Great people, great service, great job!

This company is wonderful. We called them on one of the worst snow days of the year in Tulsa, because we could not open our front door. The locksmith, D. Allen, happened to be in our part of town, and he came to our house within seconds of our call. We have never had a repair person come to our house as fast as he did. D. Allen fixed the problem with our front door in a matter of minutes. He was kind, charming, and expert at his craft. We will definitely use his services again in the future, and will highly recommend him to all of our friends.

B and G are great to work with. They arrived on time then quickly and efficiently performed the service. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Was able to open safe for me but unable to make a replacement key so gave me service for free. I got my important valuables though, thank you!

First day the guy arrived and put the handle and knobs back in place, worked swiftly and seemed knowledgeable. He took the lock apart - told me that a piece of steel had broken off in the lock casing and that the best he could do would be to try and glue it together. Was told this would potentially effect the functioning of the interior dead-bolt. The experiment with gluing was not entirely successful, the deadbolt would turn and sometimes would not After he left I called immediately to let him know the lock wasn't working properly. I scheduled a follow-up visit for the following week. I received a call that day from Band G telling me that there was an emergency at a local business that required a locksmith and so my job would have to be rescheduled. I took off an afternoon the following week for the appointment. When he didn't show up again I called their office and was told he was double-booked and that he must have forgotten to call and tell me. Got another appointment the next stay - another no call no show. Update: The locksmith did finally arrive after the appointment window - he called and came over and took the lock back apart and did more adjustments. The door seems to be functioning OK now.

I don't remember the exact date or my cost, but they gave excellent service. I needed keys for a door that had none and they worked quickly to solve my problem. Very friendly. YES, I would use again.

The job went very well. He was very professional.

The front door dead bolt lock was difficult to open and close. The serviceman fixed the problem in less than 10 minutes. He was very professional, punctual and friendly. My appt originally was scheduled for 1:00 on 11/21, but I had to cancel and they scheduled me in late on 11/20 on short notice - which I appreciated at no extra cost.

Gave them a call on Thursday and they came out on that Saturday to do the work. No extra charge for weekend service. The service was fast, efficient, and well done. Would definitely use them again.

Great! Called them at 8:30 in the morning, and was able to get an appointment for 1:00 pm. Technicial arrived on-time, did his work in a profession and personable manner. I really appreciated the fact that he took the effort to repair one lock, thus saving me some money. Totally pleased with the work and price. I will definitely use this company again...and refer them to others.

The time expended on the repair was approximately two hours--from first phone call to completion. The repairman diagnosed the door knob problem, offered to fix it or replace the knob. I chose to replace the knob--with no pressure from the repairman. I had already mangled quite a bit of the apparatus, but the repairman asserted that he could make the existing knob workable. I chose to replace it to forestall additional problems. He had the replacement knob in his truck and installed it.

They were fine. They were quick. They showed up on the wrong day but they were quick once they went in and did the work.

Was on time, and was very pleasant and professional. Got the work done in a timely manner amidst much else going on .. Water heater installation and re-roofing of the house. I would recommend to anyone. This work was performed on a rental property we just purchased.

D. Alan repaired our existing entry dead bolt, re-keyed all our locks, and made a key for a file cabinet. He was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable-- beginning by walking through the work we wanted to be done and answering all our questions before he started doing the work. He did an excellent job. We will use them again and will recommend them to others.

I was very impressed with this company. I called them on Thursday and he gave me a pretty good estimate of how much it would cost to install the deadbolt. He said they could have someone at my house around 10 or 11 on Friday. The locksmith actually showed up before 10 which was very nice. He was extremely polite and professional. He asked if we wanted the deadbolt to match keys we already had or use new ones. He also made sure we liked the color of the lock he used. He installed it quickly, ensured it worked properly, allowed me to test it, and cleaned up after himself. He then presented me with an actual invoice and I was able to write a check. Would definitely recommend this company.
