Chad, Our salesperson was knowledgeable, helpful and patient with us during the buying. The problems arose with the contractor chosen for our installation. Carpet was not laid correctly (hallway had slack in the carpet and seams were very noticeable), half the old carpet was left in the garage and no clean up was performed. Chad was called and he met with us and walked through...noting the problems and assuring us that everything would be fixed ASAP. A week later it still had not been fixed. We called and spoke to Eric the manager who assured us that he would see to it that everything was set right. The original contractor was fired and New contractors were brought in on Sat the 14th of Nov, they fixed the hall carpet slack and vacuumed. We will probably use them again as this is the first bad experience we have had with them after using them for 3 other jobs.

We would not recommend this company, our experience was horrible. Grout lines are uneven and cracking and this ceramic tile was put in Fall of 2007. The hardwood floor on the first install the floor started coming loose, they came out, after we fought them, and installed another one but never completed the job with the transitional pieces. The carpet was put in by different contractors and it seems fine so far. This was a horrible experience. The manager did state he would reimburse us for cleaning fees and that he would have the carpet cleaned due to the amount of dust from the reinstallation of the hardwood floor but have never been reimbursed at this point. Some of the transitional pieces were cut too short and they have never returned to fix this either. When asked if they could use our bathroom, we said of course, but one of the installers took a shower!!

The two workmen arrived right on time. Both had more than 10 years experience laying carpet. They removed the old carpet and installed the new in under 2 hours and completely returned the room to normal. The work was clean, quick and as requested.

Same brand of tile, but different colors. Some of the different colored tiles were of different sizes (ie. not 12'' x 12'' but 12 1/8'' x 12 1/8''). Didn't notice until we were too far into the job to turn back. Floor turned out ok, some grout lines are thinner than others. What a poor quality product sold by a subpar dealer.

WHEN THEY ARRIVED TO MY HOME THEY WERE ALL READY TO WORK. THE PEOPLE WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND CLEAN. THEY MADE SURE THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES AND I WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN.

I CAN'T REALLY COMPLAIN ABOUT ANYTHING. THEY SHOWED UP WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD AND HAD MY HOUSE LOOKING GOOD. I WAS IMPRESSED WITH HOW QUICKLY THEY FINISHED THE JOB.

THEY SCRATCHED UP OUR BASE BOARDS WHILE PERFORMING THE SERVICE. THEY WERE HOWEVER, UNDERSTANDING ENOUGH TO PURCHASE US NEW CARPET AND ANOTHER SERVICE CONTRACTOR TO INSTALL IT. THEY DID A TERRIBLE JOB.

WHEN SOME OF THE CARPETING THEY WERE INSTALLING WAS A DIFFERENT SHADE FROM THE REST, THEY GOT US NEW CARPETS AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH QUALITY OF PRODUCT AND THEIR SERVICE WAS WONDERFUL.

WHAT STOOD OUT ABOUT THIS COMPANY WAS THE FACT THAT THE WORK WAS DONE WITH QUALITY WORKMANSHIP. IT ONLY TOOK ONE DAY TO COMPLETE THIS WONDERFUL JOB. I LOVE HOW QUICKLY THEY GOT THE JOB FINISHED.

THEY WERE THOROUGH AND EFFICIENT. THE QUALITY WAS EXCELLENT. THEY WERE VERY KIND DURING SERVICING. THEY WERE VERY REASONABLE ABOUT SCHEDULING AND PUNCTUALITY.
