+ -1 moreDebra and her crew provide excellent service. In the beginning, with open communication, Debra learned our expectations and provided the cleaning services we expected. She always follows up to inquire our opinion on the cleanings and makes adjustments where advised. As Debra became more familiar with us, our house cleanings were better and better each time. I trust her and her crew in my home when I am not there....which fear is what inhibited me from hiring a cleaning service years ago. It definitely relieves a lot of stress not having to clean the house myself and allows more time for me to spend with my family. I am very thankful that I found Debra and Maid by Design on Angie's List.

+ -1 moreI emailed the company via Angie's List. Debra (owner) replied promptly. We set up an appointment for her to come out, look things over and provide an estimate. She arrived on time and was friendly and professional AND ORGANIZED! We agreed on a price and frequency of services. The crew arrived on the appointed day and after asking me if I had any specific requests, they got right down to business. They were also friendly, professional and organized! They did a wonderful job. Today (03/28/12) they came again and did a bang-up job. I am so happy! The thing I really appreciate is the fact that Maid By Design is willing to come out to Sand Springs. Actually, I live 10 miles north of Sand Springs. I am looking forward to a long relationship with Maid By Design!
Description of Work: General cleaning of main house (1st floor) and guest apartment in back of house. Both areas were in serious need of a good cleaning. The price was higher the first time. The second week the price dropped considerably.

+ 2 moreDebra called before to check what kind of surfaces we have in our bathrooms so she could bring the right cleaning products for the specific job. She came out ontime (on Saturdaya and got strait to work. They were quiet and cleaned one room totally like we asked so we could hide with our small son while they worked on the rest of the house. When she was finished she had a pre printed invoice ready to go.
Description of Work: I had them come out and do a one time full house cleaning with windows and refrigerator.
