Dan was very professional and courteous throughout the entire process. He responded immediately to my initial inquiry and provided an estimate the very next day. During the estimate process he clearly explained where he thought the problems were and what he suggested to resolve them. The estimate he provided was considerably cheaper than a previous estimate from another company. The work was completed the following day just as promised. He called me during the repairs to let me know the sources of the leaks were just as he expected. He also asked if he could cut a small hole into a part of the roof that is not accessible through the attic space so he could verify there were no other indications of water leaks. In addition, he offered to email me pictures of that attic space so I could see what it looked like. Dan installed the new metal vent pipe flashings in the same color as the roofing material without me even asking him to do so. All of the work was done very neatly and looks great. Dan addressed the problems exactly like I asked and did not try to "up sell" me to a more expensive alternative just in an effort to make more money. Dan provided an outstanding service experience and I will definitely use him again.

I had an issue with my insurance company and was worried about the integrity of my roof. I called three roofing companies after reading reviews on both Angie's List and checking Better Business Ratings. I call Dan on a Friday afternoon and he was out on Saturday afternoon to look at my roof. I wan't really expecting this quick of an evaulation but it was nice. I think most importantly is that he reassured me about my roof, offered suggestions and time frames for eventual replacement of the roof BUT did not pressure me or tell me that it needs replaced, eventually yes, like all roofs, but not immediately. I am a single woman and I felt he was honest in his inspection and information provided was helpful and will allow me to make better informed decisions about my roof. He also listened to me and answered all my questions and explained the reasons for his answers. So, although I have not used him, I feel it's just as important to know that a company does not jump at every job needlessly and provides honest answers. I would use Dan for any future roofing needs.

I was very pleased with the whole project. Dan was very helpful when I was trying to choose the new shingles. He worked up three different bids using several types of shingles and didn't try to push me toward the most expensive one. He simply and thoroughly explained my options and allowed me to make my own decision. I am very pleased with the end result---the roof looks great! Dan and his crew were a pleasure to work with. They showed up when they said they would, only removed as many of the old shingles as they could replace in one day so I didn't have to worry about rain, were careful not to damage any landscaping, finished the job quickly but well, and cleaned up after themselves when they left. I had to have the gutter screens replaced and the company I hired to do that was amazed that the roofer had not damaged the old gutters.He said that many roofers crush the guttering with their ladders, but my 30-year-old guttering was in perfect shape. In conclusion, the roofing project could not have gone better . It was a pleasant experience from start to finish and I have been recommending Dan's Roofing to all of my friends and will continue to do so.

Was really pleased with the job done by Dan's Roofing. Although not a big project, it was done as if a big job. A pleasure to deal with Dan Munoz; he is a real professional in his work. He took a hands-on interest in this small job, and his employess were knowledgeable and quick in getting the work done. Also, his equipment is up-to-date, and first rate. Was really happy with the results.

These guys were so nice and professional. They worked with us. We wanted some special shingles and they helps us find those shingles and gave us a choice of other similar shingles. They were just wonderful!

The job went great. Anthony and Dan followed through on everything as promised. They were willing to accomodate some special requests that I had for the job and didn't give me any static or push-back. Easy to work with, flexible, and accomodating. The roof, trim work, and painting look great and so far, after 3 or 4 heavy rains....no leaks.

After finding Dan's roofing on Angie's List I gave them a call and scheduled an appointment with Dan. Dan came out on a Saturday and he provided me with a quote within three days. I had previously acquired a separate quote from a different roofing company. After comparing quotes I chose Dan because of his detailed quote and his rating. I made the right decision. Dan started on time, stayed late the first day (rain was on the way) to complete some potential leak areas and to tarp off an area that I had made repairs on. Dan finished on time, did everything he said he would do and more. I have used other roofing companies in the past and by far Dan's roofing is the best. Thanks Dan.

The estimator Anthony showed up as scheduled. He inspected the roof and reviewed the insurance adjusters estimate. He agreed to do the work for the insurance estimate with a few tweaks he worked out with the insurance company. The insurance adjuster forgot to include an allowance for a second story and missed that the garage had a wood shingle base instead of decking. The estimater had been roofing houses for 30 years. He was knowledgeable, listened to my concerns and helpful. The company showed up as scheduled. The crew was polite and professional. They removed the old shingles and reroofed in stages because the weather was iffy. They paid alot of attention to detail. All the the vents, clauking and etc matched the shingles. The owner and estimator were both at the worksite numerous times. No complaints. Our next door neighbor, who is home all day, was so impressed with the crew and the work, that she is hiring the company.

Dan's service was great. He will definitely get calls from us again and I would highly recommend him.

He offered tips to help me make the right decisions for the roof for my house. It made a huge impact on cooling bills during the summer. I am happy with it, he did a good job.

Dan was very prompt and professional. He provided a written estimate via email. He also was knowledgeable about metal roofing costs vs. composition shingles. We did not purchase the house needing the roof.

I had a leak into my interior ceiling due to flashing that had come loose from a windstorm. Dan was able to come to my home within one day and arrived on time and ready to repair the leaking area. He was friendly and provided an upfront cost to make the repairs. He completed the repairs in an hour and a half.

