Extremely satisfied with the work. Was building a covered porch at the same time and he worked with the carpenter to make sure things were done right. Dan understands the meaning of customer service AND doing the job right the first time. Fixed things that really weren't in the scope of work, but did it anyway to do the job right. Did some carpentry work to create some slope in a dead valley on my roof which will definetely help avoid any future problems with leaks. I wouldn't hesitate to call Dan again for future work, and have suggested his company to relatives and friends already... You won't be able to find a better roofing company!

Dan's Roofing Inc. was excellent. You could expect honesty and excellent workmanship from them. We were really happy. He gave me a good bid. His bid was the most competitive. It was the lowest bid. His crew of people, I was impressed by their workmanship. My particular situation was different than average because I had a structural problem. It caused a sag in my roof. It made the roof look bad in front of the house. It was a problem I had for years and years. We found a broken rafter and the other rafters sagged as a consequence. Overall, I felt it was a pretty good deal even though it costed more money than expected. The original builder's carpenter was not that good. The situation was complicated. Dan's Roofing Inc. was personable and he has a good crew. I'm very happy with the quality of their work. The roof never looked so good. He accomplished the work within the time period. I would absolutely use him again in the future.

He was very responsive and returned my calls quickly, showed up as scheduled. We needed a section of shingles repaired. He did a great job and even came back to fix another section for no additional cost.

Dan was great! He showed up on time & took pictures of my roof & explained everything in easy to understand language. He was even able to use some original leftover shingles stored in my garage to repair the damage. He was very fair on price. He really knows the roofing business. I would recommend him to anyone needing roofing.

Extremely impressed and pleased. I never give a perfect score on a 1-10 scale, but Dan was a 10. The home was located over an hour away from his business. Initially, we did not own the home and considering a purchase. We explained our situation and he suggested a guesstimate using aerial technology so we could make a reasonable offer for the home. Once we had a contract on the home, we found ourselves needing a roof contract before the purchase, to satisfy insurance requirements. Dan was responsive and flexible (not requiring immediate payment on a contract for a home we didn't yet own). His proposal was detailed and provided options. He was knowledgeable and gracious in answering all my questions--even what type of felt he was using (just read an article in the Tulsa World on roofing). His responsiveness was amazing. Most of our correspondence was email,so I could handle at night and weekends. It was common for me to send a note after 6pm or on the weekend and received a reply before the next business day. The roof looks beautiful (Dan recommended the color we finally selected). The work was completed on time and on budget. He even applied a discount--maybe it was an advertised special, but I wasn't aware of it. We received several proposals. Dan's price was not the cheapest (some estimates weren't very thorough) but he was definitely competitive.

Dan came to my house to give me an estimate. He spent an hour on my roof, in cold temperatures. He took the time to thoroughly inspect my roof, pointing out relevant ventilation issues and exactly what he would do to address the problem. He was not upselling me. I was aware of the situation before he mentioned it, and the cost to address it was minimal. In fact, he actually did the large part of the ventilation mediation without an upcharge! I know that he did a thorough job because I have extensive construction experience and I am a certified insurance adjuster. Dan also pointed out a roof framing structural issue on the roof due to snow load. Two other people that gave me an estimate did not even get on the roof, let alone discuss any issues. One did the estimate from an internet program using satellite photos. The other just wanted me to provide them with the dimensions someone else had taken!! NOTE; You can only measure the roof from the internet, you CANNOT see any underlying issues on the roof. Wow, some kind of service. His estimate was very competitive, even though I had several upgrades in terms of ice/water shield, some eave vents installed, ridge cap, and flashing repair. NOTE TO CUSTOMERS WANTING ICE/WATER SHIELD: THE PRODUCT MUST BE INSTALLED SO THAT THE BARRIER GOES UP THE ROOF HIGH ENOUGH TO BE 24" INTO THE LIVING SPACE OF THE HOME WHEN MEASURED VERTICALLY FROM THE EXTERIOR WALL OF THE HOME.. JUST 24" FROM THE EAVE/GUTTER ISNT ENOUGH IT YOU HAVE A SUBSTANTIAL EAVE OVERHANG. IF A CONTRACTOR WONT DO THIS, HE ISNT INSTALLING THE PRODUCT CORRECTLY. It pays to be at home when getting an estimate to see exactly what a roofing estimator does when at your property. If a roofer wont climb on your roof and look at the roof himself, and take the time to walk the roof and point out any issues, do not hire them. To be honest, this fact, coupled with his company's positive Angies list reviews, won him my business right then and there. Dan goes above and beyond in terms of making sure that the underlying issues with a roof are addressed before installing the finish product. This attention to detail can add years of service to a roof. Dan sent me pictures of the process as it moved along to completion. I COULD SEE THAT HE WAS DOING THE WORK AS AGREED...SO IMPORTANT. I should point out that I did not ask him to do this, and it was a pleasant surprise. The only issue I had was in clean up. His crew didnt thoroughly sweep the vegetation around my house with a MAGNET prior to leaving, and left a fair number of nails and staples in the flowerbeds and grass. I called him and he immediately addressed the problem to my satisfaction. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Dan's roofing to anyone who needs a new roof. He knows his craft, and stands behind his work.

