Quick response and good price won them the job. Knowledgeable staff and professional work won them a customer. Tank was replaced along with some minor piping modifications. Walked me through the differences between old model and this new one. Answered all my questions. Good work overall. Only hiccup was that they were about 30 minutes later than originally promised. Apparently they tried to give me a call but had the wrong phone number written down.

I have my new plumber! I've used many of the heavily advertised plumbers you hear about, with mixed results. While my relationship with One Way is just beginning, I can tell Chad is the real deal. I'm dealing with the boss, not an employee. There is a LOT to be said for that right there. Chad is coming back out to do a lot more work next week. I will provide another review after that work is complete. Try this guy, I think you'll agree he is honest, on time (did I say he was 5 mins early?), knowledgeable and fairly priced.

Called me back within 15 minutes of leaving first voice mail. Scheduled appointment for next day with a set time, not a window. Chad arrived promptly, had everything he needed with him and had the job done in super time. Very friendly and professional. Charge was exactly what he had quoted when we set up the appointment, no surprise or extra charges. Great experience.

Chad retuned my voice mail within 2 hours and arrived at my home less than an hour later. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. The work was finished in less than1 hour. Chad was very professional and courteous. This is the 3rd time I have used One Way Plumbing and I have been very pleased each time.

It was through a home insurance so I paid whatever the copay for that was. If I had to choose and I had to pay out of my pocket, I would not use them again.

No complaints. Appt time was at 1PM and they were held up at another job but let us know they would be running 30 minutes late. Appreciated getting an estimate over the phone and they were able to accommodate the date and time we needed. Would definitely call them again.

We have a deep sink that's very difficult to get to. We had a whole lot of problems. We were grateful and did not feel overcharged. They did a really good job. They were very efficient, quick and thorough. We were very satisfied.

Serviceman indicated he did not have correct cartridge on truck and had to go to 2 locations to find it. While he was working at our residence he seemed efficient and professional.

Chad and his crew did a solid job at a very competitive price. He provided a bid over the phone based on my description of the work required, and that was the price on the invoice. He showed up at the agreed upon time with enough people to get the job done efficiently, and all were professional and meticulous in the preparation and installation of the new heater. A minor problem was discovered the day after installation, and the fix was underway within an hour of my phonecall. A BA city permit was pulled when work started, and the installation passed inspection on the first try.

Craig came out to give an estimate, and advise of options for a replacement water heater. He listened to what I was looking for, and gave me a couple of choices with estimates. No pressure sales, even advised against the most expensive units. I felt like he gave me some honest choices. On installation day, they were prompt, and went right to work. Everything was going great until they discovered that they were unable to get on my roof because of the pitch, and required a roofer. The reason for the ?B? in Professionalism was that I felt they should have given me more notice for the need of a roofer. This may have just been an oversight, and everything else went flawlessly. I will definitely call them again for my plumbing needs.

We called One Way to repair a leaking toilet. They quickly replaced the guts of the toilet and were in and out in less than 15 minutes. Almost immediately after they left, the toilet started making a new sound that it wasn't making before. I called them back after about a half hour and left a message. They attempted to return later but I had already left they house so we agreed to have them come back the following day. When they returned, they said they didn't have the parts and would have to reschedule another service call. After I followed up with them about making an appointment, they returned with another part, fixed the new noise and charged me for another service call. I understand having to pay a full service call for 15 minutes of work. I understand having to pay for parts. But I don't understand having to pay for a second service call when the second problem didn't exist before they replaced the parts. Either they didn't fix the toilet completely the first time, or they broke something in the process.

Chad was prompt in returning my call for an estimate. He arrived as scheduled to estimate my work and submitted a professional e-mailed bid. I would strongly consider using his plumbing services in the future based on his punctuality and responsiveness to estimating my job.

The worker, Gary, explained every thing and gave us a quote. He called when he was running late and apologized. Very friendly, good work. I have used them twice and would not hesitate to call them again.

it took several communications through email to set up appt. on sept. 26. Gary came by about 4 , took a look around, made some suggestions and said he would be back. Came back about 630pm and talked to me about how he would have to approach the outside faucet throught the drywall and said he would like for me to buy the kitchen faucet and shower head I would like. He suggested a couple of different plumbing supply places to look. Took me awhile, being a newbie at this, but I purchased the items and he returned on Oct 10 and did all the work - even in the rain. The faucets and shower head work fine and the outside faucet does not leak. The hole cut into the drywall was covered nicely.

I called on a Sunday as emergency service was listed and never received a call back.

Great! Turns out that I had an inappropriate mix of copper and galvanized steel pipe, which they took care of. When they told me that they needed to leave to get the valves, I asked them (a little late, I know) if there was any opportunity for different options in the garden faucets. He mentioned the 1/4 turn valves, while cautioning me that they're still fairly new. I went with it. All done, couldn't be happier with the work. Considering the parts and the amount of time involved in the job, I was very pleased with the price.

Chad was very professional. He arrived in a timely manner and installed the new sink and did the other plumbing requirements in a timely manner. This was an older house and we were very pleased that he did such a professional job on the installation. We believe his price was a little higher than we might have gotten from another plumber, but the quality of his work was worth the extra price. When he was done with the installation, he cleaned up the area and removed all trash from the premises. We would definitely call him when we have other plumbing needs.

Chad was professional, did the repair efficiently and thoroughly. Would definitely recommend him and will use him again.

I called Chad with some questions regarding some gas lines to defunct appliances that I hoped to remove. He walked me through my options and was able to come out to my house that same day (the day before a holiday!) to cap all the lines in question. After they were done they showed me how to operate my hot water heater. Later that weekend I had a question about a separate gas line (on which Chad did not work) and Chad was quick to respond once again. I would definitely use One Way Plumbing again.

They were really good. They were able to come in the next day, it was really quick.

Chad came out, took great notes, and then e-mailed me a quote- I provided him with the information of the water softener that I would be purchasing so he would be able to be prepared for the job. He sent Gary, one of his plumbers- however, he did not have all the information when he arrived, and there was one item missing from the water softener (that was my responsibility ).....he did not seem he was aware of what all was entailed in the job- not his fault....just poor communication from boss to employee..so he had to come back to finish the job. I give them an A though, because the job was done right, thorough, and Gary was very polite- would just have gone smoother if he would have had the information on what the job entailed. I would still recommend them, and will hire them again- I think Chad could use an assistant to make sure communication doesn't fall through the cracks, and I think they would be an A+ business!

Gary ended up simply changing out the washer in the existing faucet. He explained that it looked like this was not the first time it had been done and his fix could last as little as 2 months but could last 2 years, as well. The leak was totally stopped and he explained that the cost of replacing the faucet was about twice as much and involved going through the interior wall. He was totally professional and sealed the exterior wall with mortar, which the previous repair had left exposed. I highly recommend these guys.

The plumber was punctual, quick, and did a great job. Still no leaks after almost 6 months. But, had an emergency pipe burst last night. One Way offers emergency call outs and states they are open til 11:00pm on Saturdays. I called and left a message since I was so pleased with their last service. I never received a call back and had to use a different company, who by the way did an excellent job. Disappointed.
