Debi at Maid by Design has been very flexible and helped me to make the short-term rental arrangement work. Her cleaners are always professional and do a great job.

Refuses to use bleach products in the restrooms and constantly argued about how I wanted my house cleaned.

We were extremely pleased with the quality of the work preformed.

The ladies did such a fantastic job, I had them add me to their regular schedule. They showed up well within their scheduled window. They were quick but detailed in their cleaning. And they were pleasant to boot.

The service was good but it was very expensive. We didn't pay anything extra. I gave them a B because of the pricing only. Everything else was good like the timeliness and the professionalism. The price was way too expensive. I would use them again depending upon how much we need. The pricing could be better. I think that they are charging way too much, more than usual. The pricing could have been reduced.

I just bought 3 hours of service and so I spent around $120.

The worker did not show up on time and was over an hour late. After she arrived, she appeared to work very slowly and was unable to complete the job on time. The owner arrived to check on her worker and took over for her. The owner did a good job on our home but was unable to mop the floor in our great room. We think she just got so far behind that she was unable to do so. While I don't hold this against the owner we did have to mop the floor prior to leaving our old home for the last time. We gave a B grade due to this. We want to say that the owner was VERY professional and tried her best to make it right by us. We would give her another chance if we still lived in Tulsa.

I have used Maid by Design for well over a year now. They use an extensive check list. I am moving to Texas and wish I could take them with me!

Professional service all the way around. She immediately sent me a message for scheduling, bent over backwards to schedule the service, arrived on time and did a very good job. I will use the service again.

I like water and a cleaner used on my house. I don't want a spray and wipe job.

I've had floors sanded and refinished and a couple of bedrooms rooms painted. Plus, I have been moving in and out of this house for three years. This was a big BIG job. Debra and her helper jumped right in -- cheerfully, which was more than I could manage even thinking about it. At one point I suggested a shortcut and Debra looked at me like I was crazy. That wouldn't be cleaning it! This is why I need an outstanding service like Maid by Design. Years of shortcuts left my little cottage looking and feeling grimy. When I came home, the house literally sparkled. I could not be more delighted. It smells heavenly, the kitchen cabinets I thought I needed to repaint are spic and span, the hardwood floors look gorgeous, and the bathrooms heavenly. I love my house again!! Thanks Debra and Maid by Design. What a great job.

Did a great job. We have 2 dogs that shed a lot and they worked very hard to make sure to get all the hair, even stayed longer than contracted for to make sure they got everything. Very happy with service.

I have purchased deep cleaning service from two other big name providers in the past and they did not do near as good a job as Maid By Design. Brenda did a fantastic job and had an attention to detail that exceeded my expectations. I will definitely use their services again!

I have used Maid by Design since moving to Tulsa in June 2014. They first did a deep cleaning of the entire home before the furniture arrived, and they did a wonderful job. They've cleaned weekly ever since. Most of the time, we have the same person, and she has learned my house and the way I like things done. On rare occasion she forgets something, but all I have to do is remind her the next time. They have shown up every time except when we had ice, and she called to let me know they wouldn't be there. She may be a bit pricey, but the work is so good and they are so reliable. I don't mind paying for it.

Overall great job, especially in the toilets, showers and sinks! The guest shower had been cleaned in the past with an improper cleaning solution according to the service personnel and looked pretty rough, but this crew used some sort of solution that completely made the bathtub in question look unused and clean! The kitchen looked very nice and the floors were wet mopped along with the entrance hallway. The only thing that I thought odd was that no one emptied the one wastebasket that was half full and the ceiling fan that is within reach was not included in the cleaning checklist. I am not sure if I was supposed to request these items done, but next time I will ask about them. Not a big deal, I will be glad to use them again!!

Decided to try out MBD house cleaning services. Saw the reviews on Angie's list were good. Completed job in a timely manner was professional and was thorough. I have decided to do monthly service with MBD. Price well within budget range. Thank you for helping me with this task. Would recommend.

The service was great! Best housecleaner I've ever had come to my house. She was thorough, friendly, professional, and did an all-around wonderful job on our house. I will definitely have her come out again!

