One Way Plumbing

Chad arrived on time and ready to work. He examined the problem thoroughly, went then off to his truck and got all parts necessary to complete. He found a problem with the supply valve and discussed, clearly, all that was going to be needed to fix this and, upon my approval, set off to the truck. All the parts were on board, and he rapidly installed them. He thoroughly tested the repairs and cleaned up the jobsite. His craftsmanship and quality of materials were top notch. His charges, clearly explained and reasonable. He was pleasant and professional. This is a small company that excels in customer satisfaction. What a refreshing change this was over the other plumbers we have used in the past.

Gary was the person who performed the work. It was obvious he knew what he was doing. He was very professional and easy to talk to . He would explain to us all that he was doing. He told me if the leak didn't stop in the hot water tank, I would need a new one. He told me the cost of one and installed. I asked him if he would do it on the side and he said no he wouldn't do it. He wouldn't do it because it wasn't right. He said it would be unfair to do his boss and the company that way.. You have to respect a man like that. He could have charged me more . I expected to pay more. He did everything we asked and stayed till the job was done on a Friday night till after 5 PM. I will always use them and almost look forward to using them again.

The technician came out and located it and told us approximately what it would take to do the job. We scheduled the work and he returned a few days later and made the repair. The technician (Gary Don) was awesome. He was prompt, polite, courteous and explained in detail what needed to be done. He even drew a picture for me understand the nature of the work. I would highly recommend this company for any plumbing work and would not hesitate to use them again.

I had a leak under my kitchen sink, so I cut the water off as I wasn't sure what was leaking. I had used this company before and had good service. The repairman was 2 hours late due to an emergency elsewhere. When he got to my house, he told me that the faucet was shot and the hoses were what was causing the leaking and needed to be replaced. I asked him if he would wait, let me run up and get a new faucet and let him install it, and, no, he couldn't do that (it was OK I guess that I had waited on him for 2 hours). Then I asked if he could come out first thing the next morning (which was a Friday), and he informed me that no, I had to be put back in the schedule again, and it would be sometime the next week before they would be back out. I would be without use of my kitchen sink for 5 or 6 days. I immediately called Mullen Plumbing who came out first thing the next morning and installed my faucet.

I was washing dishes and stepped back, when I looked down my rug was wet. I opened the cabinet under the sink and yucky water was everywhere. I cleaned up the mess and tested my drain to try to determine where all the water had come from. The culprit was the garbage disposal. Logged on to Angie's list cause I had not had to call a plumber in several years. Decided on One Way Plumbing, called and told them my problem. Gary Don with One Way arrived and the work only took about an hour. He filled both sinks and started my dishwasher to make sure everything was working properly before he left. He was a neat worker and very professional. I used the B on the punctuality because he was about 15 minutes late but for a business that spends so much of their time driving from job to job, I think a little leeway is a given.

Was polite and quick. Very pleased with both the price and the job. Expected it to be much higher ;because he had to cut a hole in the inside wall. He cleaned up after himself and the wall looks great!

This was the second pipe that had burst in my home (in the same area) in the past month. I contacted this company in the wee hours of the morning and they returned my call promptly Saturday morning. He explained that his fee was higher since it was an after hours call, but under the circumstances I had no choice. Chad was efficient and helpful in resolving my problem. He also explained why the problem was recurring and made recommendations for preventing it again. I was very happy with his service and pleasant personality. I was also pleased that he didn't prolong the length of repair considering I was paying weekend rates. He was prompt and professional. I would use him again without reservation.

They were very professional. They were quick to make the appointment and come out. They gave a fair bid on their services. They really seemed to know what they were doing. They were a little late. I would use them again in the future.

The work went very well. It wasn't a really big job. They were very efficient and very professional. They were fair and seemed to be honest. I would definitely recommend them.

Gary arrived on time and did a great job and made sure that I was happy with everything, before installing it. I got an estimate from Gary before he started the work and he stayed within the estimate range. I asked him for advice on some other plumbing issues that I was trying to fix myself and he was very helpfull in explaining possibilites for the repairs. I would highly recommend One Way Plumbing to anyone that needs Plumbing services.

The leak had gone on for months with others trying to repair, failed. The repair needed a part, which was obtained and followed up with a concrete repair. I didn't understand how the labor charges were computed, but I was glad to have the leak stopped permanently.

