Description of Work: Replaced burner switch/sensors on cooktop stove. A return visit did take place due to A-1's vendor sent them the wrong switch/sensor. They were very apologetic for the inconvenience. Also provided great communication throughout. The Technician, Eachon, was very professional and punctual. Will definitely use them again for my appliance servicing.

Description of Work: Thomas replaced the ice maker in the fridge. I was well pleased with the service I received.

Description of Work: They replaced the control board in my five year-old double wall oven (Whirlpool). A new oven is over $2000, so I thought it was worth it to get it fixed since it was new. The part was quite expensive and a big part of the cost. After his first try at installing, it didn't heat, then he made some changes and finally got it to work. This made me a little nervous, but it's worked fine now for several months.

Description of Work: did cursory examination of dryer. Took back off of dryer and checked power in at attachment for power cord. |Said problem was in wiring in house. Did not check voltages in power outlet. |Had qualified electrician check power outlet, power lines, and circuit breaker box. No problem found with electrical wiring.

Description of Work: I haven't called them recently, but have previously called them to repair washer, then dryer at later date. Tech. was very efficient, told me exactly what was wrong and what he would do. Additionally checked my refrigerator at |no cost, just to make sure it was okay and how to clean the back correctly. He was great!

Description of Work: Brian said we needed a new part for the washing machine that would cost $400 and since that was about what we had paid for the machine 4 years ago when it was purchased new, we decided to buy a new one instead. The $2,000 refrigerator, also 4 years old, need a part that was over $400 and warranted for 90 days. We had it ordered and installed. Just after the 90 day warranty period the same part went out again. We bought a new refrigerator and had the other one carted off to the junk yard.

Description of Work: First visit he made the dishwasher work with just the diagnostic, but it didn't last and he had to come back the next day to fix it. He replaced the control panel and cleaned out the drains. Works wonderfully!

Description of Work: They took a look at my GE washing machine and determined it was a computer board that needed replacing. In the end, it was better to buy a new machine, rather than fix. The tech gave me great advice on the brand to buy, based on my needs. I was very pleased, and would use them again.

Description of Work: |They serviced our dishwasher that was leaking. I was a little concerned that the tech did not want to test the unit after he fixed what he was sure was the problem. After I insisted he tested the unit, and sure enough, what he did fixed it. He was right after all!!!

Description of Work: I phoned them on a Monday - they came to my home on a Tuesday, the technician spent time locating the problem - a cracked and leaky hose, he ordered this hose from Dallas and he came back on Thursday, installed it, and my washer was fixed. Everyone involved was professional and courteous. I definitely would call them again and recommend them.
