Description of Work: Had a broken window. They ordered a new one and replaced it.

Description of Work: The right rear window on my new Subaru Outback was broken by a vandal on Friday night. Robinson had good recommendations (including the cop who investigated) and we'd used them before, so I took it there first thing Saturday morning, but their schedule for the day was full; their computer system was down, so they couldn't check for part availability even if they could have gotten me in. Left details. | |Called first thing Monday (didn't wait for them to call me) and provided details again. Rep checked but couldn't locate a replacement window through his suppliers while I was on the phone but called back promptly; the car model is new enough that the replacement glass was available only by dealer parts department order with expected delivery late Thursday or Friday morning. He took my CC number to pre-pay the part order and made an appointment for mid-morning Friday. | |Called Friday morning to confirm the part was in before setting off across town (it had arrived the afternoon before). They were busy, but the car was repaired while I waited. The work was excellent and they vacuumed the broken glass out of the door - no rattling glass fragments any more! | |There's not much they could do about the availability of the glass, but the computer problem on Saturday meant starting over again on Monday. I don't know if the replacement would have gotten in any earlier or not if it was ordered Saturday (Ferguson's Parts desk is open Saturday mornings), but it might. Thus the 'B' rating on Professionalism. Otherwise, fine service.

Description of Work: Got me in on the same day I called! Price was agreeable for a new windshield for a 2010 Escalade, and even included the blue tint on top. Took an hour past what time they told me, but I was fine with that because I was squeezed in with no real appointment. Very friendly and professional.

Description of Work: Great place to do business with. They are punctual, professional and know what they are doing. They fixed a problem I had for 3 years.

Description of Work: I needed to replace a double pane window in my den. I small crack in the window caused it to become cloudy. I have used Robinson over the years but probably not for the last 10. I called and spoke to a customer service representative and was told to measure the window and call back for an estimate. To order the window I was required to pay half the price upfront which was reasonable. The balance was due at installation. The window was installed within 10 days of my order. My experience with the office staff and installer was excellent. The job was completed on time with no mess or need for clean up. One small problem happened at installation as the wrong window was brought to the job. This was rectified with an exchange and the job was completed with little wasted time. No reordering was required.
