Description of Work: Did a great job. Had baseboards repainted. They sanded, primed and painted almost all of the baseboards in my house. Turned out great and it really made the house feel so much cleaner! |

Description of Work: It was good work. The only complaint would be they are hard to get a hold of and took him a while to get someone out here to help him hang the tv. In the end my husband and brother helped him lift it. He was extremely nice. It was no big deal considering our tv is 72 inch.

Description of Work: The handyman who arrived for a free assessment was nice enough, but I wasn't terribly confident in his knowledge. A few days later, I received an estimate over the phone which seemed reasonable for the job. Upon multiple attempts to reconnect, get further details, etc. I never received any further correspondence. I guess the job didn't warrant the company's time? So unprofessional and frustrating.

Description of Work: Replaced swinging door with new door and hardware. Painted door. Great job.

Description of Work: Handyman did a great job replacing a jammed door/doorlock. He did not follow through with providing estimates for us on several other jobs - some sheetrock repair, a door and wood damaged by rain, etc. He said he would get back to us in a few days, never heard from him. We liked his work but want a contractor we can trust to do as he promises.

Description of Work: They sent a contractor out to do a bid on some work in my basement. He said he would send the estimate the next day. I waited a week, things happen, no response. I called them and they said "Oh I will call him and get him to send you that estimate right away". It's been like 6 months now and still no call back.

Description of Work: The person who answers the phones is extremely professional and courteous (and the reason for the overall B rating). The handyman assigned to me gave me a date of completion, and when I didn't hear from him, I called the office and was assisted immediately and the handyman called back right away to get the job rescheduled. | |The job was done within the time parameters set and was somewhat satisfactory. He re-positioned my wood fence and installed a new locking mechanism on my gate that wasn't really what I wanted (nor will it do what I need), but I have to admit that I was not specific in my initial instructions either. After inspecting the finished product, I let him know of my dissatisfaction, and he offered to come back and replace for an additional trip charge and more money, of which I did not want to pay. I felt it was in my best interest at the time to just pay the agreed upon first price for the partially satisfactory job and not call this company again in the future.

Description of Work: They took their time installing the baseboard trim. The trim type was somewhat difficult but they did a very good job. The only issue I had was punctuality. But once the arrived, they worked very hard to finish the job.

Description of Work: I don't have the rest of the information you request at the moment. We called |three or four names you gave us. They were either too busy or never came back after the first estimate. We used this man because he was the only one who seemed to be available. We were anxious to get it done. We won't be using him and more likely no one from Angie's list again. It did not work out for us.

Description of Work: Installed stone edge around flower bed and painted banister on front porch. |This was the 2nd project they did for me and both times they did an excellent job. They were punctual, professional and had the most reasonable price. Very happy with them and will probably use them again in the future.

Description of Work: Have used them a couple of times for jobs around the house....I had a slide out garbage can that needed to be fixed, 2 doors that needed to be reset, and a very large mirror that needed to be hung. They give a free estimate, and very fair pricing. Very happy with the service we have received. Cannot remember exact dates use, but over past 3 years. |

Description of Work: They made an appointment with me to give estimate on new fence. They never showed up or called. My neighbor and I were sharing the expense so she came over and we both wasted our time waiting on them to show up.

Description of Work: finished open wall space around bathtub and install decorative tiles. tweaked faucets and handles to fit with new tile. A little hard to get ahold of, but very hard working. we have requested Jodi again.
