It went very well overall and the parts he replaced had it working that same evening. Its been a couple of weeks and the problems have been solved.

I explained on my initial call what the problem was, and they came out to confirm what I ALREADY told them what was wrong in order to collect the obligatory $89.95 service call WITHOUT letting me know ahead of time that the repair would cost me $425+ for a new CCU (the computer part of the washing machine). For $425+ (and they had to have known this ahead of coming) I can get a new washer! They knew that, yet they came to collect their $90 anyway. The bottom line: the technician spent literally 90 seconds to tell me what I told them on the phone, collected his $90, and now I still have to replace my washer. My husband thundered, "Tell him to get the &#@^% out of my house." Then he told me to NEVER call them again. FOLLOW UP: I sent my CCU (the computer part of the washing machine) to some fabulous people in South Carolina called Circuit Board Medics. They routinely repair these CCUs and send them back to you for $79.95. As it turns out, and I spoke to the salesman at length, THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH MY CCU!!! So they are sending it back to me at no charge. Circuit Board Medics are honest, and they are a good company! I probably need a part that costs $25, not a new CCU which would cost me $425, according to A-1. This makes the service man from A-1 either dishonest, stupid, or inept You pick. My recommendation is run, not walk, away from A-1.

Called them and got a fast appointment and then they called me back about a cancellation and moved me up to the next day! Tech was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I will use A1 for any appliance repairs needed. I strongly recommend them!

They were quick and were able to repair my dishwasher in two days.

This was the best experience I have had with a repair tech and company in a very long time. I have used other service companies for appliance repair in the past and the experience was awful. This company will be my first choice from now on. Highly recommend.

The serviceman who came out was very helpful and I will use them again in the future. They only charged me $29 to come out and troubleshoot my problem and were here when they said they would be.

4 days after the repair the squealing began again. Two weeks later I am a Hahn Appliances buying a wonderful washer that was much less expensive that Lowe's, Matag Clearance & Sear's. I paid $325 for the same GE washer that nearly $500 at Sears and Lowes. I will always return to Hahn's for the best buy.

They did a good job with the work. The price was very reasonable. My only gripe was that they didn't clean up after themselves and they left a mess. When I got home, there was a mess in the places where he had been working.

I told the tech. from the beginning that I have had a lot of problems with the fridge and did not want to invest to much money in the fridge that I would just assume have it replaced but he explained that it would cost $300.00 and no more than $350.00 to get it going again and in like new condition and I agreed thinking this would be cheaper to do than a new fridge. When he got finished he said the price would be $375.00, (he would not discount a coupon from the phone book that I had) I assumed it covered the water valve on my fridge that we had also discussed. Nope, it would cost me another $200 to get my ice and water in my door going again! I couldn't believe it $575 after I was very clear that I did not want to spend that much! I feel he wasn't honest with me, he replaced the mother board which didn't even need to be replaced and when I called the company to let them know, they didn't even seem to care. Someone was supposed to call me back but I have never heard back from them.

THEY WERE VERY SIMPLE AND FRIENDLY. THE PRICES WERE HIGH, BUT THE QUALITY OF THE WORK WAS EXCELLENT. THEY WERE IN AND OUT IN NO TIME AT ALL. THEY CAME OUT AS SOON AS WE CALLED THEM.
