It went great! The plumber arrived on time, was very professional, and worked hard to make sure to do the job right.

When the work was done, the price seemed good. He checked all items off my list. When the inspector came back, he found the leak in my crawl space had actually not been repaired and was still there. Things happened and he missed it, although had it not been for me selling the home, a normal homeowner would have trusted it and the leak would have continued. Then, I called them back to let them know and left two voicemails. Chad (the owner) called back around noon the next day and said he could come out in 4 days. I told him this was their error and I needed it done asap as my home was scheduled to close in 4 days. He said he would call me around 5pm to come out. I never heard from him that day. He called me 4 days later asking if I got it repaired. Yes, in fact I did. $1300.00 fix that his plumber missed and almost caused me to miss the closing on my home. I would not use Oneway in the future, not only because they missed the main reason they came out in the first place, but Chad offered no refunds for the services performed and had no urgency to help the problem his company didn't fix and the pickle he put me in. Poor customer service.

Work was performed to my satisfaction. Arrived on time & was professional. The only recommendation I could make is for guys to slip on booties before walking on carpet especially in inclement weather. This by no means affects the overall rating.

Chad and Jerry showed up on time and looked at the faucet. Chad discovered that it just needed to be tightened and took care of it immediately. He was pleasant and professional. They also fastened a loose sink to the wall while they were there. My husband and I liked them and plan to use this company again.

Gary was running a few minutes late but made sure to call. That he respected my time was greatly appreciated. Reviewing the faucet leaks, he determined a replacement was not necessary for one, while necessary for another. I'm thankful that he was not predisposed to the all-out solution of replacement. Gary was very professional and friendly, well-spoken and knowledgeable. He showed a good balance between conversation with his client (myself) and getting the job done. I even learned a few things about my house.

Pretty good. Ended up the hot and cold hoses were backwards (not done by one way however) but the washer wasn't tested before they left the premises. Clothes were washed and discovered that clothes washed in Hot water rather than cold. Also the washer and dryer were not bolted to the pedestals as should have been. When they were called back to fix they were prompt and didn't charge and got it fixed and tested. They also mentioned they had not hooked up to pedestals before. All in all were very pleased with all of the workers.

Service was next day. They were prompt and professional. Prices were given upfront. The out door faucet change required cement. The company I had to return win the break was dried to place the cement. I called five days later to check as I was worried that they forgot, the technician called me back within 15 minutes and fixed it that day. Overall they were at my house for close to five hours.

Excellent service. I called and they were out in less than 2 hours. They were professional and courteous, and they quickly fixed my problem. The cost was exactly what was quoted to me over the phone - They were over $50 cheaper than any other company I had called.
