Excellent. Very happy. Will definitely use them again. Did the work correctly and quickly. Cost was very reasonable, was about 1/2 of what I believe other locksmiths would have charged.

My serviceman was on time & got right to work. He had to go buy a part & returned in good time & fixed the lock.

He was excellent cut and programed several keys for one low price.

It went very well. The work was performed by a very nice gentleman who knew exactly what needed to be done. Removed the old doorknob/lock and replaced it in not much time. Would definitely recommend B & G Travis and if needed again, they will be the first ones I call for future repairs. Very quick same day service.

Keys were cut and all worked as expected. Service was fast and friendly.

I called the office and told my needs. I was told, and quot;After 1:00and quot; a tech would come. I called back at 4:30 because no one had come. I was told, after they talked to the tech, and quot;He's on his way.and quot; Thirty minutes later, he came. He looked at the lock, removed it, then went to the hardware store and found a replacement. He came back and had to modify it to get it to work. He had the tools he needed to do that. He made the comment, and quot;:We've got to get this fixed for you, today.and quot; It was way past normal working hours by then, so I really appreciated his attitude.

The work completed was fine overall. Nothing outstanding but got the job done. The problem we had was due to scheduling errors. The job was not completed the first day so the tech said he'd be back the next morning. He didn't show up so I contacted the main office who told me he was assigned to another job that day but they'd get him there ASAP which ended up being a couple of hours. I don't work from that office so I had to be away from my office to oversee this job, so I wasted an entire morning just waiting. Aside from those issues, we were fairly pleased.

The job was not finished in time discussed, but soon after. |We have moved to another town, so it's not likely we'll use them again.
