My experience with Carpet One in Tulsa at their 3940 S. Sheridan Rd. location was very good and I am very satisfied and happy that I purchased my carpet there. I had visited 6 other different carpet stores in the Tulsa area several were well rated and reviewed on Angie's list. They were all fine however I just felt that Carpet One at S..Sheridan was willing to go the extra mile to reassure me and make sure I would be satisfied as their customer. Also price was good. Although Carpet One reviews on Angie's list were mixed reviews I bought my carpet there for several reasons: 1) They had several excellent written carpet customer satisfaction guarantees the other stores did not have and I was comfortable with the staff there. 2) They offered a carpet pad called HealthinEx carpet pad or Healthier Living Carpet Installation that doubles the warranty life of all the normal carpet guarantees so the pad basically doubled the warranty on the carpet wear and texture for my carpet It also did not cost more than other regular pads. It also has MicroGuard anti mold, mildew and odor and Spill Bloc moisture resistance properties as well as low emissions for air quality. I really liked all these bonuses as a consumer. 3) They also were able to give me a 0% 36 month payment plan on the entire carpet purchase, including installation and sales tax. That was particularly helpful and useful to me as I was purchasing carpet for both my downstairs and upstairs so it was several thousands of dollars purchase I can pay it all off in 36 monthly payments with no interest. In general I liked the look and feeling of the store, the staff and the large selection there. In fact that store has the healthier living pad under all the different carpeted areas of that store location so you can actually walk around and feel how comfortable the double warranty healthy living pad actually is. In my opinion it's the best carpet pad and best feeling carpet pad in comfort that I saw available. I did a lot of research on carpet and pads and found out first hand from several carpet experts that Nylon carpet is really the best and only carpet to buy in terms of keeping its beautiful look for many years. Basically all polyesters can lose a lot of their beauty and shape after 2 years. Carpet One carries both Nylon and Polyester carpets. I do highly recommend planning and insisting on purchasing Nylon carpet only as some sales staff might not know its best to advise you to only buy Nylon for carpet shape retention. One of the carpet stores I had visited before Carpet One told me they only sold Nylon carpet because polyesters can basically lose there shape after about 2 years. Several other experienced stores that sold and carried both nylon and polyester told me confidentially that they absolutely agreed that Nylon really retained its texture beauty and shape whereas polyesters lose it rather quickly. This was extremely helpful to me as polyester carpets can look really great and can be less price for the look and I almost got polyester carpet for that reason. Basically, the info on the internet suggests polyester lasts as long but upon further first hand research found out that's not true for carpet retaining its texture and shape. I also did find there was a particular carpet that a large manufacturer made that I really liked. In the Carpet One store that carpet I spoke to them about that carpet I liked. They saw the exact carpet I liked was called by a different name with different carpet color names as well. We found out the exact Carpet One carpet line name and color and it was the exact same carpet I really liked. The staff and Toby the manager there double checked to be sure about everything and really went out of there way to help me also make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. They really truly wanted me to be a happy satisfied customer with them. I can't say enough about the A+ helpfulness and integrity of the staff at the 3940 S. Sheridan Rd. location and especially Toby the manager at that location. The carpet installer Tino and his helper that works for Carpet One was very good, experienced, knowledgable hard working and professional so the installation was done well and the carpet looks and feels great. Also there are guarantees if for any reason I need them to readjust the installed carpet. They stand behind their work. So again, A very good overall carpet experience.

It looks great. Nick was patient with me while I grappled with the figures. The installers were timely and polite. At one point, we had a supply disagreement, but I wound up with what I wanted, so I released it and let it go. The product is really attractive, and I hope to install it on the upstairs floor; I hope it is still being produced when I come up with the cash.

Very happy with the product. Very satisfied with the work. The two guys who did the work were very professional and dismantled and reassembled beds and folding closet doors. The only 'problem' we had was that a few of the folding closet doors would not easily close after the new carpet was put in. A few months after the installation, we are still happy with the product and the workmanship. I keep looking for flaws in the work but so far I have not found any and we are happy with the job they did and would go back to them again. Other than the folding closet doors, Good Job Guys!!

