It went fine. He did what I asked.

I called the provider over a two day period and left messages. Morning and Evening to set up a schedule. Provider never returned any phone calls. I went with someone else.

Very well. Empire provides weekly service and does a super job. Very quick. Leaves my somewhat less than perfect lawn looking like a well manicured golf course

These guys are great. Owner is very informative and followed up on service. He also worked with his crew. Will continue to use this service. I feel the service was reasonably priced for what was done.

They came when I called, jumped out of the truck, grabbed tools and went to work. They were soon done with everything we asked and ready to leave. Wonderful service by good people. They are our go-to folks for yard work I am unwilling to do.

They were very good. It was my husband who got in touch with them and I was not home though but the next day we noticed that they got right to work, did the job, and there was no messing around. They came, they saw, and they conquered and that is what we wanted. My husband is a little picky and what he wanted is for them to dig a little deeper and get all the roots of the bushes out. For that they would have to bring out some digging machines like a lot of the tree services have. They did a good job because when they got done we were very happy. They did what we wanted done and they did a very good job. Price wise and for everything we thought it was very fair.

Mr. Gonzalez is dependable, fair, friendly, and does excellent work. After talking with two different lawn care people with disappointing results, I saw the listing for Empire Lawn Care on Angie's List and called Mr. Gonzalez on Wednesday, June 5. He called me back that evening and I told him what I wanted done. He drove by the house (my husband and I are newly married and getting his house ready to put on the market) and called me two days later with the estimate, which I thought was fair for the amount of work I wanted done. He and another worker came the next day and completed all the work in 3 1/2 hours. The front and back yard look spectacular! I am very happy and would definitely hire him again!

Nolberto's work is good, however, his memory lacks. After the first 2 appointments, I would have to call him to come back out to my home to get the yard mowed & trimmed. Then at the end of the 'season' he called me stating that he performed leave removal services and that I didn't pay him enough money. (I NEVER hired him to do leaf removal) During this phone call from him, I looked out in my back yard and stated, "I have no idea on what you are talking about, my yard is FULL of leaves!" He then stated he didn't 'understand' what I was talking about, then he said he needed to check something out and then call back. When he called back, he stated that he mistook me for another one of his customers and that he was sorry that he called me asking for more money. Now that mowing season is back, he hasn't bothered to call to see if we wanted him to come back, and honestly, that's fine. The yard man that I have now is dependable and will call me every week to see if he needs to come by.

The work they did was great. However, after the first mow a second was supposed to be two weeks later. That appointment was missed and after a call they returned. After that, we never heard from or saw them again. We had scheduled it for every two weeks around the middle of the summer but after a second no show, we just did not bother calling them again and found someone else.

Empire was "in and out" without leaving trace of being there... except my beautiful yard! I plan to us them for landscaping as well.

By far the most punctual landscaper I have ever seen. Called them for a quote and he came out the next day to the minute. One week later after I decided to use them the shrub trimming was done the next day. Great work at a fair price!

I was happy with them. I have had them do two different yards. They were prompt and did a good job. They were easy to deal with.

Mr. Gonzales came out promptly and gave an acceptable estimate. I preferred his estimate over two others. On the day the work was actually performed he came early wih his son and they worked steadily until it was all done. I was very satisfied with the job and would definately use him again.

The phone was answered by the owner when I called. He scheduled promptly but the weather did not cooperate. He called to discuss and reschedule. He and his wife came on reschedule date and worked several hours trimming bushes and crepe myrtles and removing the leaves from front and back yards. This was no small project and they worked tirelessly until done. The yard now looks great and my beds are ready for planting. I was very pleased with the service. I plan to have him come back to remove a small tree for me.

Very professional, absolutely on time, did a great job for a very competitive price, talked us out of spending money on requested additional lawn care that wasn't necessary--and would've gone to him!

I needed my lawn mowed, and he promptly responded and offered to do the complete service for a reasonable price. He was very professional and I would hire him again.

Mr Gonzalez and his crew were professional and prompt. They (3 crew members, including Mr Gonzalez) arrived about 7am on a Saturday morning and stayed 'til about 2pm. They even worked in the rain. When they were finished, I was amazed at how great my yard looked compared to just a few hours earlier. He returned the next day to cut my grass and to offer a price of $50 per visit to mow and tend my yard every 10 days. The overall experience was great and I highly recommend this company.

I fired the previous company after they didn't show up as scheduled. I called Nolberto that same day and he came right over, did a walk through of what I wanted done, then quoted me a VERY decent price. He was pleasant, HONEST, and very professional. He showed up the very next day (today, July 6) and did an EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT job. Everything looks fantastic and crisp, very neat. He also did an excellent job of cleaning up, did not leave clippings anywhere! I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a dependable, honest and professional lawn service company! I will continue to use him!! :)

The crew does a superb job of making my lawn look great, and always leave the place clean! Nolbert is responsive, professional, and easy to deal with.

The price was fair and reasonable for what we had done. They showed up when they said they would and they did everything we asked them to do and they did it well. They charged what they said they were going to and we will use them again. They were very professional.

He is an excellent worker. He is prompt and does what he says he is going to do to perfection. His pricing is competitive for what he does. I would use him again in the future.
