One Way Plumbing

The toilet installations went smoothly and looked and worked as you would hope they would. The kitchen sink faucet was not as straightforward as the toilet installation but the plumber did a great job. We were especially happy with the care the plumber took to maintain cleanliness and return everything to the condition he found it before leaving.

It went very well my mom was very happy to have working plumbing again and it cost lower than what was originally estimated which made me very happy. Thank you guys very much and my mom Gail thanks you too.

I called and got a same day appointment due to a cancellation which I was not expecting but was great. The plumber arrived exactly on time and was very nice. He explained to me how he was going to diagnose the issue and then once he had resolved it explained what he did in a very clear way. He also gave us some tips and other things we could look at or adjust if we had problems in the future. I feel like the cost was very fair for an hour of labor and completely resolving both of our issues! Would recommend and use again.

The Technician identified that the leak was from a cracked casing on my garbage disposer. After getting the new unit he installed and tested. He wasted NO time in completing the installation and was on his way in about .5 hours including diagnosing, going to pick up a new disposer, installing it, testing and cleaning up after.

They did a good job and met all requirements

A few minutes late, but I requested a call prior to their arrival, so I wasn't wasting time waiting for their arrival. The problem was quickly diagnosed. I was disappointed that they didn't have the part in their van, but I honestly don't know if it is reasonable to expect them to have it on hand. The longest part of the job was waiting for them to go to the supply store. I didn't get quotes on price, so I don't have anything to compare their cost to. I'm cheap generally, so a "fair" rating for cost isn't necessarily bad! My toilet has been working well, so I'm happy!

It went well. A friend recommended her plumber but after several calls he didn't call back. So I saw reviews for One Way Plumbing on Angie's List and gave them a call. Chad called back promptly and and scheduled an appointment for the next day. Michael and Logan arrived promptly and did the work in a timely manner. They did a good job and I would hire in the future.

It went very well. I called around 11am and they had someone here by 1pm. This gave us time to buy the faucets. Mike and Logan were professional, polite, and efficient. They did leave briefly to purchase the garbage disposal and some tubing they needed that did not come with the faucets that we purchased. They cleaned up when done, and everything worked properly.

Came the day before Thanksgiving with only a days notice. On time and had it done in a hour. Really saved us some headaches.

Logan did a fine job - swapped out the toilets with no complications or issues. Even moved the old toilet to the garage, saving my back big time. The cost was very reasonable - Very pleased!

Logan the technician was great. came on time, asked for extra parts which I got him very quickly while he was dis assembling the toilet flushing system. he replaced the old system with a new one. the leak disappear. he did a great job and was very nice. I would call him again for any future plumbing need.

I said what was wrong with my faucets and he was able to get them fixed with no problems. He did a little extra work to help with allowing the water to run out of the faucet during the winter time.

Job completed on time and per amount quoted. Quality job.

Extremely happy with the water heater replacement. Not only were they at least $500.00 cheaper than the other plumbing companies I called but the plumbers who came (Gary & Junior) were totally awesome. They were able to find a water heater (tall & thin but plenty of hot water output) that fit through the 15" opening so we did not have to bust through this little vintage Brookside home's plaster walls.

The job went as scheduled. The plumber showed on time and was very easy to talk to and understood exactly what we were looking for. He fixed the problem on budget without trying to sell a bunch of extra services.

Installation of garbage disposal was good, leak under kitchen sink continued after they left, chain to toilet tank lever broke & I had to replace.

It went great. They did an awesome job. I would definitely use them again in the future.

After a little misdirection and confusion on my part locating the existing sewer line, they located it from a known spot and started digging. The sewer line size was not as expected and they procured the correct (smaller) materials. The stub-ups were not precisely as requested, but were within tolerance. They requested approval for the variance before they finished. There was a small added charge for two extra fittings that they mentioned during installation would be extra and was approved to proceed. Started and finished on time.

I never met Chad face to face, but he was very knowledgeable on the phone, was responsive and showed up on time. Easy to work with and there has been no problem since he has fixed it a month ago.

This is the third time we have used One Way Plumbing and each time the work has been excellent.

I had a few problems with them, but the guy did come out and make it right. They were removing a water heater from my attic. When they drained it, the water dumped in the attic basically, and came out an electrical reset in the downstairs bathroom and knocked it out. The owner got rid of the two guys that came out initially, and he came himself and fixed it. He had an electrician come and fix it. It just shouldn't have happened to begin with. He came back to fix it the day after it was installed. I knew the light wasn't working when they left. They couldn't imagine what they had done, but water was coming out of the reset. I had always feared that it would break up there and come through the ceiling, and sure enough it happened. They could've drained it correctly. I would know to attach the garden hose and run it out in front of the garage and it would've run down the driveway. I don't know what they did up there; if they attached the hose up in the attic, but it wasn't right. Another problem I had was that they had to turn off the gas to the attic and that water system, and they didn't get it turned back on correctly, because we smelled gas fumes. I called the gas company and they said the fitting was leaking and they had to shut me down until the plumbing company came back to fix it. He had to shut us off at the meter because whatever they did to the gas fitting was not sealed correctly. They sent the same two guys out to tighten the fitting. Over the next six months, people would tell me (and I even thought) that they smelled gas. I called the gas company out again and they said it was still leaking gas. So we sat in this house for six months with the gas leaking. It could have been way worse and sparked a fire. The only reason they didn't get an "F" was because the owner did everything he could do to make it right. He sent his best guy he has had on his staff for years. He took care of it. The first two guys were questionable. The price was pretty average. They were priced within $200-300 of everybody else was. They were punctual. I might use them again only if they specifically sent out the top guy that they sent out to fix the other stuff. The two guys he sent out for the install were not adequately supervised.

The representative fixed each problem and was very instructive in the process. Arrived on time (and within 24 hours of when I called); wasted no time addressing the issues; was personable and polite; and the charges were very reasonble for the time and effort spent on the project.