Answered the phone in the first 3 rings, they were there within an hour, and Gary was super nice and helpful.

The company went out of their way to take care of us. I highly recommend them.

Despite a screw-up on meeting time (mine, I assumed they would call before coming but they only call if they will be more than 30 minutes later than the promised arrival time), they worked me into the schedule that day. I am very happy with the quality of the work; Gary was friendly, knowledgeable and very willing to accommodate our scheduling needs.

There is hardly anything better than a reliable, talented plumber, and I had been searching and trying several for various projects, large and small, for many years. I was contemplating various solutions to a hot water shortage for a period of time and had a conversation with an employee of One Way Plumbing in the QT parking lot. He refered me to his boss, gave me a card, and seemed like the kind of plumber himself that I had been seeking. It turned out that this gentleman was typical of all those guys we've interacted with from One Way- they are polite, tidy, straightforward individuals, the kind of people you want to have in your home. They are very explicit in their pricing and description of the work. In our case the owner did some research and came up with a solution to our water heating that we likely would not have found on our own.

One Way Plumbing was very prompt to come out and give me an estimate. They quoted me $1,200 to $1,500 to replace the entire drain pipe system underneath my house, because it had rusted very badly and was leaking. Our house is for sale, so they also checked the sprinkler system, etc. to see if there was anything that wouldn't pass inspection. They completed the job more quickly and for cheaper than they originally estimated (only $1,000) and did some minor plumbing repairs to our bathtub and sprinkler for free. They were extremely friendly and professional. I will definitely call them again if I have plumbing concerns.

We have a leak in the Master Bath in a rental property and needed a plumber to find where the leak is coming from. We called One Way Plumbing and was surprised to be able to set an appointment for that day. Chad arrived on time and he and my husband worked together to find the leak...in the shower pan. Not in the pipes. Because no work was done Chad did not charge us, not even for a service call, we will be using him the next time we need a plumber for any reason.

The plumber knew in advance what I needed done and that he needed to stop to get the parts from the store which he did. The job was done well, and the man was very likable and professional. I couldn't have been more pleased.

I called and my called was answered on the first try. I explained my problem and asked how much it would be and when they could complete the work. They said they could be here in about an hour. The service agent arrived approximately 45 minutes later - completed the work in about 10 minutes. I wrote a check and he was out the door in about 10 minutes - job completed - clog eliminated. The contractor was very professional - had tools in hand when he rang the door. He was pleasant and got right to the job.

They were very reasonable in price. They were prompt, courteous and professional. We originally found them on Angie's List. I've added them to my contacts so that I will be able to use them the next time I have plumbing issues.

The faucet was old, therefore the plumber had to go thru the wall on the other side to remove it. He was able to go thru some cabinets therefore the wall was not messed up which would have been further expense to repair. He did a very good job and everything was cleaned up nicely when he left.

Frank the service man could not have been nicer or more professional. He fixed the problem in our kitchen plus we had him check a problem with the upstairs bathroom toilet. Not only did he advise us of the fact that we had top of the line toilets he showed us how to fix the problem with the running water rather than to charge us for the time it would have required for him to go pick up the part. In our opinion and from experience with other plumbers, this company and their repair men are very honest and professional. We will definiately use them again and refer them to others who may need plumbing service.

Overall it went well. Greg showed up about 20 min late. The job took longer than estimated. The estimate was for four hours and it ended up taking 7 hours. Greg needed to leave a couple times to go get supplies he needed. Greg did a great job and was helpful in explaining what he was doing and was very personable. That night, I noticed there was a slight dripping under the sink coming from where the drain was connected to the pipe. I called the next day and Greg came back out and fixed the leak in just a few minutes. I understand it's not always easy to estimate how long a job will take, but if you bring the right supplies ahead of time, it will be easier to hit your estimate. Much of the extra time was spent away from the job site buying supplies. That said, I think the work done was excellent and would use this company again. Just giving advice for next time.

Went well, however plumber did have to reschedule several time. This was for the project where he had to crawl underneath the length of my house to work on piples connected to leaky outdoor faucet.

Appointment was scheduled in timely way. Work was completed efficiently & effectively.
