Put them to the test and they will FAIL! Devious sales people that try to give lots of reassurance that they are taking care of you but it’s all a ruse to then deliver floor models that are scratched and have sales stickers and residue. Then respond rudely and expect you to pay a restocking fee when you don’t want the model delivered and want what you paid for which was a NEW model! Salesman, good old Randy, and one of his managers have a good game going to dupe the public and make a buck.

They came out and check and repaired everything and we haven't had to call them out again. No problems. This was covered under warranty at no charge. They were a little later than the agreed on time.

I will never purchase another appliance at Hahn Appliance store. They are so quick to help you purchase but when it comes to service - it's terrible. I had their service out several times to fix the top drawer and the repairman said he didn't know what was wrong. I went to the store and was told to call the manufacturer in New Zealand. Seriously???? New Zealand told me to call a plumber. I had to take off work at least 5 or 6 times to meet with service. Had the plumber out yesterday and when I called to talk to the repairman - I was told he no longer worked there. They have great ads on TV for sales but service is what determines where I purchase. Never again at Hahn.

Installer very argumentative, did not want to install dishwasher ,even though it was supposed to be part of deal. installer was very angry , slid dishwasher in hole, did not level, threw wiring under sink and plugged in(wiring exposed) does not meet safety requirements, left puddle of water under cabinet, did not turn water on or test product.i should of known when i saw him pull out manual to figure out how to install it! (you get what you pay for!) worst customer service I've ever seen! THX HAHN APPLIANCES!

They showed up late and then they were not able to install my stove because they did not know how. They sent someone else out to install my stove eventually but that company did not seal my stove top properly and my stove has been smoking for the past few months. I bought a 5 year warranty with the stove but the company did not want to come out and repair my stove. Now my house is covered with smoke, it's in my air ducts, my clothes, my furniture, and my house. I could not use my stove fan and could not use my cook top very often because of the smoke. I am tired of trying to deal with them and they keep lying to me and making up excuses to not fix the stove. I feel like Hahn Appliance was trying to fool me and every time I talk with him I feel like I am in court and being interrogated. He is making my blood pressure go up and I have asked them to not call my home number but that is the only number that they will call. You can?t believe a work that they say and all they do is lie. I had another technician come out and he said that there was a leak in the stove vent and he fixed my stove in a few minutes. My home insurance said that Hahn Appliance has to pay for the damages but they will not pay and I am afraid of them.

Nothing has been done and they will not do anything except take my brand new washer completely apart. ...DO NOT EVER PURCHASE FROM HAHN!!!! You will be sorry..... Service was never performed - they came out and watched my washer wash a load and that was it...
Description of Work: They are so nice when you buy something but when you call to tell them something is wrong which is my LG washer they do not want to help you, they want to send out an technician and they do not know what they are doing. They told me my brand new washer that I bought in October would have to be taken totally apart and fixed. They would not replace it and that is all I wanted. I would be very cautious in buying anything from them... In fact my sales man never returned my phone all.

The two guys that delivered it were efficient and prompt. They hauled the old one off. After we loaded the dishwasher for the first run, I noticed that the rack tended to roll back, which means it's not level. On the day I was going to call, the store called me to see if everything was OK. They are coming out to make it right this week. The sales process was professional without being pushy. This was the first appliance I bought from Hahn and I am confident they will make it right. I will buy from them again in the future.

salesman(Jerry) messed up the paperwork and the delivery staff went to the wroong address in the wrong city. took several days to redeliver to corect address, at which time the wrong dishwasher was delivered. great prices, after the sale, the sales person was not helpful in resloving the delivery problems . Delivery staff did a great job on the installation . Would buy again from Hah\ns but would use a different sales person.

We were very pleased with the whole process right up until the end. The salesman seemed knowledgeable about the product, wasn't overly pushy and allowed my husband and I to discuss our options in private for a comfortable length of time. When we advised him of our budget he was respectful of that number and never tried to show us any machine above that price. He even got on line and looked to see if Lowe's had a lower price. Once we made our choice the check out process seemed to go quickly until he started pitching the extended warranty. My husband is an electrical engineer so we respectfully declined the extended warranty. The salesman became abrupt almost to the point of being rude. He rushed us to the cashier, told us to pick up our unit at the distribution center and walked away. I stopped him and asked him if he could show me one of the new door-in-door refrigerators because I wanted to see if it might be something I'd be interested in around Christmas. He quickly walked to the isle they were on, opened 3 of them, looked at me and said and quot;there they areand quot; and turned his back on me and walked away. I will use Hahn Appliances in the future because they do have great prices, but I will never deal with that salesman again. I realize that they work for commission and maybe he didn't make a whole lot of money from this sale (I assume they get a sizable percentage from warranty sales) but in my opinion, customer service is priority. I will always return to any salesperson who treats me right. So when I go back for that $2500.00 refrigerator, I will give my sale to a different salesperson. My budget was super tight this time due to unforseen circumstance. We didn't plan on our dishwasher going out, but we will plan on the refrigerator, so the money will be put aside and the better appliance purchased. But I guess he didn't care about creating a future sale, he was just irritated because he couldn't sale us the extended warranty on this sale. Maybe I'm being too picky.....but I dont think so.

