Provided a competitive bid, promptly completed the work, and cleaned up my yard leaving it very neat. Also coordinated the stump grinding of the stumps with another contractor. Had no difficulty reaching the owner by phone and receiving prompt return phone calls.

He was to come and give me an estimate on 3/26/2014 but had an equipment breakdown. He did call and leave me a message though. I called him back on 3/27/2014 and found he was working in my area of town so he said he would come buy and give me an estimate. He came promptly and in a timely manner. Looked at the work I needed done and made an estimate of $250 for entire job. Another tree service had wanted $400 for the same job. I asked when he could do the work and he said how about now? I said lets go for it. He went and got his crew and they began the job immediately. Within 2 hours all work was completed and the yard was imaculately cleaned up. They hauled away all limbs and branches. The boss and all of his crew were very professional and all were dressed in green Mid Town shirts and were very neat. I would not hesitate to use there services again if I have need of tree work in the future. I would recommend them to anyone needing reasonably priced work done on their trees.

He was a young man that wanted a lot of money for very little work and I'm a older women that he thought could be take advantage of. .It probably would be better if he told me he had a minimum to justify his efforts and time.

Midtown Tree Service went to great lengths to make sure that all the dead limbs (from a recent horrible storm), were taken off my house and out of all of the trees. He and his crew did a phenomenal job at a great price. They also cleaned up the crepe myrtle in front of my house that was overgrown and had an intrusive shrub growing in and around it. My house and property look fantastic and they cleaned up everything and took it with them. I would definitely recommend them above any other tree service.

Called and left a message. Got a return call very quickly and was told they were 2 weeks out but my job sounded like a small one and they were fitting smaller jobs in between large one, oh and there was a $200 min charge. Said he would be out in about an hour. I made the call around 1:30 in the afternoon. They didn't show up until 8 pm. Upon answering the door, first thing was, a look of disappointment that the tree in question wasn't in the front yard, but back. Took him around back and another look of disappointment that it was on an upper level of my 2 tiered yard. He agreed to do it, wanted cash, and I showed him the ways out of the back yard to take the limbs to the curb for city pickup since I was told more than once they were not hauling anything off. They started, I left to get cash, came back the door bell rang just as I walked in and it was him saying they were finished. I paid them, changed cloths, then went into my sunroom to see the outcome and they had just hacked the tree down, leaving limbs and stumps where ever they fell, AKA: on the fence, on the steps to the upper level of the yard. The limbs were too large and heavy to move to the curb so I had to cut them to a manageable size and hired a company to haul them away. Felt like I got scammed by Mid-Town.

they came and gave me a good estimate and they said they would be back in about 5 to 6 days. they never showed. I called them several times and left messages and a guy name dale finally called me back and I told him to forget it. I got someone else. if they would have just returned my call and set up a definite time when they would do the work was all I wanted. it was right after a big storm and they were after the big $ where people had big damage. they went after the big $ and mine was not as important I guess. like I said if they would have returned my calls I would have been ok with their work schedule because I understand about making money when its time to make it but I felt they didn't give a d*** about me.

My neighbor's large tree was draping over my 2 story roof & chimney, way to high for me to reach. Bill & his team gave me an estimate within 24 hours of my call & was in & out so fast, and cleaned up so well, I barely could tell that they had been there. They did a great job clearing the branches, and I would recommend them to anyone, and certainly would call them again. My wife was home when they were at the house, and she said that they were very respectful.

Great job. They dropped the tree in the street and cut it up there. The relatively small amount of debris that fell in my yard and in my neighbor's yard across the street was cleaned up thoroughly, and all was hauled away with no problems. They were very respectful and courteous. I am very pleased with the work they did, and highly recommend them.

The crew and owner Bill was very knowledgeable about shapes and trimming processes. He suggested the best possible way to make the trees look clean and natural so they don't look just cut back. Very friendly and honest team and I recommend his services to anyone.
