The work was completed successfully. They spent some extra time at my request to quote a re-pipe of the house. Mr. Morton was totally honest and said the job was too big for his company as it would have taken most of a week to complete. I will definitely use him again for standard plumbing jobs.

The quality was average. I would use him again in the future.

It was a far better experience that we have had with any other plumber service. Not only did they complete the job in a short amount of time but they also explained what caused the clog and preventive measures that would reduce the chance of it hit potentially happen in the future. I'm thoroughly satisfied with the service and their willingness to make sure the customer is satisfied instead of just treating them like just another dollar sign. Much thanks.

Called at 2:00pm on Sunday, initially got a voice mail. I left my name, number and the call was returned in about 1.5 hours. Dave was at the house an hour after that. He had the tree roots out of the drain in less then an hour and offered valuable advice (free of charge) about what was going to be required to make a permanent fix for my problem. I have a lot of digging to do....... Thanks,

Dave was very honest. He was able to fix our problem with tools right out of his truck. He didn't overcharge and he didn't try to sell us on services we didn't want. Plus my dog liked him :D!!

They recommended a local remodeler. I contacted them. We made an appointment for them to come take a look. They never showed and did not call. While the plumber, Morton, seemed professional, I was disappointed that he did not follow up.

They had to squeeze us in between jobs but gave us their full attention and didn't rush. Even though he found the pipe there was no snake drain, It was getting late and colder they kept doing what they could until we had a useable bathroom. I love the fact that they didn't give up and didn't try to upsell other services that probably wouldn't work. They will be our go to plumbers from now on.

Was able to come out on the same day he was called. Cleaned out the drain in the garage . Was efficient and made sure everything was clear before leaving. Also gave suggestions of enzymes that could be purchased and put down the drain periodically to avoid future clogs. We were very pleased.

He was very reasonable. He charged me $120 and he was here for about three hours. He checked the toilet and snaked it all the way to the street. He spent so much time and was extremely trustworthy and very good. He is very responsive. He comes right away. He will let you know the exact situation. The last time he was here within two hours of my call.

Mr. Morton ran a snake down the drain to clean it out. He explained what he was doing and gave me some hints to keep the drain clean and running . I really appreciated the advice he gave me. His rates are very reasonable. I will use him again.

An estimate I had gotten before said it would be $700 plus to fix so I called this company to get another. They came out less then 20 minutes after I called and quoted me $100 to fix it. They came back the next day and fixed it quickly. Even gave me some ideas on potential fixes I might want to look at for a bathroom remodel, which is very needed.

This is the second time I have used Morton Plumbing. Both times I have had excellent outcomes. Today however I was in a panic because water was dripping from the ceiling of my dining room. It is on a Saturday I was so grateful that he was able to come so quickly ( within the hour). He found the problem it was with my upstairs toilet it was leaking from underneath . He found the leak, removed the toilet. He will be returning next week to work on this bathroom and on my master bathroom.
