This was a purchase only. However we were very pleased with the helpfulness received during the selection process.

I had just spent $10,000 for my walls to be painted and they spit tobacco juice on my newly painted walls and floor. They set up their saw on my brand new Tyvek deck and scratched it. They spit tobacco on my deck along with their tile mud that cannot be cleaned off. When I complained, they came back, fixed the awful job in my shower and spit tobacco in my brand new kitchen cabinets. The salesman thought his people did a great job in the shower but when the grout line goes from 1/4" to 3", that's not a good job. They were very sloppy and unprofessional.

I received a quick response and the appointment was set up within 24 hours. The representative came out and took all my measurements and provided me all the information I requested. I still have to go into the showroom and select my flooring. I was informed that it wouldn't take anytime to get it scheduled to be installed. I am waiting on my tax refund to install but definitely feel that Grigsby's will be installing my new flooring.

They are okay and the professionalism is good. I may use them again in the future.

We were referred to Grigsby's by a reputable interior designer. The firm also has a very good reputation for quality and service in the city. Salesmen were available to help us immediately. We bought a reasonably high quality hickory laminate flooring and it was installed within a week or so with little disruption to our household. The job was done in one day. We would recommend this company to anyone looking for flooring. The are very knowledgeable and helpful.

We liked them. They were real hard workers and professional. We would definitely use them again.

Grigsby's did an excellent job for us. We did not do a lot of price shopping (just looked around at Lowes and Home Depot) but negotiated with them and felt the price was fair. We worked with Ed Potts and also La Dean Sweet; both were very knowledgeable and each has >20 years experience. They were very helpful. For example, the guy at Lowes did not mention the problems with polyester carpet but Ed and Dean showed us rationally why nylon is much better (this was later verified for us by an independent carpet cleaner). The crew was on time and finished our entire house within two days. The carpet was as presented in their showroom. The crew was industrious and "got after it" to get it done. I was concerned that they might damage furniture when moving it, or booger up the baseboards when removing or installing carpet, but by the end I could not see a single thing the crew damaged, anyplace. All in all there is no question we have great carpet and the installation looks great. We would ABSOLUTELY contact Grigsby's again for new carpet - or other flooring, even though we only did carpet this round.

The carpet looks great and it was installed well - Grigsby's uses third party subs and while they weren't friendly, they did good work.

The sales rep. came to our house with sample and took measurements. When the flooring arrived the installer brought it to our house and installed it very professionally. Everything was do as promised and on time. I would recommend them.

I had a very good experience with this company. The salesman was very nice and helpful. The quality of the carpet installation was great and of really high quality. They also finished the job quickly in just 1 day.

They did a great job. Coached us through the demo and rebuilding floor in preparation for tile installation. Did a great job setting tile on a difficult floor. Everyone we dealt with was very helpful, performed exactly as promised and delivered a nice looking product and installation at a good price. No surprises.

Installation was a very negative experience. The wood was not delivered early enough to "set up" in my house so installation had to be delayed. The first wood floor installer could not do the job. The second installer needed 3x the estimate and it took three days. The carpet installation was worse. My furniture was scratched, nothing was put back where it belonged, my closet doors were not put back in place, none of the carpet fuzz was vacuumed, and my linens were thrown off into my bathtub where they were stained with bath oils. They did pay for my dry cleaning. It took several days to get my house back in order. And on top of that the carpet installation was done poorly. It was cut too narrow and installed so loosely you could pass your hand under the carpet from the side. Someone else had to come out and fix it. The whole thing took nearly a month. The condition of my house and my belongings after the carpet installers left was the most upsetting of all that happened.

THEY HAVE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND THEY ARE REALLY FRIENDLY. THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB! I ALSO LIKED HOW THEY SHOWED UP EARLY AND GOT THE JOB DONE REALLY FAST.

THE CARPET LOOKS GREAT, AND THEY WERE ABLE TO GET EVERYTHING DONE IN SIX HOURS. THEY ALSO CLEANED UP BEHIND THEMSELVES AND HELPED US MOVE THE FURNITURE BACK INTO PLACE. THEY ARE A GREAT COMPANY.

I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH HOW PUNCTUAL THEY WERE. THEY PRESENTED THEMSELVES VERY NICELY AND DID FANTASTIC WORK. THEY TOOK CARE WHILE MOVING FURNITURE AROUND AND MADE SURE NOT TO DAMAGE ANYTHING OF VALUE.

WE PICKED OUT THE COLOR WE WANTED FROM THIS COMPANY AND MADE AN APPOINTMENT FOR THEM TO COME OUT THE NEXT MORNING TO START. THEY SURPRISED US BY ARRIVING ON TIME AND WORKING NON-STOP UNTIL ALL THE ROOMS WERE CARPETED. THEY HAVE GREAT WORKERS.

ONE OF THE DOORS WILL NOT SHUT NOW BECAUSE OF THE WAY THEY INSTALLED THE CARPET. OTHER THAN THAT, I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH THE WORK THEY HAVE DONE FOR ME. IN FACT, I'M GOING TO HAVE THEM INSTALL THE CARPET IN THE REST OF MY HOME.

I BELIEVE THAT THIS IS THE BEST CARPETING SERVICE THAT I HAVE EVER HAD THE PLEASURE OF WORKING WITH. THEIR PRICES ARE GREAT, AND THE WORK THAT THEY DO IS NOTHING SHORT OF INCREDIBLE.
