Description of Work: Burnett replaced 8 old sash style windows in our house with more energy efficient and good looking windows. They also installed new siding trim on the exterior and did a great job. |The install crew was very professional, punctual and did exactly what was expected and were always on time and completed the job as estimated. I would highly recommend them for window and siding work.

Description of Work: We purchased 3 double hung windows for replacement in bedrooms, one large eyebrow fixed window to replace one that opened, and a sliding glass door. The workmen arrived promptly when we told they would be here. They cleaned up everything as they went along, replaced trim that needed to be fixed or replaced. The windows and door are amazing!! The reflection of heat is tremendous so the rooms stay cooler (summer). We were completely satisfied and will use them again in the future to replace a few other windows we want to replace.

Description of Work: I just got an estimate from Burnett siding. They were by far the highest of the 4 siding contractors I contacted. They were $2100 higher than the lowest estimate. I eventually decided I did not want to pay for their customer showroom and I chose Graham Siding from Sand Springs. I loved their work. The Burnett sales person spent 2 1/2 hours at my house until, very tired, I had to ask him to leave. He spent alot of the sales pitch trying to make me fear other contractors, ie they would not perform the find points which Burnett would. After he left, he then proceded to call me several times/week and leave messages. I never answered the phone. After more than a month, I received a card from him and heard no more. I feel like he harassed me.

Re Price: Burnett offers a price match guarantee if our competitors products and warranties are comparable. This guarantee was presented at the time of estimate. Our products & crafstmanship are backed by Lifetime Warranties. We have been in business over 33 yrs and will be here to back up our warranties. We were not givem the opportunity to price match or explain why our bid was higher. Re the Showroom: Our customer showroom was designed to provide a service to our customers. It allows customers to choose color, style & product design from full scale models. Few people want to make this level of investment based on a swatch or mini sample. Our showroom was built at no expense to our customers. The manufacturers we represent donated all materials and our installers built the facades. Re Sales Presentation: We are focused as a team to provide information to the consumer so they may make an educated decision that best fits their interest. We are in an industry that is not always honest and forthcoming in the services that will be provided. We will always follow up on our free estimates, as this is sound business. If you had called our office and told us you had gone with another company, we would have discontinued attempts to follow up on our estimate.