It didn't go well. We moved all the furniture the night before, took off work, boarded the dog and had to move our entire nursery only to receive a call on THE DAY of installation saying they can't do it because apparently the product they have in the warehouse is damaged and it will be next week before they can get new product in. What get the cake is that their installers were actually going to go ahead with installing the sub-par/defective product and had to be talked out of it, then they were going to install 'similar product' in a different color (?!), and when I asked for my $940 deposit back I was told it's 'not a big deal, this happens.' It does happen, and when it happens you lose business. We were planning to do our entire house with Capet One, needless to say, we will never do business with them again. If you don't have kids, job or any other responsibilities, Carpet One is the way to go, otherwise, keep looking.

They did a fairly good job, though I wasnt completely satisfied by the quality of the installation.

The carpet layers could not properly re-install two bi-fold doors which had to be removed for the carpet installation. I called and the same carpet layers came out and still did not put them back properly. We called the sales person at least three times with no resolution. We even visited the store to ask for them to send out a crew that could fix the doors- they took our information, but never followed up. I was satisfied with the carpet and the actual carpet installation- but when there was a problem, they totally dropped the ball.

Salesman didn't call back to schedule estimate when he first said he would.The installation was done. Very well and in the time it was promised.

After 5 days, they did not respond to my request to a quote, and did not call me, or text me, or e-mail me. I hired someone else.

The installation was very good and I was amazed that they could do the work all in one day. They worked very hard to get the job done. They were very professional.

Picking out carpet went smoothly. Salesmen were not overly helpful, but I knew what I was looking for so that was okay. We picked out carpet that was in stock, so the entire process from choosing to installation was only one week. The man who measured made a minor mistake, but the installers fixed it. The installers were the best part of the experience. They were prompt and quick. They suggested a different location for the seam than where the salesman had written down. I agreed because it was in a much lower traffic area. Carpet looks great!

Very professional. Moved our furniture with great care. Hard workers. We were very pleased.

Dont put down deposit in advance!

Our experience began with Linda, our Carpet One salesperson, who helped us choose a beautiful wood-look tile. After we chose a tile (which happened to be a new product offered at a great introductory price), she then came to our home and measured every single room in the house. Since we plan to complete different flooring options in stages, she gave us very detailed estimates for each stage. She was extremely patient and even explained which aspects of the project we could tackle ourselves to reduce the costs. We ultimately chose to remove the old carpet and tile ourselves, but we left all aspects of the installation to the Carpet One installers. Installation began on a Monday, and the installers, Jimmy and Frank, were very professional, personable, and thorough. They carefully planned the installation in segments in order to minimize our inconvenience since we could not walk on newly laid tile for 18 hours. I have honestly never seen a more beautiful tile job. I understand that the size of the wood-look tile (6 inches by 24 inches) makes installation a bit more challenging, but you would never know that by looking at our floors. We opted for very small grout lines to make the tile look even more like wood, and the tiles in our house are all level and straight, with very even grout lines. We could not be more pleased and will definitely use Carpet One and their installers again on remaining areas of our house.

Came installed carpet the day they said they would, had wrong pad, so company upgraded all pad to top of the line to make op for inconvenience. they did great job, great clean up. Totally different experience than when did down stairs, plus they replaced down stairs hall carpet that had been installed wrong. Not sure what they have done different done at offices, BUT YEA CARPET ONE ,,,,, good job!

I bought a repo and the carpet in the place was terrible. I went to Carpet One to see what kind of prices and options they had. I talked with Shana who showed me several different carpets. She recommended that I wait a week to buy since they would be having a sale and I could get pad and labor free. I came back during the sale and found the carpet I really liked and they even discounted it even more when I said I would pay in cash. I scheduled the install for a Monday I was off. They called the week prior to confirm and the installer called when they were on their way. They arrived on time and got straight to moving furniture and tearing up the old carpet. Everything went smoothly and job was done quickly. They cleaned up and put all the furniture back where I wanted it. Great job!! I will definitely have them do the rest of the house.

