Description of Work: Removed 3&1/2" feet of shingles and felt from the west eave and unfastened 30 feet of gutter and then trimmed down the fascia metal and installed large drip metal from the decking into the reset gutter to form a smooth |transition from the roof to the gutter. Also laid down ice shield and new GAF Natural Shadow Timberline shingles.

Description of Work: Dan promptly came to give an estimate for a repair job in which I had 3 other estimates. Dan's was the highest of the 4 but his estimate included a bit more detail to the job. We felt more comfortable going with his estimate and his warranty. |Dan and his crew showed up exactly when they said they would and completed repair sooner than anticipated. |Their work is of excellent quality and I will use him again when he is needed.

Description of Work: I called Dan's Roofing because I had a leak in my roof upstairs in one of the bedrooms. Dan discovered the problem in a matter of minutes and completely solved the problem. Dan is very friendly and seems to really know his stuff. I'll need to replace my roof shortly and he's definitely at the top of the short list.

Dan's Roofing did a superb job, in a professional, timely, fairly priced, very neat and friendly manner. I highly recommed Dan's Roofing for assessment of the problem, and all work needed.

Description of Work: They put down new thermal decking. They put on an entire new roof. They also did some venting and put new soffits. They had a crew of around four guys and Dan would come out each day to check on the service. They did a great job cleaning up, they took a big magnet to pick up any nails. I was very impressed with him and how easy he was to work with.

Description of Work: We needed shingles placed in various areas on our roof. They came out and redid an area that we had previously had fixed, along with what we needed, so that all the new shingles matched. I didn't like the first color they put on and didn't get home to see it until the work was almost complete. They didn't hesitate to order other shingles and came back and redid everything. We are very happy with the work!

Description of Work: We had shingles coming loose from a very steep section of our roof. I called Dan on Friday, we agreed that he would try to get out the next day. On Saturday he called, showed up shortly afterward, climbed up and inspected the roof, assessed the situation, also looked at a bathroom vent pipe penetration that had showed signs of leaking, quoted a price, and got to work. The entire job was finished in less then an hour, and looks good.

Description of Work: We found a leak in a up stairs closet so we called Dan. Dan repaired a loose shingle and sealed around a box vent and finial. He was Punctual and worked my small job in to his schedule.

Description of Work: Tear off and re-roof. They recommended carpenter and gutter contractors for services they did not perform. Those contractors' work was also excellent. Dan's Roofing coordinated the other contractors and took care of all details including paperwork for the insurance company. The roof is now in excellent condition. The work and clean-up was all exceptional. We give this company and A+.

Description of Work: When Dan came here to assess the problem - he was totally honest and kept the repairs to the minimum. I appreciate his honesty because he could have easily ripped us off telling us we needed more complex repairs than we did.
