Dan had previously replaced the roof on our former home in Owasso so we knew he was the best. We did not hesitate to contact him when shingles blew off our current residence. He was prompt to respond to my call; came and viewed damage. Dans crew did an excellent job. They are courteous, excellent craftsman.

Dan came out to look at a small leak we thought was blowing in under the eave. Turns out the false barn door over our garage was a hole with a thin piece plywood to keep the weather out. Dan and his guys took the area apart, then repaired the hole and sided the area before painting. It would be hard to tell there was ever a different look to the house. The repair is perfect!

Outstanding experience. My roof looks great and they did a great job on my flashing, which was previously leaking. It has been a couple of years and my roof still looks and functions great. It was a pleasure to work with Dan and his crew.

The crew worked deligently and cleaned up each day so you couldn't tell they had been on the house.

The only thing is that they didn't call before they came by to estimate the job. We just happened to be home when they dropped by. Other than that I am very satisfied with them and the work.

We highly recommend Dan and his crew. They were honest, on time, professional and the costs within reason. We've known Dan professionally now for a couple of years, and he also responded quickly each time we needed an emergency handled. It's good to have a consistent, dependable and quality contractor to depend on.

Received an excellent outstanding job from Dan and his crew. Friendly, honest, great communication of every detail. Lots of patience. Followed thru of terms and conditions as contracted. No surprises. Any questions or concerns are addressed. After much deliberation from other roofer's I interviewed, and after meeting with Dan, I came away feeling I was dealing with an honest professional. A rarity in today's world. I am happy we chose him for this job. He is an extremely competant professional, with many years in the business and it shows. A perfectionist to the core and his crew were most helpful, competent and skilled roofers. Never a rushed job. They worked until the job was complete in a timely manner. Every day, site was cleaned up using a magnetic roller to pick up old or loose nails. All debris and/or trash picked up and neatly put away for later hauling. I am a very satisfied customer. We highly recommend his expertise!

Outstanding service and products at a very reasonable price. Dan came to our office and was able to correctly diagnose the problems and offer several good options for the solutions. His crew were courteous, the site was kept clean and we were able to work in the office while the roofing was in progress (not at all as noisy as I had thought it would be). Dan was on time and on budget. His prices were very reasonable for the quality of products we chose. Beautifully! Great crew that works hard (in spite of the awful heat) and always stacks tools/supplies at the end of the day, never a mess in the yard. The house looks SO much better. It is cooler. And when there was a hard rain, the guttering didn't overflow because the water is now directed properly with the correct flashings. Would hire Dan in a heartbeat for another job.

My wife and I saw a stain up on he roof corner in the garage. We had never seen it before and its close by where the air conditioner sits in the attic, so first we called the HVAC repairman. He came and said that the air conditioner was not causing the wetness and stain. Dan Munoz from Dan's Roofing had done some work for us before so we called him. Dan got up onto the roof and advised that there was a section of the roof that did not have he correct amount of slope. He also advised that when the house was constructed, they did not use an ice barrier for the roof. Additionally, Dan looked at the area of the roof where a dormer with a window was and advised that part of the problem was that the siding on the dormer was put on incorrectly. He advised that the way it was constructed, the water was forced under the shingles and that eventually that is where it caused the issue. Dan advised that if something was done soon there would be damage to the decking, if there hadn't been already. I asked Dan to check the rest of the house and he looked at several areas where the same type of problem was. However, the original owner of the house had caulked the area. Dan advised that although the caulking would hold, eventually it would fail and we could expect the same type of damage in several other areas. I told Dan to do what was necessary to fix the issues. Dan's workers were on time and very thorough. They took off some of the siding, put down an ice shield where needed and also in the proper flashing. I wouldn't let another company touch my roof. This is the second time I've used Dan and I can honestly say that my wife and I are so very pleased with his performance and his price. I fully believe that Dan has spared me thousands of dollars in damage and future issues.

You and your team are a class act and we're very thankful that you were the roofing team selected. As you know, there were a number of unique circumstances associated with our roof that a lesser team would have turned a blind eye to and roofed right over. Everything from proper venting, the chutes over the garage for proper airflow to the bizarre revelation that no insulation had ever been placed over the closed off back portion of our home along with no ventilation science applied to that area. You addressed each area with sound "Best Practices" and precision in their resolution. There's a book called "Raving Fans" (a good read) that discusses when we're asked if we know of a good place to get something (whatever it is), do we refer with indifference, or refer the company or product with passion as a "raving fan". Dan was prompt, courteous and very professional. I especially appreciated that he took pictures of the vent installation and sent the pictures to me. I would highly recommend Dan for any roofing jobs.

