As far as I am concerned, they are the best. It was good workmanship and a good quality product. I don't really remember the price but it would probably be a B. I would use them again.

Well, its still working thanks to the honest guy! There are still honest people in this world but they are few and far between.

I had this company come out to fix my garage door opener the first part of December 2011. I thought initially there was something wrong with the track but when the service person arrived (15 minutes late - they did call to let me know though), he discovered that one of the two springs was broken. He didn't have the part so we scheduled another day for them to come back. The next time, a different guy arrived (on time) and installed the new spring. The new spring wasn't the same size as the old spring, and I am assured that this doesn't matter, but I'm surprised he couldn't have just ordered the matching size - I think they just used one they already had. Oh well...there's $200.00 for the workable but mismatched part. After installing the spring, the garage door still wouldn't open. Their guy then told me I needed a new part that runs along the track. That would be $20. So I told him to go ahead and install it. He did and the garage door still wouldn't open. Then he opened the back of the garage door opener motor unit and declared that it needed to be replaced as there were metal shavings and maybe the motor was working too hard because one of the springs had been broken. I have no idea why he didn't do this in the first place, but either way, the spring needed to be replaced so I'm not sure that mattered. He quoted me a price which I thought was too expensive. I made him take the $20 part off. I ended up going with another company (All Area Overhead) who had reasonable prices, the installer was more experienced and communicative, and paid attention to details.

the purchase and installation went very well. Everything met all of my expectations. I was home to let in the install guy then went on to work. When I got home from work everything was done, all cleaned up and working beatifully! I love my new insulated gargae door!

They are very quick to respond and I have never had a complaint.

I called Overhead Door for a bid on a new door for my two car garage. The estimator arrived on time, looked over the situation, and produced a specific bid. His bid did not include the opener mechanism, which worked well, and he did not try to sell me a new one anyway. When I called later to accept his bid a date and time were set for the installation. The install team arrived at the appointed time, removed the old door and installed the new one quickly. They obviously knew what they were doing. They cleaned up the work site and quietly left. I am very pleased with the price and the work performed.

I had to go through a credit card application for them to bill me. Most people I deal with, they bill me for the service. I got them from Angie’s list. I guess everything was fine. They came out when they said they would. I would surely use them in the future.

They did a great job, I am very happy with their work. Their clean up was excellent.

a loud banging noise occurred when we operated the garage door. The service tightened the joints and oiled the door. He also programmed our car in conjunction with the electronic opener so that the door will open when pushing a button in the car. He was on time and did a really good job.

We had a Terrible experience. The salesperson made representations that weren't true when the installer brought the door. He said two people would come to do the installation because the door needed to be hand lifted. One guy about 150 lbs came and he and I struggled to get the door up so we could get a car out. The salesman said the installer would "refresh" some chain lubrication unit in the opener and the installer said they don't do that. The new door was a very different color from what was in the brochure. I immediately called the salesperson and he laughed and asked if we wanted the door anyway. I told him no. He said he'd call the office to have them check the brochure color against other doors in stock. Instead, he called the installer and asked him if the color was really off. The salesman didn't call me back. I called the office and spoke to the manager, explaining the problems. He said he'd check the brochure against doors in stock and call me back. He didn't. The installer kept waiting but wanted to leave. He gave me the company owner's phone number. I called him, told him the sad course of events, and he said he'd check the brochure color against other stock. I told him we'd take this door if we could get a discount on the price since we'd have to paint it. He said we already got a good price so that wasn't an option. I asked him if he'd like to see a photo of the brochure color held against the door to see the difference and he said "no." He said he'd call me back after he checked the other doors in stock but didn't. All this happened the day before Thanksgiving and we were eager to leave town to see family. Very cold weather was coming and we needed the new door. No one ever called us and we didn't get the door installed.

Excellent service! The spring in my garage door broke and I couldn't get the door open. I called at 7:30 on Monday morning and the repairman was there by 9:30. He gave me an estimate and I accepted. He worked quickly and quietly and the cost was exactly as he had told me. I wish more companies were like this one.

The job cost me about $1000. They were a good company. They came out and removed the old door. They did take a little bit of time, but I am not sure if it is normal. They did a good job, though. I would recommend them. I was very happy with them and the door. It is working fine now. They were punctual. I would use their services again in the future.

The spring on our garage door broke midday on the Labor Day holiday. Although we pulled the emergency release. we still could not raise the door manually, so our car was "trapped" in the garage. We had to go to work early the next morning, so we called Overhead Door. Although they charged us $130 for an emergency call, the repairman arrived that afternoon and was able to replace the spring, adjust the garage door and have it operating again in short order. Kudos to this company for the speedy service.

Everything went very well. The framer was the one the door company recommended and he came and began work almost immediately. The electrician was from a company I frequently use. Once all that was done a young man came and installed and connected the actual doors which took him a good bit of one day. My only complaint is that he did not somehow connect the light that should go on when the electric door goes up. That has been remedied.

He knew everything about it and he was good. He was really competent and gave us information about prices. He was not pushy. He showed up on time and was very professional.

I paid $75 for their service. I took the value pack coupon and got a discount of $10. My garage door wasn?t opening and closing. It was the first time I had used them. They have a 24x7 operation. It is very good. They came out three hours after I had called them. They fixed it and I was very pleased that they came out immediately. I will use them again in the future.

The main spring on the garage door broke, making it impossible to open the garage door to get the car out. This left me stranded at the house. They were able to come out and replace the spring the same day.

Got a prompt estimate. I had to make arrangements with a framer and he and the company coordinated work so that the garage was framed for doors one day and the new doors installed the next day.

This was a great experience. I called them a little after 8:00 in the morning. The technician called me to meet him about an hour and a half later. I'm very happy with the completed work. The technician suspected the problem based on my description. I have used Overhead Door in the past and will use them in the future...definitely worth it!

After getting to the residential division, the company representative scheduled an appointment with me the next day. The next day, the technician called before, then arrived right on time. He looked over the door for proper alignment, etc., then looked at the rollers. After a quick diagnosis, he gave me his assessment that the top rollers needed replacement and that the rest just need oiling. About ten minutes later, the door was back in operation.

Unfortunately, we will have to call them back as although the broken garage door now works, it is acting erratic. When it closes, it bounces back up. We came home from being gone all day and it was open! We came in, closed the door, and it went back up!
