Burnett Windows & Siding

They were wonderful. They were very clean and they cleaned up after doing the work. The work was immaculate and they were very nice and helpful to work with. The quality is great and the windows have saved me money due to being high quality. They were the most reasonable bid that I had gotten.

They showed up, they said how many days it would take and were correct. When I got home from work on the last day everything was cleaned up perfect.

I liked them and they're professional. They're friendly and knowledgeable. They will start to do the job first of November at the end of October.

They came on time, picked up after themselves, but what I liked best were their products. They have each impacted our utility bills. I would highly recommend them.

From the sales person to the installers the experience was great. The particular brand we chose is gauranteed for life so it was more expensive but we feel we made the right choice for our house. The schedular called and tried to schedule the install but our life was so hectic at the time we went for a later date and they were perfectly professional and worked with us. We got a new storm door and it's beautiful and works great. They did a walk through afterwards and David, the salesman saw a few things that he called to have the installers come back to complete. We never would have noticed what he pointed out. The installers are true craftsmen in what they do. We had a back deck with a patio cover and to look at the posts now you would think they are painted with the trim color and not covered but they are covered with the siding trim. No more painting!!! That is worth every penny!!. I would highly recommend this company and their products as they stand behind it - even after the sale.

Chris the installer showed up on time and did excellent work installing the windows. He was meticulous and left the house as clean as he found it. This is our 3rd set of windows from Burnett & we always ask for Chris. The quality of his workmanship is not equaled anywhere else we've found. The price was commensurate for the quality.

Burnett is an outstanding company. The windows and door that they put in have added to the curb appeal of our house plus keeping out all drafts. Despite the recent hot weather, we did not have to run the air conditioning as often. Also the windows really soundproof the house. The sales representative Bearl Wilkinson was extremely professional in explaining and demonstrating their products. There was no "hard sell" and we are very pleased with the windows and door that we selected. The crew that came out to install the windows and door were phenomenal. They arrived at 8 a.m. and put in the seven windows and door and were finished by 2 p.m. They protected all areas that they worked in and there was no mess or fuss when they had completed the job. Anyone who needs windows or doors should certainly put Burnett at the top of their list.

Two men came out, removed old patio door, installed the new door, and cleaned up by three pm.

The project went extremely well from initial contact with David Stackable, the Burnett Inc consultant, to completion of the project. The door being replaced was not the usual size of an entry door plus we have a custom-made, very heavy security door. David helped us select what turned out to be a very beautiful entry door. He took all measurements and ordered the door. The project coordinator, Shantel, gave us a follow-up call to confirm the installation plans and give an estimated date for the installation. The door actually arrived earlier than we originally anticipated. On the day work began, the installer, Chris, called to alert us that he was on his way. He arrived promptly and removed both the interior door and the exterior, security door. This was no small feat, as the security door is quite heavy and bulky. Chris did an excellent job replacing the entry door; he made certain that the door fit perfectly and actually went to the local hardware store for additional supplies. Reinstalling the security door proved to be the greatest challenge but, again, he did an excellent job and took the extra time to make sure that everything fit and looked perfect. We could not be more pleased with the company, their employees and especially with the new door. It is simply gorgeous! It far exceeded our expectations and has garnered many compliments from friends and neighbors. Burnett Inc. installed six sets of custom sliding glass doors/windows for us two years ago and their work was exemplary; that's why we chose them for this project.

They did a fantastic job! I couldn’t have been more please with them on anything. We contacted them for work last year for a bid on additional windows. However, we did not hire them for that job as their costs has raised double.

The work was phenomenal. They did exactly what they said they would. If there were problems, they came back and fixed them. The work was completed in a timely manner. I would hire them again and highly recommend them.

They are excellent! The work turned out very good. Their prices are in line with other companies. If you have any problems, you just call them and they will come out and fix it. The windows are guaranteed for life and the labor is free as long as I own the house. If I sell the home, the guarantee transfers to the new owners and they only have to pay for labor costs if there are troubles.

This is the second time we have hired them. Burnett Windows and Siding was awesome! They have been great on everything they have done for us. They are a little more expensive than others, but their quality speaks for itself.

They did a great job. The job took quite a while because the company they ordered the materials from, continued to send the wrong door. It was not a problem on their part. They were very helpful and called them until the correct door was delivered. I am very pleased with that they did.

The experience was excellent. We were very pleased with the service and the product. Their work crew was very friendly and hard working. They knew exactly what they were doing. They also replaced 4 posts on a back porch with aluminum posts that were color coded to the siding we were getting. They threw those in at no extra charge. The siding is guaranteed for the life of the house.

