, the crew might have the job completed in one day.The installers called around 7:00 am on the 23rd to advise they were on their way.Upon arrival Jerry, the crew supervisor, introduced himself and his co-workers, Kayleen and Jimmy. They all were wearing company shirts and they arrived in a company truck. They immediately began spreading tarps under all the windows in the house.Jerry told me to feel free to ask questions anytime while they were working.While removing the plate glass of our picture window Jimmy's finger was cut by glass even though he was wearing gloves.Jimmy went to a minor emergency center at which time he received stitches. While he was gone Jerry and Kayleen continued to work.Mr. Nolan, the installation manager, called and stated we weren't to worry about anything and that the company would take care of Jimmy.Jimmy returned after receiving 9 stitches and helped install the windows.Once the windows were installed they began cleaning up the house. Kayleen went to all the rooms and used a shop vac to clean around all the windows. She also demonstrated how to open and clean the windows.Once the areas were clean and the old windows were on their truck Jerry went through all the rooms to verify they were clean. He asked me to also check the rooms. He also explained the caulking around the windows needed a couple of days to cure before we put the window coverings back on the windows.The windows were installed and the crew gone by 1:30 pm.Mr. Nolan called the next day to verify we were happy with the windows and to ask if we had any questions. He also explained the warranties again. He said that if there were any problems with the windows in the future to contact him. I told Mr. Nolan it was a good experience from beginning to end.

. We got bids form a lot of vinyl window companies and delt with all kinds of bait and switch schemes form various sales people. We even considered getting our own installer and buying the windows from a home improvement company to save money. We had the person from Thermal come to the house and we were very impressed. We chose thermal break aluminum windows which are probabaly almost as efficent as vinyl. They look like the Fiberglass windows that cost as much as 3 times as much as we paid, we chose the bronze and they look great. We also chose exterior muttons on the front of our house which looks great. We had interior muttons on the rest of the house. The istall took 4 days for about the equivelent of 40 windows. I have had relitaves who have had minor fogging between the panes with Thermal windows and Thermal replaced those panes. I am confident that this company is the way to go.

It was good. They were very flexible from the timing standpoint as well as payment. They did a good job cleaning up and I could hardly tell they were even there.

They had a good selection at the time. I give them a "B" overall.

I JUST JOINED ANGIES LIST, SO I HAD TO SHARE. When it comes to windows and doors you cannot find a better company. I had several other companies come out, but Thermal was the only one that cared about me and my home more than their pocket book. The lady that sold me my windows showed up on time, was honest, friendly, very professional and explained everything about the 2 windows they made in great detail with absolutely no pressure. It felt like I was just sitting down with a good friend. Much different than the other companies. I thought I wanted and was ready to buy vinyl frames, but until she explained the problems with vinyl windows as they age I had no idea I was about to buy a window I would have to replace every 10-15 year or so. I settled on their better thermal barrier frames and have never regretted it. In fact, I have had my windows now for 10 years, and they still look great and are performing great. My friends that live 3 doors down from me purchased vinyl frames about the same time I did and are having their windows replaced again this summer. Thank you Thermal for being honest about what you sell. I never heard from any of the other companies that only had vinyl windows tell me the limitations on vinyl frames. The sales lady also made several suggestions on changing from my many twinned double windows to sliders to save me money. Imaging that, a salesman that is more concerned about my pocket book than the amount of commission they make! Because of those suggestions, I went from 28 windows to just 17. She saved me thousands of dollars! Also, none of the other companies I quoted made this suggestion. I really was on a tight budget and she saved me so much money I even got my back door and storm door replaced! I also liked the fact that Thermal did not care if me and my husband would be home at the time of the estimate. So many of the high pressure companies we got quotes from insisted that we both be there. The order took longer than I expected, (but I guess I didn't know what to expect). They set up an appointment to do the final measurements and he showed up on time. They called me to schedule the install date about 3 weeks in advance and the installers were there on time. The install crew did a great job, were friendly, worked very hard, and all of my floor and furniture was cover with tarps for protection. My husband still talks about the quality of the install and the caulk job they did. I had absolutely no mess, and nothing was left anywhere outside. We could have not been more pleased!

The technicians were on time, clean, and respectful of me being at home while they were doing the work. They also protected my furniture. It was a very cold, blistery day, and they worked one room at a time to make sure the house didn’t get too cold. The windows fit and are what they promised to be. They cleaned up after themselves. It was a good experience overall.

They did a great job overall. After the work was done we had a few problems but they were really quick with resolving those problems.

Great quality window. Took some time from when we placed the order, since they custom built the window. But it was installed in one day. Very happy with the quality of the window and the installation. Will use again

I think I spent about $3500 for their services. I liked that they got the job done quickly. They were reasonably priced and did good quality work. It has been nice.

The salesman was competent, friendly and professional. When I contacted them through their website, they were quick to reply and punctual about the appointment we set. The product was presented well, and I have little doubt as to its quality. Had I not gone with my first choice, Thermal would most likely have been my second pick. However, I was on a tight budget for this project, and the estimate was above of my desired price range. I like the fact that they are locally owned and operated, and will certainly keep them in mind on future projects.

The entire process, from the estimate through the installation was seamless.