We had a refrigerator serviced for the last 10 months by your service department. After spending a fair amount of money and not fixing the problem ($450), the new solution proposed is to spend another 800 to replace the door and hope that solves this issue. We have decided to buy a new refrigerator instead. We asked if we would receive any credit in any way for our expenses in improperly fixing our refrigerator to no avail. We were told since the duration was 10 months, there is nothing that can be done. Believe me, we kept calling because we wanted it fixed. The first technician who made 4-5 visits had no clue what was wrong and stated he was calling Whirpool for additional help (and never contacted us back until we called again). After a in person visit to service, we had another person who was more knowledgeable and helped us get to the new door scenario (though he did order a part we didnt need and we received several calls to install something that we all knew would not fix the problem). Bottom line, they could not fix it and then would not provide any credits for their mis-diagnosis to repair it properly or replace the machine. IMHO, they do not stand behind their work.
Description of Work: We had a leak in an ice maker in a whirpool refigerator. General warning, be weary of any ice makers in the door.

The refrigerator was to be shipped from Oklahoma City (and lt; 2 hour drive) or Dallas (and lt; 5 hour drive). We disconnected and cleaned out our old refrigerator and prepared our old dishwasher for removal. Now, one day before scheduled delivery, we've gotten a call from Chris telling us the refrigerator won't be delivered until 6/12 or 13. We're without refrigerator and freezer and having to keep the contents in ice chests iced down. We're disappointed but, so far, haven't lost any food (frozen stuff is in a neighbor's freezer.
Description of Work: Sold us a Bosch dish washer and Whirlpool refrigerator on 6/2/2014 and scheduled delivery and setup for 6/10/2014 (in writing).

Dec. 5-Washer quit working with a load of husband's work clothes. Dec. 6- Called and scheduled an appointment for repair. Receptionist was very nice and said it was covered by the extended warranty. I also told her to notate that the F28 code was flashing. Dec. 9-Repair technician arrived. He confirmed the F28 code that was flashing and said he would order the part. Asked him to open the washer so I could remove wet clothes. He said he could not. Dec. 13-Repair technician returned and installed new part. Did not fix washer. He decided it was the door lock and he could not open door for me to remove clothes. I expressed concern about mold/mildew in clothes and washer. Dec. 19-Repair technician returned. Installed door lock. Washer still not working. Technician said he would order part and we would be make sure another technician would be out after Christmas due to his vacation. Dec. 31-Called Hahn Service Center. I was told the part was ordered on Dec. 26 and was on backorder from Whirlpool. She had no idea when it would be shipped. Asked to speak to a supervisor. She politely refused. Jan. 2-Left 3 messages with Service Center. No return phone calls. 4:45 p.m. finally spoke with someone. This time i was told the part was lost in Fed Ex shipping and she had no idea when the part would be delivered. I was told to call back on the following Monday. Jan. 6-Called again. part had not been delivered yet. I requested copies of all repair work performed on the washer to be sent to me. I have received none as of today, January 19. Jan. 9-Called again. part had been delivered. Repair technician could not come until Jan. 13. Jan.-13-Repair technician installed the 3rd part. Still did not work. Would have another technician look at it and the other technician would decide whether or not to condemn the washer. That afternoon, Hahn Appliance called and said it would be January 16. I expressed my frustration. Receptionist called and said a technician could look at the washer the next day. I took a half day personal leave and drove to Hahn Appliance to visit with a manager. Jan.14- Technician spent almost 2 hours looking through the washer for loose connections, etc. He decided the first replacement part was defective and suggested replacing it again before condemning it. Assistant Service Manager called and suggested replacing the first part before condemning the washer. It would only make a 3 day difference and they would rush ship the part in. Jan. 17 Part replaced. Washer not working. Current technician was not sure about procedure. I drove to Hahn Appliance to personally visit with the Assistant Service Manager again. It will take one week minimum for a replacement voucher to be sent but was unsure of any other details. I was to receive a phone call that afternoon regarding updated information on the washer replacement situation. Did not receive a phone call but did receive a call from the technician on the home answering machine that it had been turned over to the 3rd party warranty company, Warren Tech?. Jan. 19-I have emailed Whirlpool Corporation about the washer and service. Partial costs to date: $215.00 ruined work clothes due to mold/mildew. $135.00 washer expense at laundry mat 5 of the 6 repair trips required me to leave work to accommodate the repair appointments. 1/2 day of leave to visit personally with the assistant service manager. I have been pleased with the past service I had received and have purchased several items from Hahn Appliance through the years but this situation has left me extremely frustrated with the lack of concern for service after the sale. If a store chooses to sale third party warranties, I believe it is their obligation to ensure that these warranties are fulfilled in a timely manner. I would be very cautious about purchasing any future products from Hahn Appliance. I intend to reserve my final judgement until this situation is resolved.

