Once again, I needed Dan to help me with a roofing problem. I called him on a Monday morning to ask him if he could help me with my missing chimney cap. He said he would come out and look at it. I didn't need to say anything else. On Tuesday, I got a call from Dan that he had re-installed it. I was thrilled. Dan is such a professional and I have recommended him to several good friends.

I had a leak with water damage inside. He inspected my roof, recommended cauking some areas, hammering some areas flat and naiing some areas secure. He came out the following week and had his employee perform those services. He was very professional and punctual and I am more than satisfied with his work.

Incredible. We called around 9am, the work was completed by 1 pm on the same day. They had a number of different shingles on his truck and were able to match this missing shingles with exact replacements. This company is a keeper!

Dan was very prompt in providing the roof inspection I requested and provided me with a professional report that I was needing for a home re-finance. I was very satisfied with his services.

They did a wonderful job. Removed old roofing and fixed the flashing issues around the chimney and vent pipes and added ice shield. Blew in insulation for me while the roof was open as there is no access to my attic normally because of the low pitch. Dan and his crew are very courteous and professional and care about the work they do.

I had a great experience with Dan's Roofing and would definitely recommend this company to others. I first met Dan when I hired him for a roof repair after a storm. Dan quickly responded and replaced some blown off shingles and repaired some flashing. After the job was finished, Dan pointed out that I had several other issues with my roof and most likely would continue to have problems if I did not get them addressed. Besides the normal wear and tear, Dan showed me that I had a major sag in the roof that I had really never noticed. Dan went in my attic to inspect further and found several cracked / broken joist beams and showed me how the roof over the garage was actually separating from the main part of the roof. Dan said to fix this the right way, I would need to hire someone to fix the structural issues inside the attic before I put on a new roof. Several months later, I hired Dan's Roofing to work with Rayon Construction Services to solve my roofing and structural issues. Dan contacted Donovan at Rayon Construction and they worked out a time where both crews would be available at the same time. Dan's crew tore off the existing roof, then while the roof was off, Rayon's crew went in the attic and installed two new 20 Foot LVL support beams. Then they used hydraulic jacks to raise the roof where it had sagged/separated and installed new bracing. Then Dan's crew was able to finish installing the new roof when the structural repairs were complete. Both crews from Dan's Roofing and Rayon Construction were very professional. Both crews were great at what they did in their respective areas. The crews arrived at their schedule times, were polite and friendly, showed me the details in their workmanship and both crews thoroughly cleaned up after themselves. I could not have asked for more. Although the combined total expense was over $10,000.00 for me to hire both companies, each company provided me with a detailed proposal/estimate before the job started that I agreed to and they followed through on their commitments. I could not have been more pleased with how the job went and I would definitely hire them again.

They were awesome. They showed up on time, were very professional, did a high quality job, and cleaned up after themsevles very well. They took the time to explain the job to me as well. It took the crew 1-2 weeks to complete the job. The price was reasonable as well.

Dan and crew did a fantastic job, they always cleaned up every evening and crew was very nice. There IS a reason that Dan's rating is so good on Angie's List, he believes in customer service. I will be building a new house very soon and Dan will be the roofing company for the new house.

The repairs were all done to high standards and ended our roofing problems. He and his staff were friendly and courteous.

Job went very well. Crew arrived on time daily, worked long hours, cleaned up every evening and were very professional.Had a problem when a nail fell into the fan on an AC unit. Fan drove nail through coil and needed to replace the AC unit. Dan recognized the problem and paid 100% for new AC unit installed that day by our service company ( $3300) with no hassle from Dan. Would recommend Dan without hesitation.

Dan was very knowledgeable. He pointed out that I had a gutter issue more than a roof issue. Four other contractors that came out never caught this. He was very professional, courteous and was very giving of his time. I highly recommend his services.

Dan answered my phone calls every time. Unlike some other places, if the do answer your calls, it is to let you know a sales person will be calling later. I leaned not to hold my breath for those calls, one was on Angie list. Dan answered my call, met me at the jop site, and proceeded to help me understand what I needed. Other places did a Google view of the roof and gave me a bid based on that. Dan cam to the house personnel and bid the roof from visual and measurement. I am very pleased with doing busuiness with Dans Roofing.

He asked me if I wanted my whole roof done, and when I told him I only needed my chimney repaired he didn't want my business. He didn't want to do the work even though he was listed as doing chimney repairs. He referred me to someone else who also told me they couldn't do the work.

First off, when you call the owner (Dan) answers the phone. Dan agreed to come out on the same day that I called after a recent storm. I thought he would just show up and give me an estimate however he showed up with a roofing crew and made the repairs on the spot. He even had the shingles needed to repair my roof with him. The repair was performed quickly and professionally. After speaking with Dan I found out he is very knowledgeable about roofing systems and had suggestions on how to improve my attic ventilation. Dan's roofing will be my first call if I ever need roofing service again.

Made an appointment. They were on time. Found the leak (wasn't obvious). Repaired the leak. Very professional.

Wow! Dan and his crew are amazing. Professional, competent, customer service oriented, went the extra mile, detailed cleanup daily, detailed installation.... In conclusion, he did everything he said he would do and more. First, Dan thoroughly educated me on the pros and cons of various roofs, including costs, energy efficiency and ventilation needs of my roof. We discussed the pros and cons of shingles and metal roofs. There was no high pressure sale involved. I decided on a metal roof because it will last longer. Then he followed through on installation as discussed. My home looks great.
