Description of Work: Tried to return a GE washer I hated and they wanted 25% for restocking. I thought excessive so after much negotions they came down some as I was buying a Samsung instead. I was told at the initial purchase I had 30 days to return item & get full refund....they did NOT say anything about a re stocking fee. So as always, buyer beware!

Description of Work: We had closed on house but were doing kitchen renovations. Hahn was willing to keep the floor model for us until the renovations were finished. Got a good deal on a refrigerator plus were able to have delivery when we wanted it.

The service person called again on the day of service to ensure all was well. He arrived, explained problem and could fix immediately. Explain warranty. Have used this company in the past for our business but did not know they did residential until now. Was pleased then and now.

Description of Work: I was looking to replace my dishwasher that no longer worked. I asked for a quiet model and was directed to a very good deal. I was told that the installation could take place the next day, but because I was unavailable, they scheduled me for the day after that. Hahn gave me the choice to decide when delivery and installation would be best for me.
