Description of Work: Grigsby's attempted to remove and replace hardwood floors in our living room, dining room, foyer, and powder room. They failed miserably to the point where we had to take legal action against the company. The Case is on file with the Tulsa County Clerks Office and it took two years to resolve. Do not use and do not trust Dub Stover, Penny or their sales force! My suggestion would be to utilize C&C Tile and Carpet for anything related to flooring and / or Tile.

[Member Name Removed], We received notification of your review on Angies List, you failed to mention the reason for the issue with your floor which was hollow spots. This is a common problem with wood floors due to the fact that concrete slabs and sub floors are not always perfectly even ( level ). Then you compounded the problem going all over your floor with a hammer/ rubber mallet trying to find hollow spots which in fact created more than the initial 12 you told us about plus you dented your floor with whatever you used. You told us several different objects during this process. As I stated before this is a common problem with wood floors so much so that manufacturer makes an injection kit for that very purpose. You refused to let us fix your floor by using a syringe that makes a pin hole and fills the gap with adhesive and gets rid of the hollow spots, instead you demanded the floor be replaced. As you know we spoke with C&C in regard to your wood floor and they stated that they had the very same issues with you that we did and you were extremely difficult to deal with. It was then our assumption that is why you didn't go back to C&C when you had an insurance claim and came to us instead. Just for the record, you did not pay the balance owed on your floor, which we were forced to pursue thru the law suit. In your law suit you sued us for approximately 10 times the value of your floor. Finally I find your comments that Mr. Stover , our sales staff and myself to be untrustworthy very offensive we deal with thousands of customers if that were true I doubt Grigsby's would have an A rating by so many other customers

Description of Work: Pete gave us a bid and he was very friendly and professional. We did purchase high quality carpet but we hope to not replace it any time soon. He sent a crew of two but were very efficient and we were very pleased with the job and the "Good Moves" carpet we bought. We will definitely use them again when we purchase carpet for upstairs. |

Description of Work: Grigsby's removed all my old flooring (carpeting in several rooms, and different types of tile in the kitchen, hall, and bathrooms) and replaced everything with beautiful laminate floors and new carpeting. |The removal/install was completed in a few short hours! The crew was professional and thorough, and John Bryant (sales rep) was knowledgeable and easy to work with. |I absolutely recommend Grigsby's sales and service!

Description of Work: We had to unexpectedly replace flooring due to plumbing issues. Grigsby's worked with us and some time constraints to get the flooring replaced. Richard walked us through the process and was responsive to questions. The installers were highly skilled and efficient. We couldn't be happier.

Description of Work: installed new carpet in 2 rooms and a closet. The work was done quickly and precise. furniture was moved and replaced like promised. very happy with finished product. scheduling was the only problem. was originally scheduled for Friday at 9a.m., then moved to 1 p.m.. installers showed up at 5 p.m. and asked if they could come on Saturday a.m.. we agreed, and they showed up early and did a great job.
