They did a great job, and we are happy with the product.

Everything went well. It was expensive, but the craftsmanship and the professionalism were outstanding.

They were on time and met expectations.

Their services were quick they came out a earlier in the day then was planed. They finished the project in one day instead of two. They were all very polite and professional. They cleaned up very well.

After getting several estimates we picked Burnetts because we felt they were providing the best quality and warranty for the money. We went to the show room and met with Bearl, the same gentleman that had done the in home demo and he went over all the aspects of the job we were inquiring about. The approximate time frame, warranty, manufacture of the products we were wanting, even hooked us with a guy we used for another interior project. The estimated time frame was right on the period he had given. When the door / window crew came out they said the job would be a two day affair however they were done on the first day. I was very impressed with the efficiency and quality of their work. As soon as they reported being done the office called to set up the siding install. The night before the date we had storms and in fact it was still raining the next morning. I was expecting the date to change but got a call explaining that the crew would just be a couple of hours later than scheduled. Upon arrival the two introduced themselves went over some plans of where they were going to setup their tools and immediately started applying the siding within the first hour. On the third day the job was complete. Again I was pleased with the efficiency and quality of work.

I got three estimates and was deciding between another brand and Marvin, the Marvin was a little more expensive. I was about to go with the other brand when's co-worker mentioned that he replaced windows with the other brand just a year ago and stated that it was a mistake that he should have gone with Marvin windows. The one and only thing I didn't like was that the installer had to come remeasure the windows. Measure the right the first time. Windows came in earlier then expected, the installers camera and put them in quickly, professionally and did stood job cleaning up after. There are two small items on the punch list that need robe fixed, I think that was due to shipping not anything Burnett did.i will be using them again,we are replacing windows in stages.

Excellent, Sales person Burle was knowledgeable, did not pressure, answered all questions, gave different options, price, quality, warranty, showed different styles, explained differences between each, etc. Staff members who came to measure windows were very professional, even double checking some window measurements. Installation crew, which included one member who did the measurements, were on time, did excellent job and even cleaned up as they went from window to window, even vacuuming. Could not ask for better company to deal with.

very good, other than did not receive some windows as ordered. But Burnett took care of as quick as they could. Excellent installation and follow up.

Superb. Sales person was extrmely knowledgeable, informative, made suggestions but did not pressure. Gave estimated date that windows would be available for instjallation however was done earlier than estimated date. Personel that came to messure windows were polite and efficient. Installation personel were on time or even a bit early, were very professional, did excellent work, cleaned up evereything even vacuuming. Can not say enough good things about this company.

I was very pleased with them. When he started to leave, he fixed my front door as well. It only took him a few minutes but I had been fighting that door for months. The price was comparable to other estimates I got. He was right on time and called to let me know he was coming. I will be calling him again for the other windows in my condo.

Overall it went well and I am really happy with the installation/product. The problems I had had to do with the people actually installing the siding.They were scheduled to be at my house around 9:30 in the morning but didn't show, at 10:30 I called and found out there was a problem "they didn't realize they had to unload the truck then go load it again... they should be there around 11:39 and will call you when they are on their way". Well I went on to work frustrated that I had lost out on a few hours of work. The installers never called me but I when I went home for lunch the installers were sitting on my back porch eating lunch! So I was pretty upset because if they could just come on in and do the work why did I hang out at the house all morning for nothing! When I asked them why they didn't call the response was a shrug of the shoulders and the guy said "whatever". The installers just did not have a very good attitude or any professionalism. The other problem was that I made it very clear to the salesman, scheduler and installers that I did not want one door area sided because I was waiting to get a new door put in before they did the siding. Well, they sided it anyway so when the door was finished Burnett had to come back out and redo the door siding area. They also did not properly redo the bathroom vent that was removed by them when they sided the house. They did agree to redo the venting to my satisfaction but I really don't want that crew up in my attic so I am going to have someone else do it for me. I am glad the siding has a life-time warrenty. My expectations were for the same professionalism I had experience when I bought my windows from Burnett which was outstanding. The siding portion of the company could use some training for the installers.

They scheduled the work for 2-3 days and the gentlemen showed up on time the first day and began work. When they were removing the windows from the wall at the front of our living room, they noticed old termite damage. They tried to get to good wood, but the entire wall was riddled with damage (luckily no termites!). We were gone on an errand and they called the main office, a supervisor came out and they came up with a plan. When we returned, they showed us what they had found and quoted us a reasonable price for their crew to rebuild the wall that day or offered to tarp it off while we shopped for quotes and a contractor to do the work. We took their offer and they set to work immediately and had that wall rebuilt from the studs out and the windows installed so that our house was secure before they left that day. The next morning, that crew returned with reinforcements. They explained that Burnett didn't want the job to go over schedule because of the problems they'd encountered the day before. With the extra hands, the work was completed early on the third day. All of the guys they sent out were very polite and friendly, very nice to my kids as well. They cleaned up their work areas and the yard each day and I have not found any screws or nails since. They really went above and beyond and handled the problems they encountered better than I could have expected. We've been very pleased with the look of the new windows and the whole experience with Burnett was very good - you definitely get the quality you pay for from the customer service to the product to the installation and follow up. We have already recommended them to friends and will continue to do so.

