They were good. I'd say that they did a good job. One of the thing that is interesting they guarantee their work. They replaced the one component but did not fix the problem. What they did is they replaced another component and everything worked and didn't charge me anymore. They certainly did a good job. When they made an appointment, they showed up on time.

Front-load washer was leaking water from underneath. Service Tech said it was over filling so replace a water level switch. Washer worked OK for two loads on day repairs were made. Didn't use washer again until three days later. I waited while washer was beginning to fill just to make sure everything was working properly. I had no knowledge how long the water should run to properly fill but after watching it about 3-4 minutes, the water was still running in and I got the feeling that it was overfilling again. I couldn't get water to stop so I turned the machine off at which time when the door unlocked, the pressure from the over abundance of water pushed the door open and flooded the floor. I called to report problem and that first repair didn't work. Since this occurred on a Friday, it was Tuesday before the Service Tech was able to return. He then replaced the water fill valve with no additional charges and it has been working great. I was very pleased with the response from this company and will definitely use again if the need arises.

It went well. They showed up when they said they would. They came in did some extra thing, and cleaned the starter contacts

The service man immediately identified the problem , gave us an estimate, and left to return the next day with the new parts needed. He came back the next day an completely fixed the machine, cleaned it thoroughly , and stayed until he saw that it would work properly . We felt finally that we had found a company that knew what they were doing when we needed appliance repair service.

Came out Tuesday, assessed what was wrong (very punctual) called in to have part ordered, told me it would be a couple days, called Thursday to schedule to have it installed, and installed it Saturday which is the day I chose, and the time I requested. Brian was the repairman, and did a great job of getting it done. I felt as if this company is very fair and honest, and will continue to use them when needed.

Tammy was very professional and efficient, Called and they were at the home within the hour, diagnosed problem and had part on the truck! Tech was excellent and would recommend to all! AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA+

He diagnosed problem that day, gave me a fair estimate and said since part was coming out of TX it may take a few days to arrive. The part actually arrived on Thu, he called and came and installed board on same day. He also replace oven door lock motor (for FREE!) on off chance that it might be bad too and stuck to the initial estimate. Work was quickly, quietly and professionally. I would use the folks again in a heartbeat...and I found them thanks to Angie's List.

I called A1 early on Nov 18th. The lady who answered the phone was very nice and competent. The serviceman Brian arrived on time and was very professional. He diagnosed the problem very quickly, left to get the part and was back that evening to make the repair. I was so impressed that the repair was made the same day I called. It was so nice as I have little ones and our fridge is very important. I put N/A on price because I am not sure what the going rate for an evaporator replacement is. I would definitely call A1 again if I had problems with any of my appliances.

We called A1 mid-day on December 26 to see if they could help us repair a short in our washer starter. For several days the washer had halted rather than starting and would start only when shaking the machine. The dispatcher was exceptionally polite and courteous, offering to get a repairman out the following day between 10-noon. We received a call from the dispatcher the following morning telling us that the repairman would arrive shortly. Within in minutes he came to the door, greeted my wife, scraped his shoes before coming into the house. Within in minutes he had diagnosed our problem which required a trip to pick up a part. He was back within 15 minutes and had completed the entire project within 20 minutes. The price was actually quite reasonable and my only complaint is the cost of parts. The repairman educated us on the quality of new appliances and the reasons for more breakdowns. We were very impressed with the professionalism of both dispatcher and repairman, and the ability to get such prompt service two days after Christmas. The added bonus of 10% discount for Angie's List members added positively to this experience. Thanks Angie!

Great. The repairman quickly identified the problem, had the part and completed the work within 30 minutes. Working like a charm.

The company was able to send someone the next day (even though immediate repair wasn't required) and the technician was prompt, polite, knowledgeable, and did a great job. The repair technician, Echar, was very knowledgeable about the problem I had and had done research prior to arriving. He was able to diagnose and repair the problem within a short amount of time. Before repairing the line, he explained the cost and what he was going to do. There were no surprises and the fix worked great. It was fixed in the most cost-effective manner and no parts were replaced that didn't need to be replaced. I'm happy with the repair. I would definitely use this company in the future!

I've used this company in the past and always recommend them very highly because of their professionalism and honesty. The first time I used them, Echan worked extremely hard to make sure the job was done right to save my old washing machine. He returned a second time to followup without charge to make sure the refurbished part was successful. The second time I called them, Echan listened to my problem over the phone and saved me a service call by saying based on the symptoms you need to replace the freezer instead of charging me to come out and say the same thing. (How rare is that??) I'm proud to recommend them to my friends and family. It is a pleasure to do business with a company knowing you can trust them, who are friendly and punctual.

He was prompt. He called to let me know he was on his way. He was not able to repair the stove as he said the oven door was bowed. He was professional in every way. I will call them in the future if problems arise again.

Arrived on time. Dryer was not drying. The tech explained various causes and options. Very professional.

Called to schedule a service call for a leaky dishwasher and they were able to get me in first thing the next day. The technician was on time and fast. He gave me a quote for repairing the problem and it will be almost as much as a brand new dishwasher. An $80 charge for a 5 minute service call seems a little high for them to just tell me it needs to be replaced.

He arrived on time and went right to work. He determined that there was nothing wrong with but that the water lined was clogged. We evidently have hard water and it had clogged the line. He worked for two hours and cleaned it all out. He also gsve us the name of some products to help it from happening again.

I was very impressed with the repair technician that they sent. Echen (sp?) was very professional took the time to explain the issue and how to possibly avoid it in the future. I will definitely be using them again for any appliance repair issues.

The technican name is Echan. He is very good at what he does and when he was here last time he fixed my dryer. When he was going to the kitchen he noticed my refrigerator. He got down on his hands and knees and cleaned out the bottom of my refrigerator. He did it and let me know I need to keep that cleaned out. It was no cost for that extra thing with my refrigerator.

I have a Whirlpool Duet Washer displaying an F11 code. I knew from a search that this was a faulty circuit board. The circuit board direct from the manufacturer is $90. I explained the problem and the error code before the tech came out. When I asked on the phone how much it would cost to replace, I was told that a technician would have to come look and give me a quote. The technician came the same day and was punctual. After five minutes, he announced that the error code was the result of a faulty circuit board, and that the repair would be at least $450, and possibly more if anything else was wrong. I was shocked. I expected the repair to be in the $200 range with labor. I feel that they just wanted to collect their $80 service fee, which I of course paid. My husband will be installing the circuit board. Lesson learned. I will not call them again, and do not recommend them.

My fancy Samsung dryer quit working. I knew from a previous problem that very few appliance repair companies in the Tulsa area service Samsung appliances so I started calling them (Thanks Angie's list!!). This was the second time I've used A-1 and I will definitely use them again. I called them on a Friday afternoon and they showed up at my door first thing Monday morning (on New Years Eve I might add). The one other company that could service Samsung washers and dryers (and that answered their phone on a Friday afternoon) told me they couldn't help me until 1/3. Thanks again A-1, you've helped me out of a bind once more.

When a circuit board goes bad in a large appliance, you have to replace it. They did a good job.

I had no issues. The were polite professional and knowledgeable.
