Description of Work: They fixed a leaking water line in the yard. The owner came out with his partner and fixed the leak quickly. The owner had several appointments before ours but he told us what to do to help make the fix quicker and cheaper. We dug down to the leak and cleared out what we could so that by the time the owner came to fix it, it didn't take long at all and it saved us some money.

Description of Work: Cleaned up mess left by Steve Clobber of complete plumbing.

Description of Work: He roughed in the entire new bathroom from scratch to the finished product. We had an upstairs office space that had a hot and cold water pipe in the floor and an inch and a half pair of vent drains and he engineered the maze of pipes necessary to hook up a claw-foot tub, with shower and shower curtain ring, a vanity w/sink and all the fixtures, drain, etc,, and a macerating commode, a rig that allows you to install any where without direct access to the four inch sewer line by utilizing an inch and a half vent/drain that was existing from the kitchen sink below. He installed a master cut-off plus individual cut-offs to each unit. His is a family operated small business consisting of him and his son which keeps his overhead down and his was the best bid of three estimates. I knew during his initial inspection that he was the man I wanted. He sounded like a college prof while explaining exactly how he planned to do this and I was impressed with his thirty-some years of experience. He and his son were very neat guys and we felt that we made good friends, as well. Very honest and reliable and was absolutely able to guarantee his work and return if we had any problems, but his work was first class the first time around with no need for returning. Highly recommended, unconditionally.

Description of Work: Had a bathtub faucet that continued to run even when turned off. I called in the afternoon and they fit me in around 4:30ish the same day even though the faucet itself was at least 45 years old. It was fixed in about 45 minutes. I will be calling them again for all my plumbing problems.
