Description of Work: I had a slow leak in the front of my house on my side of the water meter. The leak had been there for some time but we'd only been in our house for a couple of months when it was discovered. They came out the same day and worked until completion in the cold and in very smelly saturated clay. I couldn't have been any more appreciative of the work they did, the time frame in which it was done, and the price they charged. This was an all afternoon process that went on into the early evening hours.

Description of Work: They replaced a toilet leak and unclogged a couple of sinks. Basic tasks for a plumbing service but it was handled professionally and promptly. No complaints, I will use them again.

Description of Work: After finding a few highly rated companies, I phoned to get quotes for water heater replacement. One Way was the best price by a significant amount. Work was done on time and to my satisfaction. All my questions were answered and he suggested ways for maintenance of the product. I'll use them again.

Description of Work: We had a leak from the water heater. they told me it can't be repaired and recommended replacement. initially he said it will cost $850 thinking it was a 50 gallon heater, but when he came he said it is a 75 gallon heater and the cost is $1200. he came the next morning and replaced the heater. accidently he turn the furnace switch off which I didn't know till we start using the furnace which didn't work and I had to call a heating and Ac guys who spend two hours trying to figure it out, till they finally discovered that the switch was off, this cost me $196 service call. Back to the water heater, the guy is professional and seems to know what he does.
