The three person crew showed up on time. They called to confirm the house and let us know they were here. All of the members of this crew were dressed appropriately for their job - they were clean and well groomed - PROFESSIONAL. They were all polite and went about their work very efficiently. They were careful moving equipment into and out of the house and made sure the area they had been working in was clean before they left. We are getting a new dryer tomorrow, so I have not had a chance to try out the vent yet. After talking to the lead crew member about the work that was done, I am very confident that the vent system will work great; however, I will repost after we have a chance to run our new dryer. That being said, I am very pleased with the quality of personnel and the work that was done. I would certainly recommend Air Doctor to anyone needing to have the vent system for their dryer cleaned.

We found this company at the Home and Garden Show, and booked them for their show special. I previously owned two long haired dogs and a cat, and apparently my entire system was so full of hair it was unbelievable. They did a great job explaining what they were doing, were clean and professional, and even showed me how to change my air filter in the future- even though I didn't pay for them to change it for me at the time. I would highly recommend them, and I would not hesitate to use them again.

I shopped around and thought i was going to find a better deal but Air Doctor beat out some other local companies by 20 %. Yes that was $400 for my 2900 SF home instead if the $500 which I was quoted from another local company (even with that local companies angie list 10% off coupon included). I may have gotten a better deal because I met them at the home show and got a quote... But still that is a $100 savings... Last but not least I say they are a great company because we had a minor problem which the branch manager came to look at and fix within 24 hours of notifying him... No questions asked or hesitations... And It really made me win confidence in the reliability and trustworthiness of their company.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was all right. The deal was for an inspection. I thought they were supposed to run cameras down but they didn't do that. He said they were dirty so I took his word for it. I paid additional for them to be cleaned. I can't tell what they did because we stayed outside while they did the work. The men were excellent. The price was okay. They all acted professionally. I don't know if I would use them again.

Bruce was very professional, and did a complete job, exactly what I was requesting. He carefully viewed, recorded, and explained the work as he performed it. I was very pleased with the technical results. For duct inspection, I would certainly recommend Air Doctor to everyone.

Bruce arrived on time and explained what he was going to do. He allowed me to follow him from room to room as he fed his special camera into each vent opening and through the ductwork passages to the area under the furnace. He explained what I was seeing on the screen ? where other channels branched off as well as where there was rust and other damage to my under-the-slab ductwork. He found a great deal of deterioration and had some difficulty in maneuvering the camera through an area where it appeared the opening had been crushed. Patiently, he tried a second time with more success. Because the purpose was to ready the house for sale, I was relieved to learn that the damage was not so great that the tunnels could not be relined with Air Doctor's special process vinyl, allowing me to keep the existing HVAC system and for which the process came with a 15-year guarantee. It was going to be expensive but wouldn't require any construction in the house. I gave him a deposit and we set an appointment for a week in the future. WHen he arrived on the appointed day, both Bruce and his assistant were dressed in white and carefully carried dropcloths into the house for positioning at each vent. Their equipment was house in two large trucks, one for cleaning ductwork on two levels and one containing the solution for relining the lower part of the house. Each process took half a day. When Bruce went to open up the lower furnace he discovered rust and corrosion that he didn't feel he could safely address and offered to come back at a later time, after a qualified HAVC company had cleaned and opened the egress. Luckily, I was able to arrange for HAVC service that same day, so no rescheduling proved necessary. The upper floor simply required cleaning and the process came off without a hitch. They cleaned or replaced all the filters, even allowing me to go to the store to purchase new ones where necessary. The lower floor presented some issues but all seemed to be going smoothly for several hours. At 4:30 PM, after having labored all day, Bruce came to me with the bad news that the coating system was simply not going to be effective in my house. He said he felt that he wasn't doing an adequate job and that his conscience wouldn't allow him to continue under false pretenses. He apologized and said he'd refund all but $150 (for cleaning costs) of the deposit. He and his assistant rolled up their gear and left. WHY WOULD I GIVE THIS COMPANY A POSITIVE REPORT? Because I was impressed by the honesty and genuine willingness to make the situation right. Folks, these vents are underground ? they're not where I could inspect the work. I had already committed to more than $4000 in work and would likely have never known the difference if the work was done incorrectly. Bruce and his assistant had brought their monster equipment to my house and devoted it and approximately 15 man hours to completing a job. This was a wasted day for them but they were honest about their limitations and chalked it off to one of those things that happens every now and again. How many times have you met service people like that? Not many, I'll bet. I was impressed with the work they did and grateful for their integrity and attention to my needs. I would not hesitate to use Air Doctor again.

Three polite young men came at the appointment time.They did the job they were hired to do. It was great hiring a company to do a job & have them do correctly the first time.

They did a very thorough and fair job. They were considerate with our furniture. The work turned out very good. I would use them again. They had a few guys here for four hours and the cost was adequate to the job performed. They wore booties and they protected the corners and edges of every door way. They cleaned up well after themselves.

It was very messy and very loud. I don't recommend doing this while you are living in the house. I had just finished up some remodeling and needed to get sheetrock dust out of the vents. They use large hoses throughout the house and in the bathroom it rubbed against the vanity and rubbed off some paint. They also used scrap pieces of trash bags to block off the vents so they were all closed except the one they were cleaning out of. The scrap pieces of plastic didn't seal well and I found pieces of smutch (dirt) in every room. I would have expected them to have more professional equipment that would fit the vents and seal them better.

I've used Air Doctor before (previous home) and was surprised how much their prices have gone up in the last 3-1/2 years. Actually it may be that all vendor's pricing may have gone up, but I was still surprised. We did receive a discount as a previous customer. Crew was very nice and courteous, but I wish they had taken more care in cleaning up after service was completed. I had to vacuum my enter home and dust mop my hard surface floors. I would have appreciated a more thorough job in cleaning up debris left as a result of the cleaning. They attempted to clean it up, but weren't as thorough as I would have liked.

I DID NOTICE HOWEVER THAT THE AIR IN MY HOME IS A LOT FRESHER. I THINK THEY DID A PRETTY GOOD JOB SINCE I DON'T SNEEZE AS MUCH ANY MORE. I THOUGHT THE PRICE THEY CHARGED ME WAS A LITTLE TOO MUCH THOUGH.

THE PROBLEM I HAD WAS WITH THEIR PRICES. I FEEL THAT THEY ARE TOO EXPENSIVE. I REALLY HAVE NOTHING ELSE TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THOUGH. THE WORK THE COMPANY DID FOR ME WAS STANDARD QUALITY.

I CAN'T REMEMBER THE LAST TIME WE GOT OUR DUCTS CLEANED. MY WIFE HAS ALLERGIES AND WE WERE GETTING SICK A LOT. INSTEAD OF RECYCLING THAT BAD AIR, I GOT OUR DUCTS CLEANED AND THEY DID SUCH A GREAT JOB WE HAVEN'T HAD ANY OF THOSE PROBLEMS SINCE.

MY AIR DUCTS GET A BETTER FLOW NOW. THEY WERE FRIENDLY AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY DID A GREAT WORK FOR ME AND I WAS REALLY PLEASED THAT IT DIDN'T COST AN ARM AND A LEG.