The estimate was about $17000. They were very prompt in responding to my request for an estimate. They showed up when they were supposed to show up. I would definitely consider using them for another quote in the future.

The job was performed as expected. The repairmen was friendly, and punctual.

Burnett Inc Windows & Siding had the best service and product on the market, but the price was higher than all the others by around eighteen percent. i would use them for an estimate again.

A near perfect experience. I am so impressed with this company and the installers were true professionals. I did submit a report on December 14, 2010 to report on the responsiveness of the sales and follow-on contacts. There was a long delay for the installation for two reasons.... the windows are custom made for our house and because of an expiring tax credit in 2010 and high demand, there was a backlog for the installation. We understood this and it was clearly pointed out at the time of order. The installers were two brothers, Paxton and Preston. They were both young, in their 20's I suspect, but they were total professionals and demonstrated a mastery of their skills. They had a helper with them who is also an exceptional worker. The installers treated my home as if it were their own, never uttered a fowl word even when they encountered difficulties. They worked as a team and left our home with a product that looks beautiful. To date, it seems to be working as promised and I don't anticipate coming across any problems. But because of how this business conducted itself, I don't think I'll have any problems resolving a problem if it does come up. I am happy to refer this company to anybody and willing to respond as a reference if they so desire. Over the years, I've found so many contractors who are complacent, lazy, and disrespectful. It is a breath of fresh air to find who is so well organized and professional. As for the pricing, it costs a lot of money for high quality windows but you get what you pay for. We bought the premium quality of window and they were even willing to negotiate a modest amount on the pricing. Remember.... you get what you pay for and homeowners should view it as an investment towards the value of their home.

Burnett was very responsive and, once the work was started, finished it in a timely fashion. There was a bit of a lag time between the quote and when the work was actually done which was blamed on manufacturing issues. All in all the work was done well and without a lot of hassle to our family

Their estimate was fine; we just found a more competitive estimate. It was expensive but they were fine. The interaction was fine and they were nice. It just got down to budget and we would have used them if they had been competitive.

They came out to the house. They made a pitch on replacing the windows. I am going to make a counter-offer and see if he wants to negotiate a bit. We were extremely impressed with them.They were professional and well-organized. The only problem is they are back-logged until the end of January because everyone is trying to get in before the tax credit ends. They called me back right away. Before the appointment they mailed me literature and told me when they would come and their insurance and bonding information. The gentleman came out and showed me the different window options and measured for the windows. He took an hour and a half to speak with me. He took as much time as he needed. He showed up exactly on time. He answered every question I had and his feedback was really good.

They have the siding and windows in different colors and types. It is really cool. They have a brand new showroom. They are very, very knowledgeable. I really, really like them. The guy that I dealt with is Rick, and he looks like Richard Dreyfus. They have a list two inches thick of references, that I can go to, to see their work. I was actually the one that was late and thanked them for waiting. He knew exactly what he was talking about. He never trashed his competitor, which I liked. They give their customers a written guarantee, signed by Mr. Burnett, that says they will beat any price and on their workmanship. I just don't find that anymore with companies. They have been in business for 30 years.

They were great. They were very professional, they came out and said they would call me back with information and they did. They called me on a Monday afternoon and that's when I got the call. They had good products and a competitive price. They have been in business for a long time and they are a great company. I won't be using them for the windows, but I would certainly consider them for anything else I might do.

Called the office, talked to two or three people ( assume they screen callers) before I got to someone who set up the appointment for a bid. Received the bid - over twice the price of other bids. Follow-up timely. Did not use them because bid was too high.

The sales person, David S. was very knowledgable and professional. He made sure we understood what the minimum requirements for the tax credits are and that we stayed in that area. We did not purchase the most expensive window in the tax credit price range, but we are very happy with the outcome. When I had questions after the sale and installation, he always followed up with me rapidly and clearly. The installers were friendly and professional as well. Clean up was great. Caulking appears very good. We get some ridiculous advertising for cheap window replacements in this town, and I got estimates from a couple of those, but I just didn't find their sales approach credible. I am quite happy with the result and have recommended this company to all my friends. The insulation installers were helpful, thorough and professional.

From the initial consultation for evaluation and pricing, until the last visit by these fine contractors, my experience has been wonderful. Our home was built in the '60s and all the aluminum sliding doors in the home were drafty and extremely difficult to use. The Burnett company removed all the doors, provided extensive reconstruction of the openings and replaced the doors with wonderful replacements. They performed all their work professionally and in a timely manner. I was comfortable being able to contact the owner and construction manager with any questions, and all my concerns about this major project were handled quickly and efficiently. The attention to detail was impressive and my wife and I are very pleased.