Both times he performed quality work, explained what he was doing and why. On both occasions, he quickly resolved the issues for a fair price. I am confidant that I will have no more issues with the areas repaired by Dan's crew.

All I can say is "wow." These guys were right on task from the moment that came until the moment they left. We only have about a 1,700 square foot house, but we had an astounding eight men working on it. I think the total roof area was about 3,330 square feet. These guys were terrific. Very friendly and very trustworthy. I HIGHLY recommend them.

Called us back right away. Interviewed three before him. It was obvious of our choice. Others had a long wait timeframe, he came that same week! He even made it look prettier then before. We will use him again in the future, and have told family and friends about his excellence service. He even gave this young couple some good advice, and now-a-days it's kinda hard to come by. Great job!

Danny came out on the same day I called him to bid on a roof lift and relay job. He is very polite and knowledgeable and gave us alot of good information. His bid was competitive.

He is excellent and honest. I would use him again in a heartbeat. He recommends people and they all turn out wonderful. He will come and check out something for you with no problems, free of charge.

At every step from the initial estimate to the final touch-ups, Dan's Roofing took good care of us. They noted important steps omitted by our insurance adjustor, then promptly and successfully negotiated with the insurance company to cover all of the additional costs. They made suggestions for certain materials and ventilation that resulted in a major difference in the comfort level inside the house. Both Dan and Anthony communicated with us every step of the way and were always pleasant, responsive, and professional. Their experienced crew began work promptly at 8 a.m. each day and worked overtime in 100 degree weather. Superb attention to detail in everything from cost documentation to daily worksite clean-up. These people know what they're doing, and they take pride in their work. It was a complete pleasure dealing with them. We will recommend them highly to others.

Job was completed on time and on estimate. Flat roofs are a very difficult to do right and the previous roofing company tried to fix several times before I called Dan. Dan knows roofs and his solution eliminated seems that are a major failure point with flat roofs. Great experience.

I chose this company by observing their work in the area, my property being a 1926 house in historical neighborhood. Quotation by Anthony was prompt and very detailed; their interaction with insurance company was vital. They arrived promptly as I had been notified to begin work. Their on-site foreman and crew were exceptional workers (with some pleasant singing/whistling as a plus !) Dan and Anthony were on-site several times each day, with Dan directly involved with custom-fabricating the chimney flashing. Great attention to detail. Dan is definitely a perfectionist and takes well-deserved pride in his and his company's work. Each day the crew completed an excellent cleanup of work area which was most appreciated. The whole job and final cleanup were superb. I couldn't be more pleased.

Dan's roofing did an outstanding job replacing our roof. Anthony and Dan communicated everything up front and always kept us up to date on timelines and what was being done. They also provided some extra services per our request at no additional cost. I would definitely recommend them and will use them in the future.

The job went well overall. Dan and his brother were very personable and oversaw all the work. The roof was replaced with no problem. The crew cleaned up and left me with a beautiful new roof. Before I had the roof replaced, we had a big storm and blew off a bunch of shingles. They came over to evaluate the problem on the same day I called and it was on a Saturday. They found some shingles in my roof from the original job and replaced the shingles that day.

We found Dan's Roofing on Angieslist. We scheduled an appointment for an estimate. Dan showed up on time and gave us a very fair estimate. The workers showed up Saturday around noon and worked through the rain to complete the job. They had planned on painting the repaired areas once complete, but we told them that since it was raining, we would complete that ourselves. While they were replacing the fascia over one area, they found that the wood was rotted up under the shingles. They showed us the issue and we agreed to an additional $50 to replace that wood also. We were very impressed with their work and will definitely hire them again for any roofing work we need done.

Very profession and punctual. We have a historic home, built in 1922. Dan recognized the need for craftsman worksmanship and attention to detail. He recommended different types of trim around the flashing/drip line that would compliment our home's age. I would recommend his work and would certainly use Dan's company again.

The owner was very knowledgeable and very helpful. He and his group did a very good job. He really made you feel comfortable that he knew what he was doing. He did a lot to cut costs to try to save money. It was a really great experience.
