Description of Work: Secured windows by closing them up with plywood. | |Installed two news doors and hardware. My house is quite old so the doors did not easily fit into the old door spaces, but the handyman worked very hard to fit the doors.

Description of Work: Services were performed. They even did some things not asked for at no charge. My only concerns were that some attention to detail could be better. They repaired the hold in my living room ceiling but the finish does not match the rest of the living room ceiling. They repaired the hole in the bedroom closet wall, but the paint does not match. They worked on the guttering as asked, but water still comes down behind it, just like when it was installed by another firm. May have something to do with why this section of the house had no guttering to begin with.

Description of Work: A piece of siding was loose on the second story of our home. They were very prompt and accommodating to my schedule. He did a wonderful job of repairing it at a very reasonable cost.

Description of Work: I was finally contacted 1+ week after I emailed them - then it was at least another 2 weeks before someone actually called me. When I was finally contacted I was told he was too busy to come by to give an estimate that week and that he would call me the following week. That has been 2 weeks ago now - I still have not heard back from him. REALLY LOUSY SERVICE!

Description of Work: I called for an estimate on replacing the kitchen sink. The man came out and provided the estimate which was a little high on labor. He told me to go to the home improvement store and pick out a sink and call him with the information. This was on a Thursday. We agreed on 10/11 for installation. The following Monday I called the man and left a voice mail with the information he required. He failed to call me until Friday explaining his father had been ill. He apologized and we rescheduled for 10/18. He said he would check into a better sink at a supply house and call me. He never did. I called the office and expressed my unhappiness with not being contacted and asked for another man. That was denied and this man called me telling me the office person said I was mad at him. We talked over the situation and he again said he would call me about a different sink. He again did not call as agreed. I called and cancelled. This company is not nearly as good as I thought. I had a similar experience with someone from them on lawn mowing. Wouldn't agree to a specific time and often didn't show up. I cancelled that with them too.