Dan and his team did an outstanding job. Dan came out to my home three years ago to evaluate my roof. He was a roofer that actually told me I didn't need a roof at that time. Last year he came out and did a small repair. This year I had hail damage and my roof was totaled. Dan had taken so much time discussing my options and advising me through the years, I felt confident his company was the one for me. I was right. They were hard working, punctual and professional. My roof is beautiful. I couldn't be happier with the results. I highly recommend Dan's Roofing!

It looks good and it's fine. They were very nice, showed up when they were supposed to, did their work and cleaned up. I was very happy with them. There were five on the crew that put the roof on. It took three days.

Dan was at my house exactly on time. We discussed the bad state of my old roof and I explained what I was looking for in a roof and a roofer. Dan took his time explaining how he did things, the products he offered and we discussed what the best options would be for my house, budget and location. He carefully explained the advantages and disadvantages of different materials and freely answered my pat question of 'what would you do on your own home' with answers that saved me money. I was extremely impressed with the breadth of his roofing knowledge and his candor and the fact he truly didn't seem to have a desire to upsell for profit and was very careful in explaining what products he thought would be the best options for me. I find trusting contractors is not an easy thing for me but I did like Dan from the start. He called me with an estimate and follow up recommendations on the day he said he would. He provided the very detailed estimate in writing and we were off to the races. The work started when advised, Dan showed great pride in his crew and the crew chief and I were talking once when Dan wasn't there and it was obvious they very much liked their boss. The crew was efficient and meticulous. All the steps taken were explained to me in whatever detail I requested. They painted all fascia they replaced to match my house (even filled a chew out made by raccoons) and went well beyond what I had expected. They painted all vents on my house to match the new roof and actually replaced a vent at no additional expense. The experience and work were so exceptional that I had to wait a significant portion of time before writing the review...I was afraid I would be overly complimentary. Six months later I feel as though I'm not being complimentary enough. If everyone did their work with the integrity and efficiency of Dan Munoz and team my world would be a happier place. Every other contractor and several neighbors have commented on how good looking or impressive the roof work on my house is. I feel an odd sense of pride in my roof which was totally unexpected. I honestly cannot write enough positives about this experience and heartily recommend Dan to anyone needing a new roof. .

They have done five jobs for me. He has a very competent crew and they do things as promised. They very clearly identify what needs to be done, how much it will cost, when it is going to get done and how long it will take to get it done.

Amazing! Dan got on the roof and immediately identified my roofing was a 50 year roof and was perfectly fine. He then noticed (and showed me) where wood trim around a window frame on the second floor had rotted through and was the culprit, not the roofing. He then preceded to explain to me why the style of wall I had (plaster with wood trim) was done not the best way possible and why it had caused the issue. He then gave me with the name and number of a general contractor he works with to get a repair estimate from him. Best of all, when it was said and done, I asked him how much I owed for his time. His reply was "nothing" with a smile. Amazing service, professionalism and knowledge of his craft. If/when I need a roofing repair or anybody I know does, he's the one I'll recommend.

I thought it was too much. It turned out that it didn't leak where he was saying. It was leaking at another spot. At that time I didn't know. I thought it was a little to high for what he needed to do. I wanted him to check the roof. I had a leak up there and he looked at the place that was leaking. He said it was caused by the roof neck door. He couldn't do anything about that. Then he said we had another spot up there that looks like it needed to be fixed. That's the one he wanted $700 to. We did eventually get a leak up in that area but it wasn't the part that he thought was going to leak. It was something else. It never has leaks where he was talking about. He's a really nice guy though. I thought he was okay. I might use him again if he come back. He probably felt he wasted his time.

First, Dan came out to lake location and gave a detailed estimate. He subsequently worked diligently to reconcile with the insurance company adjuster estimate. The crew was very polite and informative regarding status of work. Unlike like other crews I have used or observed, there was no blaring music while they worked! Very good clean up at end of day. The job was affected at times by inclement weather. Dan did a good job keeping me informed and his crew on task.

Dan was great. He was friendly, fast, and gave me a very fair price. I am totally satisfied with the work he did, and the whole experience was excellent.

He was wonderful. He did a great job. They were very neat, didn't make a mess, and I thought they would destroy the flower beds, but they didn't. He is a very nice man, they did good work at a reasonable price.

His crew did a good job and cleaned up after them selves About a month later high winds took off some of the shingles. I called one day and his crew fixed it the next.

Came right out and within 2 days I had a new quality roof.
