Burnett Windows & Siding

Excellent job the windows are great and the installation crew were very professional. They arrived on time and made sure their work caused minimal disruption to our home. Job was completed on time and they cleaned up and hauled off all trash and material.

This is the second time that I have used Burnett Inc. to do siding work. They completely resided my house two years ago, so I had the back patio finished this time. The quality of work is excellent, the entire staff that I had contact with we're professional and customer oriented. The work was completed on schedule, and actually started before the projected date. I cannot say enough good things about this company - if you want quality work, at a fair price, with really decent people, I recommend you give Burnett Inc. a look!

The crew was on time. We thought it was going to take 2 days and they did it in one. The 3 installers (Chris, Kenny and Loyd) were excellent, professional, humorous and we enjoyed having them in our home. When doing the final walk through, Kenny actually pointed out a blemish in our huge kitchen window which we didn't see. It is great to have installers that are so extremely honest and have high standards for their work. They will be replacing the window next week.

Good, knowledgeable company and quality products. I've used Burnet before and will continue to do so.

The installers were on time did a fabulous job with the install and left the house as clean as when they arrived. They were very professional and our new windows look fantastic!! If you are in the Tulsa area, these are the folks to get windows from!

From the receptionist to the sales people to the installation coordinator and installation crews...everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. The saleman was not pushy. He answered all of my questions. If I was unsure about a situation with my windows he would make a suggestion based upon past experience. The installers were very punctual and experienced. They were courteous. They did a very nice job with the clean up around the windows. This is the third time that I have purchased and installed windows through this company. I definitely would not use any other company. Mr. Burnett is a wonderful person and has hired people of outstanding character. This company gets an A+ from me.

Very happy with the craftsmen who worked at my house. Not only were they detail oriented, they were respectful of my home and neighbors. They arrived on time, cleaned their debris, and got the job done as promised. Burnett's sales people and office staff kept in touch during the renovation, supervisor visited to look at work in progress. I felt that everyone was in sync with each other as to timelines and specifics of the job. Burnett cost a bit more than other companies we got bids from, but their reputation for service is well deserved.

He was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. Their prices were higher compared to the other quotes, but it seems like you get better service and product. We are holding off to save up.

OKC Homeshow rep visited with very detailed presentation. Made purchase and just completed installation. Only two of 21 windows did not meet expectations. Company working a rush correction.

They did a really nice job and they wrapped all of the shelves and the entire frame as well. There were couple of windows that were not replaced and they went ahead craft those and made those look nice.

It went great. Everything they did was professional and they did an outstanding job installing everything. Cleaning up their mess was a big thing too. Their prices were steep, but we got a good job for it.

Due to finances, I have not yet had them done work on my home.

David, my sales consultant gave us a rundown of the windows he showed us and told us about the differences. He ordered the windows and had them installed earlier than expected. Great experience.

We had recently purchased a new house and was interested in upgrading the exterior so it was maintenance free. We visited the home show in April with a mission to find a company that could do it all. We walked into the Burnett booth and were immediately impressed. We met our consultant Paxton-he was so knowledgable and friendly! We immediately fell in love with the product line at Burnett and decided to move forward with them. Our second meeting was at the Burnett showroom. They have all the different products actually installed on home facades, it makes it so easy to envision what each would look like on your own home. We chose the products that would work best for us. We also were able to finance with a very reasonable rate. Our installation date was set for a few weeks out, we were ready to go! It was such an easy process and enjoyable too. During installation we had three crews come out-each one specialized in installing a different product. The doors were installed first and were completed in a day. The siding came next-it was the most involved part of the installation and took a few weeks. The gutters were installed last. Each crew was respectful and so professional. I looked forward to seeing them everyday and chatting with them. They updated us every day with any issues they ran into and all the progress they made. The rest of the Burnett team were in contact with us the whole way. In the end we are so extremely happy with how everything turned out. It is all absolutely gorgeous and our house looks amazing! We will most definitely use Burnett in the future and have already recommended them to friends.

On time! Even early. Excellent craftsmanship. Would highly recommend their products & services.

It's been 10 years so some of my recollection is spotty. But what I do completely remember is that the wrong size windows were delivered twice! This was very inconvenient. The error was not discovered in either case until the installers arrived w/the windows ready to install them. I had to take off work two times and had my brother at my home one time just to get them installed. Finally, the right size windows were ordered and arrived. Unfortunately, one of the panes in one of the windows was broken (really!). The installer went ahead and installed the window and then returned at a later date (again, I had to take off work) to replace the broken pane. I felt like I had received a "used" window but paid full price. There was also some small cosmetic issue w/the window that had the pane replaced. The Burnett employee who had installed the windows came to my home to look at it. I felt that he didn't take it seriously and was not responsive to my concern (he probably just wanted to be done w/the entire fiasco!). After I complained about the wrong size windows, the owner of the company, Scott Burnett, did send me a letter w/a $50 gift certificate to a local restaurant. However, if he had asked me, I would have rather had the $50 credited to my cost for the windows. I did not hire this company to replace my remaining four windows in 2004. I used another company and paid about half what I paid for the Burnett windows and installation. I'm also happier w/the quality of windows from the other company. I wish I had used them for all the windows.

There were two small windows that did not require replacing, but the trim did not match the new work. The foreman at the job went ahead and trimmed them to match anyway.

They were wonderful. They were very clean and they cleaned up after doing the work. The work was immaculate and they were very nice and helpful to work with. The quality is great and the windows have saved me money due to being high quality. They were the most reasonable bid that I had gotten.

The service has been excellent. They are very high quality, they give good service, and they are a local company that takes special interest in their customers. These windows are just as good as Pella and Anderson. They did the work when they said they would and they were prompt and helpful.
