Description of Work: The repairman came quickly in response to my call about a dryer repair, and I was given a lot of concrete information from the repairman about my options about how to keep my really old dryer going long enough to get a new one, because it was really far gone, and he showed me all of its innards and explained how everything worked and why it was breaking down. I also got some advice on my washer, which he was not there to repair but thought was a good one that I should hold on to, and how to not undermine it by overloading it and using too much concentrated soap. So laundry advice and dryer repair all in one. The repairman was fun--and really inspired confidence. I would use them again, and they were recommended to me by another repairman that I loved and found on Angie's List, but who is not doing repairs in Tulsa right now. I checked them out on Angie's List before calling them, too, and I used their coupon.

Description of Work: Total rehaul on washer and dryer. The only problem I had with them was that one part took 2 weeks to get here. That was necessary, but I was the one who called after the third day to inquire and was told it would be soon. On my 3rd call after being told it was expected by a certain date, I was the one who had to call again only to find out it had not arrived and would be a few more days. At this point, I suggested that it would be better customer service if they had kept me advised instead of the other way around. Even under those circumstances, the service was impeccable. Echan is a wonderful repairman.

Description of Work: Repaired Maytag washer-replacing discharge pump and replacing gasket. Everything was done as scheduled. Also ordered a refrigerator part and delivered at no extra labor cost. Have added company as our first call for appliance repair.

Description of Work: The guy from A-1 came out the very day we called. Not the 2 weeks that the manufacturer promised. Unfortunately, it took 3 trips to fix all the problems one included a wrong part ordered; however, A-1's responsiveness is much appreciated.

Description of Work: Checked on a stove. Ended up buying another one. The oven door was warped on the old stove. They were very professional & quickly told us the problem & suggested to buy new. We appreciated his honesty.

Description of Work: Repaired a refrigerator. Initial attempt to correct the problem did not work and they returned the next day to remedy the situation. The second part did correct the problem. I was not charged for the second visit nor the second part, and was allowed to keep the new part that had already been installed. The repairman was personable and professional and did a great job.

Description of Work: Front load Maytag Washer not working, repairman said needed new bearing installed and a water valve was also broke. Quote of $700 but would repair for $650 (labor and parts). The repairman did not pull the washer out and only took about 5 minutes to look at the washer. The provider may be ok, but the repairman did not seem very happy and complained of his office not letting him know of a change in the schedule.

Description of Work: Analyzed issues with my washing machine. Fixed it temporarily but ended up buying a new one, it was too far gone. Great service, reasonable price. He was on time, and in and out in about 30 minutes or less. I'll definitely use them again if needed.