We've had two visits so far from Maid by Design -- an initial deep cleaning which required more time at a higher cost, and the first regular monthly maintenance visit. The first cleaning was done by the owner and M. and they did a great job with the dusting, vacuuming, bath, kitchen and appliance cleaning you might expect, along with some items MBD includes standard with deep cleaning such as washing baseboards and dusting ceiling fans, vents, and light fixtures. There were also some specific items we requested such as dusting shutters and cleaning the refrigerator. A couple of spots were missed, no doubt by accident, but overall the cleaning definitely deserved a top rating. If anything, the first regular visit was even better. A. did an incredible amount of work in four hours and did it quietly, efficiently and effectively, was always polite and very flexible about working around us when necessary. We were particularly impressed by her work on the bathrooms, kitchen and hardwood floors. She hit every item on our checklist and then some. It’s apparent that the owner runs a first class operation including extensive training for employees, raises and bonuses, close supervision and quality control, reasonable pricing and continuing dialogue and feedback from customers. We've used other housecleaning services before, but none has matched the quality we've seen from MBD to date. We plan to continue as regular customers and would recommend them to anyone.

I have had Maid by Design for about 3 months now. They do thorough work. Once or twice something was left undone and when I called, Debra called back quickly and took care of the situation. Never have I had a service be so responsive and professional. This is a good company and good workers and I recommend them totally.

This is the exact letter I sent to the company when they sent a survey. My main reason for posting is there was 0 response after this letter - not even an acknowledgement of my concerns: Good morning and thank you for taking the time to send this. Quite honestly I would give the service a 3 and I would really like to take the time to explain why. First let me start by saying why I chose your company. I originally was going to go with XXXX because of their reviews on google and Angie's List. I got a quote for them for $382 for 10 hours w/ 1 person or 5 hours w/ 2 (plus Angie's List was offering a coupon for $50 off). I expected around $400 for the service, but still thought it would be best to check around. You seemed to have the next best reviews and came in at $250-$300. I ultimately chose your company because of how responsive you were over the weekend. Being in sales and customer service, that was quite impressive to me and XXXX was not the same. I understood when you said it may go over but did not expect it to be over 50% above your original quoted price (it's not like my house was bigger than what I had said in the quote request), but it is what it is. I knew my expectations were going to be hard to meet spending $400 to clean my house when I keep a pretty clean house anyway. When I first walked in, it smelled wonderful. The living room looked great, windows cleaner than I've seen since I moved in and an overall nice clean feeling. I will say the baseboards were clean and my sons bathroom upstairs was cleaner than I thought I was going to be able to get it (I tried after he moved out for college, but didn't come near as clean as what you guys got it). Now, to the disappointing part: I guess for $400 I was expecting a little more on the "spring clean" portion. I had cleaned bathrooms & the basic kitchen stuff (counters, stove top, etc...) before you guys came in so more focus could be put into the deep cleaning. I really thought things like window blinds, light fixtures in bathrooms and knickknacks in the kitchen would be included. The backsplash in the kitchen was not cleaned (at least not on the sink side), nor was the vent above the cooktop, one window sill was completely forgot in the master room as well as a simple nook shelf in my daughter's bathroom. These are just simple things that I would expect to not happen. Not to mention I really expected more detail to the kitchen and bathrooms floors. I mop them with a steam mop, but thought that a really thorough mopping might make a difference (and maybe that is just my floors). At any rate, I spent over $400 for 8 hours of service and instead of feeling great about my choice, all I can think is if I had gone ahead w/ XXXX for the lesser price and 2 more hours of cleaning, would my expectations have been met.Again, thank you for allowing me to express my feelings. I do not feel like a bad job was done, just not a $400 job.

This is an update to a review I submitted shortly after starting to use Maid By Design. We have been using MBD since March of 2012. We live in the country...halfway between Sand Springs and Skiatook. Not many cleaning services will come out this far, but Maid By Design was willing to come out here, even though they didn't have any other clients in my area. THAT was a major plus. The owner is very professional, kind and bends over backward to be accommodating. She is picky about the people she hires and holds them to high standards. She keeps a handle on how her employees are doing by sending an email to her clients asking us to rate the last cleaning and express any concerns we might have regarding the experience. She also calls, occasionally, to ask how things are going or to give me a heads up regarding any changes in the routine. Maid By Design employees are friendly, on time and good at what they do. I really appreciate the pride they take in their work. In the two years that MBD has been cleaning my home, they have not missed one appointment...unless I am the one who had to cancel. In conclusion, I love 'em!!!

They cleaned the house after we moved out to make ready for the new owners, The house was spotless and move-in ready for them. Have used Maid by Design in the past and as always, they did a great job!