My ceiling showed moisture around one of the rafters following the heavy wind and rain earlier this week. I called Dan about 7AM and even though it was early, he listened to my sad story. He told me he had seven calls to make and wasn't sure whether he could come by for another 24 hours. When I gave him my address, he told me he had a call to make in my neighborhood and might stop by before he left. About 2 hours later Dan was at the door. I expected to buy a new roof. Dan inspected the roof, identified the problem and came down. The first words I heard were "You don't need a new roof." For $100 he "fixed" the problem and was on his way in 20 minutes. I was at this man's mercy and would have gone along with most any plan he had. I've NEVER had this type of experience with a roofing contractor. A+

I am delighted. I don't mind paying for a job; I just want it done right the first time. Dan did it right the first time.

It was a positive experience, and I was satisfied with them. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

We had some tree limbs removed that were hanging over our house. When this job was completed the tree guy told us that when he was on our roof he noticed a couple of areas that needed to be looked at by a roofer. I went on Angies List and picked Dan after looking over his reports and grade. I called him and he answered. He came out the next evening and gave me a quote. We called him after we got back from vacation and asked him to do the job when he could. I had two other estimates from other companies and Dan's was by far the best. He said he could do the job at the end of the week. He called and said he could be out on Saturday around 10. On Saturday Dan called and said it would be about 11:00 because he was getting his crew going on another job in another city. He got to our house about 11 and he himself did our small job by himself. It took him less than 3 hours on a very hot day, about 100 degrees. My husband and I were both very happy to the job and with Dan. He is a very kind man who is very honest and hard working. He explained everything that he had to do. He cleaned up the area perfectly and hauled off the trash. I have kept his card and definately use him again in the future and recommend him to others.

Dan himself arrived at my house shortly after my initial phone call to take a look at the problem and offer up a solution. I was instantly put at ease with his incredibly friendly demeanor, professionalism, and knowledge. What I've read in the other Angie's List reviews is 100% true - Dan is just the nicest guy you'll meet. He explained the source of the problem as well as his proposed solution in detail. He also immediately provided me with a quote for the work, and indicated that he wouldn't charge more even if it took longer or required more materials to complete the job. Because the work was much more minor than a full roof replacement, he asked if his crew could do the work on a day when there was a threat of rain as they wouldn't do full roof tear-offs on those days. I told him that was perfectly fine as there was no immediate urgency to my issue. To my surprise, Dan called just a few days later and asked permission to come by and do the work. I work from home so it was no problem. Dan and his crew showed up shortly thereafter and began working on the soffit vents and roof repair. They worked quickly and completed everything in about a half-day. Dan himself didn't stay throughout the entire job (I'm sure he has several things going each day) but he was in contact with his crew constantly and called me a couple times with updates. He offered to have his crew paint the soffit vents with the exact trim color of my house (I had extra paint) and came back to ensure everything was perfect. They cleaned up everything and even painted all of the piping and various bare metal whatnots that have been on my roof for years to match the roof and trim color. What a bonus! The roof looks better than ever and now my attic is much cooler. I would wholeheartedly recommend Dan's Roofing to anyone - The price is right, they do quality work, and they are honest and dependable. Don't waste your time with the others - Dan and his crew are the best!

The crew finished very quickly, even working on Saturday and Sunday to get the job done. They also cleaned up all of their mess. Not even so much as a roofing nail could be found around the house. Will definately use them if I need another roof job and would recommend them to others.

He removed 6 static vents and re-roofed where the holes where they were to give it the "it was built that way" look. Dan was onsite personally to get his team started and they did the rest. They left my yard clean and removed the boxes and debris. Great job.

After receiving 3 very different (and confusing) estimates for the installation of ridge vents, I joined Angie's List, and based upon the ratings listed there, called Dan's Roofing. Dan answered the phone and came over within an hour. Dan did a thorough inspection of the roof, provide me with his recommendations for addressing the problems and took the time to answer all my questions. He provide me with an detailed estimate of the work required via email within a couple of days His wasn't the lowest bid but it certainly wasn't the highest. Based upon the consistent excellent ratings on Angie's List, I awarded the bid to Dan's Roofing. Dan and his crew were able to complete the repairs the following week. Dan visited the work site several times a day to insure everything was going as planned. I am very satisfied with the work done and would not hesitate to recommend Dan's Roofing to anyone in need of roofing repairs.

I filed a claim with my homeowners insurance due to a leak from a bedroom ceiling. They strongly suggested getting the ice dams cleared asap to prevent further problems, so my first thought was "I'm ready to try Angie's list now" (I'd already had to struggle to find a good plumber on my own just 3 months ago, I was ready for referenced professionals). After making several calls, I was so pleased that Dan's Roofing answered right away and I didn't have to leave a message. I never once got the inkling that, as a woman unfamiliar with roof structures, I was being "talked down to" or "patronized". They showed up the next day, got the work done in a timely fashion, eased all my concerns about safety being restored (my elderly mother lives in an attached apartment, so that was very helpful), and scheduled a followup visit the next day to get the affected area covered and ready for the next snow event later in the week. I will definitely go to Dan's Roofing first when it's time to repair or replace the roof.