The sales people are friendly and knowledgeable about the different products and features and this store has some of the best prices. The freezer and microwave are wonderful, but we are less than pleased with the refrigerator. We originally purchased the refrigerator in late June or early July in anticipation of our kitchen remodel. When the original refrigerator was delivered in July, there were dents I both doors and I declined to receive it, even though I was offered $50 store credit as compensation for damage. They graciously offered to replace the refrigerator and hold it until construction was done so it did not need to be delivered in the middle of the chaos and risk being damaged. Construction was slightly delayed and we were finally ready to have the refrigerator delivered and installed at the beginning of September, my husband was at the house to receive it on the 10th. This is where our frustrations begin because we either received a second damaged refrigerator or they brought the same refrigerator back hoping we would just deal with the noticeable damage. My husband accepted delivery with the promise that they doors would be replaced as quickly as possible. We have now been promised delivery of these doors three times and still have nothing to show for it. The first delivery day was supposed to be at the end of October 2nd and I was called that morning to say it wouldn't happen because the doors would not fit in the car they were planning to deliver them in, and they offered to deliver them at the end of the week or the next Monday. I chose Monday and was expecting a call from the driver to confirm a time for delivery, when I still had not heard from anyone be 11:00, I called and left a message and then I called again around 4:00 because I still had not heard from anyone. This is when I was told that they did not even have the doors in stock because they were on back order, I had cleared my schedule twice and waited at home all that day for a delivery they scheduled knowing it could not be made! I went to the store in person several days later since I still was unable to reach anyone by phone. The person in the parts department informed me that the doors were ordered on the 2nd, while I was waiting on the delivery, and she promised to call me to keep me informed since she understood my frustration of never hearing back from anyone. Needless to say, she also failed to follow up to keep me informed. On October 18th, I made my second trip there and asked to speak with a store manager since I felt like I was getting nowhere with the parts department. I spoke with Sean, who was as apologetic as everyone else, and he promised to get some answers and after talking to a few people he said the doors would be in the following week and that he would make sure they inspected the doors before even scheduling the delivery so I did not once again clear my schedule for no reason. On the morning of October 25th I heard from the driver and was offered a delivery between 2-4PM, then shortly after 2, he called to say one of the doors was dented and they would prefer to hold off to deliver both at the same time. It is now a week later and I still have not heard from anyone to reschedule a delivery or even when they might expect my doors... I'm kind of at a loss as to how to resolve this other than going once again to speak with a manager and hoping that they finally get it worked out or just replace the refrigerator, which I suggested in early October if they weren't sure they could get the doors in a reasonable time. I returned to the store yesterday, 11/1/13 and spoke with the manager once again. Today I have new doors that they took off of another refrigerator from their inventory. Not sure why this didn't happen sooner without my having to keep calling and making three trips to the store to get it resolved, but I am happy to have undamaged doors at last.

Came on site and on time to repair the refrigerator. The process failed. We called back and he said he thought he needed another part (but no mention of that at that time). He came back more than a week later with the part and that did not solve the problem either. He missed two appointments, then said he needed to call Samsung on how to fix the problem. That resulted in another 2 weeks delay. As of now, it is still not fixed a month + after the first visit. Very disappointed.

We had an issue with a gas dryer. The dryer would run but not heat. There was a four day wait to get someone to look at the dryer. The first repair man’s solution only lasted one day. We had to wait another week for a second repairman. The part he recommended took a week to arrive, they did not call us we had to keep calling and checking to see if it had arrived. Once it arrived we had to wait another week for him to install the part. This is some of the worst customer service ever. They should have immediately sent a repairman when the first one failed to fix the issue. Furthermore they should have held a slot in the schedule for when they expected the part to be in, and not make me go to the bottom of the list.

Due to poor design, the ice maker in my freezer wears out. This is the 2nd one I've replaced. I knew what the problem was so there was no diagnosis needed by the service company. He showed up on time, got the part number, order the part and came back and installed. Prompt and courteous.