We had all of our exterior siding replaced. Burnett at our request removed the old siding and installed house wrap and new siding. The installer was a true craftsman. He was very carefull to ensure we were pleased with every aspect of the installation. They even reworked a couple of areas that we did not like the approach they took. It was a very positive experience. I definitely recommend Burnett.

Both men extremely polite - worked at a rapid pace - no breaks, no lunch, very concerned about temp and having my heat run. I was very impressed and very happy.

From the moment we stepped into Burnetts showroom to the time we made final payment, Burnett sales, office staff, and everyone involved with Burnettt made us feel comfortable. There was no pressure to buy and everything was explained to our satisfaction and then some. Burnett explained the process and we were not blindsided by any extras. The siding installation was excellent. The crew assigned to this project was very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and enjoyed their work. This job took about 10-12 days. The siding material was placed in the backyard. The crew cleaned up thoroughly after each day and more importantly made sure that in case of bad weather, there would be no chance of water getting into our home. We rated price a B because of variances from different siding contractors, it was difficult to compare estimates. Quality was a B because there is a better alternative to Craneboard siding that was offered at a higher cost.

The window installation was superb. The crew was very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and enjoyed their work. This job took about 2 days. They made sure that everything inside and outside the house was properly covered from dust and debris. They assisted with the removal and re-installation of the existing window blinds. They cleaned up thoroughly after each day and did a wonderful job. Windows were removed and installed in the same day.

I have been looking to replace the original, 1930's era, single-pane windows in my home since I purchased it several years ago. I have had estimates from several other folks over the years, including local companies and big box stores. I visited Burnett's showroom on the recommendation of a co-worker...it is by far the best tool for presenting their products of any other company I considered. I was treated in a very friendly and respectful manner (a welcome change as I am a woman who appears younger than my actual age, so my typical experience involves me being "talked down to" despite my advanced education). Bearl came to my home for a measurement and price estimate. He was very pleasant, professional, and he gave a low-pressure sales pitch. He pointed out some deficiencies and strengths of various products they offer. He understood my desire to not change the overall look of my house. I decided to go with the Marvin Infinity fiberglass replacement windows, which was the most expensive option, but I like the overall look better then vinyl and the better resistance to change in weather compared to wood. One of the installers came to my house prior to ordering to the windows to make exact measurements, and he noticed that most of my sills were rotten. This did add some cost to the final price, but Burnett essentially split the cost with me and I only ended up paying about $200 more. They windows arrived within the estimated time to arrival from the manufacturer. They were able to work with me for the installation date as I have atypical work hours. Burnett uses their own installers (technically they are subcontractors, but they are trained by Burnett). The installers were very professional and courteous. My only complaint is that they arrived a little early, and, as a habitual procrastinator, I wasn't ready! They helped me move some of my furniture (and helped me replace it when they were finished!). It took 2 days for the installation, which I fully expected. I did have two screens that were dented and they were replaced promptly without additional cost. They did not leave any messes behind. My house looks great and I love my new windows. I fully recommend this company, and I am already planning to use them again to replace my back door.

I got three estimates for this job. I saw Burnett had a really good rating on A-L plus I liked their window product better than the others. They were not the cheapest, nor the most expensive. Their sales/estimator person was very knowledgeable and did a great job telling what made their windows different and better than the competition. Once I put down a deposit they ordered my windows. It took about 4 weeks for them to come in. This time lag was explained at the beginning. When the windows arrived they scheduled an installation date. An installer came by and spent an entire day taking out the rotted windows all the way back to the frame. He replaced the rotted framing, then installed the new windows and metal wrapping. All in all, the work was done very professionally and without any issues. I am a happy customer and would use them again.

I had Burnett install siding 5 years ago and they did a great job. I had a piece of siding come off and I called and was told they could probably be out the next day to put it back up but it was two days. The receptionist that took my call was very friendly and took all my information. Thanks Burnett's!

All work completed as promised, on time. We could not have found nicer people to work with! An excellent experience!

It sounds like my experience with this company is quite similar to the review on Sept.2011. The detailed report is much too complicated to get into, so I will try to summarize. The office staff never called me to confirm the first appt (so I didn't know it existed) nor did they call me back to make a 2nd appt, to try again. Their salesman was extremely irate, rude and totally "dissing" the other company that he saw at my house earlier. The thing is that everything he was said about the other company were totally false...he needs to be current on the information about his competitors if he is going to compare this company, to the other. After never receiving a call back regarding my appointments, and listening to the salesman being rude and irate over the phone every time we talked, I decided I did not want to do business with this company.

Overall, the experience was good, we just decided to not go through with the project.
