Description of Work: The tech that was authorized to troubleshoot our poor performing AC system.He said it was underpowered and too small for our home. I repeated my request to verify that everything was in good working condition. He assured me it was. What he didn't see was the picture I took of the gauges as they were hooked up to the system. I did the research: our system read low side: 50 and high side 172 psi. The proper ranges are: low side 68-85 psi and the highside is 225-300 psi. Bottom line. The system simply needed recharging. Instead or performing this, the tech proceeded to tell me the entire system needed to be replaced and the best deal he could get me was $6,000. Avoid this company at all costs.

Description of Work: $49. service call. Then he wanted another $`178.80 fix the problem but could go higher. I have one light fixture that needs repairing. I decline but still paid the lousy $49.00 just to meet the tech, I guess.