I would never us these guys again.The president has never called me back , the customer service manager has not called back either. This company has no customer service . We paid for the carpet when we bought it , because we used their 3 years same as cash so I had already been billed before the carpet was ever laid. Bad mistake , once they had there money they had no concern for our satisfaction.

We did not have them lay the floor. I told the sales lady we had a contemporary house with neutral colors so I told her to pick me one. I told her to match our bamboo wood floors, she gave us all the grout and all of that.

They were helpful, and they responded. I would use them again. Their prices were all included. They worked with us on lowering the price. They did a good job.

I was out of town at that time but my husband was here at that time and he said that they did a very professional job. I was here when the guy came to measure and he took a lot of care to make sure that the measurements were correct. The couple that came to lay the tile my husband said that they were very professional, did a very good job cleaning up after they completed each day. I have forgotten how long it took them but he said that they did a very good job and there was a plumber who came in to remove the toilets for them to tile in there. He said the same thing about the plumber also. He said that we would definitely use them again. When we went into the store the salesman approached us immediately but he was not over bearing. He helped us to make the selection. Like I said, that the couple that came out was very professional so I would definitely recommend to family and friends. We are planning to use them again.

Don't waste your time at the "Big Box" stores with clerks in aprons. They offer free installation, but they charge for EVERYTHING else. NOTHING IS REALLY FREE!

In July my wife and I shopped for new carpeting for our house. We checked Lowes, Home Depot and some on-line companies. We eventually selected Carpet One. The sales person was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He was the one that performed the measurements and wrote up the order. We explained to him that we wanted to have the carpet installed in two parts with the upstairs and living room completed first and the rest of the house in six to eight months. This was agreed upon and payment made. The sales person was also instrumental in setting up a "no interest" finance option over 15 months. The installation was scheduled and the gentlemen arrived and started the installation of the carpet covering the upstairs and living room. They assisted in moving the furniture around upstairs in order to have the carpet installed. The completed thye majority of the work the first day and came back and finished it up the following day. I was very very pleased with the installation. All carpet seams are invisible and none of the newly painted baseboards were scratched or marred. I am looking forward to the second installation which will complete this project.

They did a wonderful job. The salesperson, Linda, was absolutely outstanding in finding the carpet that I had been looking for. I had been looking for it for a year. They did a beautiful job. They did a fabulous job and the salesperson worked very hard to find the carpet. My husband didn't really want to go there because he didn't think they would have the highest level of quality carpeting. We just happened to get a salesperson that was willing to order out for us. She was totally dedicated and very knowledgeable. I basically told her what I needed and within 3 weeks, she came up with it. We had been all over Tulsa. It was just unbelievable. I was very happy with them. It is a high-grade carpet. Another company wouldn't meet their price. I would use them again.

it has been a frustrating experience. i feel like i have been lied to, the salesman told me one thing but the company did not honor his committments. i will never use Carpet One again...EVER.

I needed to replace the carpet quickly with a good but not premium quality carpet that closely matched the carpet in the rest of the house. Carpet One on 71st Street near US 169 was the answer for me. I received help picking out the right carpet at the store. I chose a stock item to speed the process. Jack arrived to take measurements when he said he would, and called when he couldn't. The carpet was installed when they said it would be. The subcontractors were courteous, low-key, and cleaned up after themselves! I am so pleased with the quality and value of the carpet, that I am going to replace the carpet in the master bedroom in the next few months.

Overall this project went very well. The material was beautiful and the installation was done very professionally. Carpet One was required to re-schedule the installation since our painter was unable to start and complete his work as originally planned. (weather delays on a previous project). They were very flexible and responsive to this situation and worked very smoothly with me when I decided to expand the project a bit. I looked at several other suppliers of laminate flooring before choosing them. I thought they offered the best balance between price and quality....and most importantly... my wife thought their distressed pine flooring pattern was perfect!
