Description of Work: They cleaned out a dryer vent from the top and the bottom. Very efficient service from an insured company as they also needed to go on the roof.

Description of Work: Company came in and camera'd all the ducts and found rusts and separations in the ducts and were unable to perform the service. They stated that cleaning them in the state they were in would be a waste of money. The sent a quote for sealing the ducts and we are currently weighing our options.

Description of Work: The service technicians arrived and started doing a camera check of our duct work before doing the scheduled cleaning. Upon finding some holes/rust in our 40 year old duct system, they said that it would be unprofessional of them to continue and do a cleaning, because the high powered vacuum system they use would potentially cause damage to our ducts and cause more dirt to enter the ductwork. They offered me a plan to fix the duct work and presented me with the options. I was thankful for their honesty and that they did no proceed with the work and end up damaging my duct work. The guys were very professional and I felt comfortable having them in my home. I would call them again, based on this experience.

Description of Work: Cleaned and sanitized all ducts, vents and bathroom vent/light/heater combo. Air Doctor came in behind a contractor that had not contained dust and debris from job and the residue was in the duct, heat and air system. The first time I turned heat on in a good system--fumes, instant sick headache occurred. Gas Company ordered me out of house and sent technician, who diagnosed the problem as debris in ducts and system. Jason Stiles and the Air Doctor Crew did a fantastic job. Extremely clean and careful, Respectful and thorough. When there was a sounded like debris in one vent a few days later, they returned promptly after my call and redid and rechecked all necessary areas. By all means I recommend them hightly

Description of Work: We noticed a change in air quality for a few days following the duct cleaning but they said since our house was big (3300 sqft) they wouldnt be able to get in the system real deep so really it was a waste of money! After those few days the quality went back to poor. When the previous home owners had the house built in 2008 the builder must have let the workers run the air system and it took in a TON of debris, sheetrock etc. Well thats not AIR Doctors fault of course BUT when I scheduled this cleaning over the phone it would have been nice if they would have mentioned a house our size cant get cleaned out that well. I probably would have not done it if I would have known because its a waste of money. The person also said for a house our size that it would probably take the guys 6 hours to really clean our ducts but the guys finished in under 4 hours :/ hmmmmm. Fair warning to all the big two story houses out there. I dont know if its just this company's equipment that cant handle a house this big or if there isnt really anything on the market that REALLY can clean out a larger homes air ducts??

Description of Work: One man brought a camera which he pushed down floor vents. We watched a display which showed what the camera saw. We found where ducts had rusted thru and much debris . He showed us what they use to line ducts and explained process, but advised that we solve drainage problem before trying that. Very helpful.