As part of our kitchen remodel, we needed all new appliances. We purchased a 48and quot; dual fuel GE Monogram stove w grill and griddle (OMG) and 48and quot; GE Monogram fridge. The fridge is cabinet depth (so more shallow), but increased width makes it so much easier to find food, less waste, freezer space adequate for once in my life. Got a ventilation hood for stove (needed good one bc of grill) and an Advantium oven (incredible, incredible appliance). The GE dishwasher? Problems from the beginning. Door hinge failed, didn't clean or rinse or dispense etc. BUT!! And this is why they have a customer for life: Hahn sent a repairman out (several times) to work the problem, and we were always confident that if it didn't work as expected, Hahn would take care of us. And they did. After replacing hinges and electrical panels and just about everything, it seemed, Hahn brought out a new unit, updated model --- and I noticed -- on the paperwork-- at least $400 more than the original. There was NEVER an attempt to wriggle out of making it right. There was NEVER and attempt to collect any additional fees or charges. We clearly had a faulty product and they were pleasant and responsive throughout the entire process. Amazing. When we purchased the appliances, Lee Hahn told us to call if there were any problems, and they'd take care of it. We did, and they did. Good company; I wouldn't go anywhere else.

The store is very open and well organized. We were met by a salesperson promptly and got all our questions answered on what units were most popular. He also compared and contrasted models for us. The dishwasher we purchased was installed a few days later without any issues by a pair of friendly and efficient installers. Overall we are very pleased with our Hahn purchase experience.

This by far was one of the worst customer service experiences I had, and want to share the story with anyone that wants to read this. We scheduled the appointment online, and then followed up with a phone call to describe the problem with the dryer - it stopped working and when you pressed the start button, all you heard was a click. So, now starts the experience: The first appt. they could make it to the house was on a Monday, and I was told they would call by 9 with the 2 hour window when they would arrive that day. At 9:15 they called and said they would be there between 10-12:00/noon. At 12:15 they arrived. I explained what the problem was, the dryer stopped, and when you pressed the start button it would not start, and you heard a click. The person said it appears to be your belt, and you will need a new one. He further explained he did not have one with him, and they would need to order one and return. He then said, let me check one other thing, and he opened the door and realized the drum would roll and he said your belt is fine, is must be something else. He then realized it was a piece that broke tied to the heating element. Again, he said he did not have that part with him and would need to order and they would schedule another appointment. I asked how long that would take, and he said 2-3days. I said 2-3 days! To which the person said "it is only 2-3 day"! Little did he know that after a week without a dryer the clothes were already mounting high on the floor. I was a little taken back by his comment, not customer friendly at all. On Wednesday received the call that the part was in, and the first available time for someone to come out was Friday. Once again I was told they would call by 9:00 and provide me with the 2 hour window they would be at the house. At 9:30 a.m. they called and asked if they could come between 1-3. I explained I had an appointment and had to leave the house by 3, and asked if they would be here and complete the job so I could leave at 3 for my appointment - the person said "oh yes". So, at 2:50 p.m. I called and asked where he was, and he said he was still at his appointment that was scheduled right before my appt. I asked him why he did not call me and explain he was running late as he knew I had a hard stop at 3:00 and he said earlier that day it would not be a problem. I asked him if he could not do it today, could he come tomorrow (Saturday). He said he did not work on Saturday and was not sure if Monday would have an available time. I told him I would call some people, and see what way I wanted to go. I was able to reschedule my appointment, altering someone elses schedule, and told him he could come. He arrived some time around 3:30 and fixed the part. He cleaned the hose and explained that rain water may have come into the hose from outside and the hose had lint in it and recommended the hose be replaced. I asked him if he had one in his vehicle, and he said no, not the length I needed. He recommended not putting back on the hose, and to get new one. I asked if that was something I could buy at Home Depot, and he said yes. So, after receiving the bill for $127, and the fact that the dryer still does not work, has been the icing on the cake for this bad experience with Hahn. So, we are now going to Home Depot to purchase a new hose and I hopefully will have a dryer in working order soon. My experience with Hahn, needless to say, was less than pleasant. Overall, I learned a few things about Hahn repair that I want to share with you. - First, when they say they will call or arrive at a certain time, please do not expect that to be the case - Second, they do not have a lot of parts on their vehicles, so expect several repeat repair visits or plan to purchase the parts on your own time - Third, their lack of customer service skills is very lacking We plan to be buying all new kitchen appliances within the next 6 months, and I can tell you that Hahn will not be receiving that order. How can I even think of buying new appliances when their "repair" service was terrible.
Description of Work: My Whirlpool dryer stopped working. On their first visit, they looked at the dryer and at first thought it was the belt, then after they actually opening the dryer realized it was not the belt. After further looking at the dryer, stated it was a piece with the heating element. Because they did not have the part with them, had to order the part and said they would call back with another day and time. After 5 days they returned, replaced the part and then determined the dryer vent hose should be replaced and did not recommend rehooking it up as their was lint stuck to the inside. They did not have that part with them and I asked if I could purchase it at Home Depot, and they said yes. So I paid the $127 and still do not have a working dryer after 1 1/2 weeks.
