A window crew was sent first to replace the windows. The window replacement took place over 2 days. The crew showed up promptly each morning, was polite and cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day. Since the window crew required coming into the house to perform their work, I appreciated their friendliness and their thoughtfulness in cleaning up their messes. The siding crew showed up approximately 2 weeks after the window crew. This crew also showed up on time each day. During the installation of the siding, the glass on the garden window became scratched due to the handling of the siding. I notified their office and was told that this would be replaced. The lady I spoke to was very polite and assured me this would be taken care of before they would accept final payment from me. Someone from the window crew came to inspect the scratched window. While he was at the house, we reviewed other windows that would require minor repairs - minor holes in the screens and a lock that was hard to operate. All these items were remedied in a timely manner and without incident. A final walk-through was performed with a representative from the company after all repairs were made. My experience with this company was very good and I would highly recommend them for future work.

It went extremely well. They arrived on time and were well prepared. They finished the work in the single day that they had alloted. They answered my questions as the time went on. They were the only company that was willing to do some repair work that was associated with the door rather than getting a second contractor.

This was our second experience with Burnett and both were very satisfying. The salesperson was not at all pushy or trying to get us to buy the highest priced items. He thoroughly explained the differences in quality and demonstrated the heat transfer of the various alternatives. We had talked to other companies and they were the only one to give us any understanding of what the quality was for various products offered. They offer a number of choices so it is important you know exactly what you are paying for. Although you can buy cheaper products, I have rated them an A on price because I feel that you are getting the quality you are paying for. Their installers are very qualified, do an excellent job and leave your home in good condition.

The installers were all very professional and courteous, which is a bonus these days. They cleaned up very well, after the mess of removing my ancient windows and even replaced and painted the trim, that they retrofitted. I also, liked that this company after the sale, sent a gift certificate for dinner and a box of cookies. The installer also, left a packet of warranty information and a very nice Christian music CD, which I thought was very nice. I will definitely use Burnett Windows again, and will recommend them to anyone.

We chose Burnette for our window replacement after looking around quite a bit. They were measured and made to order for our house and were also installed from the outside instead of inside like the pre-made ones. The installers were easy to have around and careful of the rest of our property. Our heat bill has gone down as well. I cannot give the exact price and they were a bit more than some, but the quality, fit of the windows and convenience of outside installation is well worth it.

The salesman, David Stackable, came out, and after looking over the house, suggested some "shake" looking siding to dress up some areas that were too narrow for standard siding to look good on. He stressed the company's commitment to quality work. My wife and I picked out the colors we wanted and put down a deposit a couple of weeks later. The installers were as consciencous as he said, checking with us about every option we wanted. They cleaned up after themselves before leaving every day, and were considerate, friendly and mannerly. They showed up every day, and did excellent work. There is no longer any wood showing on the house at all. We have just been thrilled with the new look of our house. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to any of my family, friends, or neighbors.

COMPARED TO ALL THE OTHER COMPANIES I THOUGHT THAT THEY HAD REASONABLE PRICES. THEY WERE FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY DID A GREAT JOB ON THE WINDOWS AND IF I EVER HAVE TO, I WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN.

THEY WERE HONEST AND RELIABLE. THEY WERE VERY COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL IN EXECUTING THE SERVICES THEY WERE PROVIDING. THEY DID AN EXCEPTIONAL JOB. THE QUALITY IS WONDERFUL.

THEY DID A PRETTY GOOD JOB. THE WORK THEY DID LOOKS VERY NICE. THEY CAME TO MY HOME AND WERE ABLE TO FINISH IT UP IN ONE DAYS TIME. THEY DID QUICK AND QUALITY WORK AND I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE RESULTS.

THE COMPANY WAS RESPONSIBLE AND PROFESSIONAL. WE HAD NO PROBLEMS WHEN THEY CAME IN. THEY DID WHAT THEY HAD TO DO TO GET THE JOB DONE AND I WOULD DEFINITELY HIRE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

THEY TREATED ME LIKE A GOOD FRIEND, AND THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED BY THE QUALITY OF WORK THAT THIS COMPANY WAS ABLE TO COMPLETE. MY SIDING LOOKS GREAT.

I REALLY FELT THAT THEY WERE RESPECTABLE AND CLEAN WORKERS. THEY WERE ON TIME AND THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL TELLING US WHAT ARE CHOICES WERE FOR THE WORK THAT WE WANTED DONE. THEY WERE HONEST WITH US AND I REALLY LIKED THAT.
