The job went just as he described it and was finished and all cleaned up in what I remember was no more than an hour. We did have to paint the covers and I don't even notice them.

I got a bid and scheduled a appointment to replace the outdoor faucet that never worked. The guys were even early and patiently waited till I meet them at the house. They tried to fix it without having to replace the whole faucet. But unfortunately it was beyond repair. They cut a hole in the closet took out the bad piece out then ran to the warehouse to get the replacement part. 45 mins later they came back installed the new piece put a panel over the hole in the wall and it worked perfect. Best part they charged me exactly what they quoted me. No surprises and no up charge. They were on time, professional, didn't mind my crazy animals running around, and didn't try to up sale me. I would use them again anytime I have a plumbing issue.

The plumber was fabulous. What made them good was prompt service and reasonable rates. They did a great job. He was excellent, very personable, very knowledgeable, did a good job and very professional. We bought an old home and we never went upstairs so there was a lot of clog in the pipes. He just did all the repairs. He had to tear some of our heating equipment in the downstairs but it was already in ruin. He did a good job fixing it up and got it all to go. We are very happy with him and pleased with the results. He installed our sink thing on the second visit.

Talked to Chad on phone about resetting my toilet. He said it would be around $100. Erik came out to do the work. He was prompt and got right to work. He reset the toilet, tightened the tank, adjusted the water level, and cleaned up after himself. Erik was very professional and courteous. He charged only $89. If I need plumbing help again, I will call them.

There were actually multiple issues once they got into leaking area, and they actually thought it was a sprinkler system problem, but after calling Reid Irrigation and having them come out, they fixed the sprinkler system part and there was another leak 18" deeper in the ground. On Friday, at 4pm , in January, the plumber returned and worked under spotlight for 3 hours, to fix the problem. Then returned the next day to double check the system and refill the hole. Great overall job.

They did a great job and I will recommend to all I know.

Eric was our technician, he was prompt, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond in fixing the faucet even spending extra time and effort to open a meter lid that had frozen shut. He did an excellent job, fixed the leak quickly, and was a professional through and through. I was impressed and will definitely use them again! I would definitely recommend them to everyone needing plumbing work!

The install went very well. This is the second time we used Chad (One Way Plumbing) and he is an energetic, happy person to deal with. He knows his stuff and got after it. I greatly appreciate him installing the kitchen faucet as it is one of those more complicated ones to do (with one handle for on/off and hot/cold). Great job. Bathroom faucet had a stopper that would not go up/down. He installed new faucet and fixed the other faucet stopper. Just wonderful guy and wonderful work that he does!!!

I called in the morning and had a new water heater installed by early afternoon. Now that is service!

He found the leak and told me what to do, but since he didn't have to pull any tools, the service charge was free.

Faucet work good quality, as far as I can see. Some of the exterior insulation tape was not well-secured. One of the stems seemed to protrude further than it should. I really like the new faucet handles. Liquid cement was applied to the wall for one faucet (my home is brick). The commode work was good. They even provided a free-of-charge stop a couple of days after the initial work to resolve an issue of grit in the fill valve, causing the toilet to run. After this, I paid for an additional service charge a couple of days later when there was more grit in the fill valve, seemingly occurring each time the water was shut off at the valve behind the toilet. The employee flushed water through the valve as a preventive measure. On one occasion the employee showed up 45 minutes early, which would not have worked had I still been at work on that day. The employee I dealt with was personable and explained things well. I would definitely hire One-Way Plumbing again.

Erik was the plumber who did the work for us. He installed a new toilet in our master bathroom. He arrived promptly, installed the toilet and cleaned up the bathroom, and took away the old toilet. He was professional and courteous. I will call them again for our next plumbing need.

This is one of two jobs that I have had this plumber do. The first a couple of weeks ago I had him replace my kitchen sink faucet which is not in this pricing and he did an excellent job. We discussed my outside faucets as to possible solutions. I previous had another plumbing contractor work on them 3 different times with no satisfactory solution. I called One Way Plumbing back and they fixed my outdoor faucet leaks the first time. They did get delayed on another job but called and gave me plenty of notice. I could have delayed, which I did, or reschedule. Their work was expedient, of very good quality, and were very courteous. They are now my plumber of choice.

He was very efficient. He did what he said he was going to do. I was pleased with his work and he cleaned up after himself.

Arrived on time and assessed issue then went to get parts. Completed task within 2 1/2 to 3 hrs. He was professional and cleaned up after job was done.

The person came out check for the leak, I agreed with where the leak was and the need to replace, because I had taken off the time to be available and have this done that day. I also agreed to the replacement faucet. . .it is not of the quality I previously had. . .the handle is very short.and white plastic which stands out all by itself; the faucet does not reach as far over into the sink making using it to wash veggies etc. under it space limited. I would not recommend purchasing those through them. . . Does not fit my decor nor am I happy with the faucet at all and will replace it soon. I thought It was costly for the quality of the faucet. The serviceman left the water cut off open and his tool in it. Was an hour late getting here he did call to said he was running a little late @ 9:06 and got here at 10:05. Otherwise he did his job.

Did an excellent job. The plumber was friendly, clean, professional. Completely cleaned up the work inside and outside of the wall. The faucet works perfectly. I was surprised that caulking wasn't applied around the faucet outside; but not a problem for me as I had caulk on hand.

I knew before any work was performed that there would probably be some difficulty in accessing a couple of the faucets due to their location and limited amount of work space. The young man who did the work got it completed in a professional manner, and I am very pleased with the results. We have used One Way Plumbing before, and I'm sure we will use them again.

It does not run all the time, however, I did mention when he was here that I had done a fix it yourself job on the handle portion, that is not perfect, he replaced the other portion which had given out but left the handle as it was, which will work but I have to hold it down until the water is completely out of the bowl and then release the handle or it will still run. I thought he was replacing that part at the same time as normally the pump and chain portion are connected but seemed to me he was looking for another service call to fix the chain.

There were some problems because of the age of the installation, but the plumber pursued them until they were solved, including calls to the wholesaler and Kohler hotline for advice concerning an issue that seemed insurmountable. It was handled with professionalism and was ultimately successful.

The job was handled expertly from the time they came until they left. Worked hard and diligently and were courteous and professional. They answered questions we had and were very helpful about anything we needed to know. Made sure that everything worked properly before leaving; cleaned up and did an excellent job on all of the installations. Very satisfied and would definitely use them again.

I lost my wedding ring down the bath tub drain. After a minor melt-down, I called One Way Plumbing because of the positive reviews here on Angies List. I called around 1 or 2pm and was told some one would be about 430 or 5p. No one showed so around 630p I called again and was told he completely forgot about me and offered some lame excuse. He did come over, arriving about 7:30p. He looked at the plumbing, which did need some repairs as the faucet had a chronic drip. I was told that in order to search for my ring he needed to make these repairs, which could cost as much as a grand, but he couldn't start until Monday. This was Thursday. I decided to get another opinion. The next day, I called Santa Fe Plumbing, he's not on Angies List. He came right over, spent 4+ hours looking for my ring, fixed the faucet and trap, and charged me $186.00. He did an excellent job, too. Unfortunately, he didn't find my ring.

He was great. He showed up the day before Thanksgiving and worked very quickly.
