Isaiah came and gave us an estimate that was comparable to others we had gotten-seemed like a very nice young man. He and his crew were the hardest working group of men that have ever worked around our house. They were pleasant, polite, & did a wonderful job. They worked from noon-8:00 pm for 2 1/2 or 3 days with a short lunch break-incredible work ethic!!

The tree guy was very professional and did what was promised for the amount he bid.

Job went well. Task completed in reasonable & timely manner.

The provider was a little slow to return my call but once he did, we made and appointment to meet at my residence so he could give me an estimate for taking out 2 dead trees in my back yard. I haven't used his services yet but may if I can't find a more reasonable price.

Isaiah showed up with his crew on time and explained what needed to be done. He and his crew were very professional and courteous. I was very pleased with the results and will not hesitate to use them again.

This included the free quote and the timely performance of the work. From start to finish, The Tree Guy communicated what he would do and when he would do it. All information was accurately conveyed, including price, Angie?s List discount, and timing of the work. The pruning/trimming work was excellent, as these folks know their business. They focus on the customer?s desires, and also on the health of the trees. The cleanup of the work site (my yard) was also excellent. Thanks much to The Tree Guy, and to the good folks that posted reviews on Angie?s List. These reviews helped me to select The Tree Guy. I plan to use them again in the future.

. They responded to my request for a quote promptly and quoted a price that was significantly less than the other two quotes I obtained. They promptly provided copes of their liability and workmen's comp insurance coverage which I appreciated. They were out in less than a week to do the work and completed all except the stump grinding in the same day and came back two days later to finish that part of the job. I will definitely call them again.

We called four tree service companies one of which was this provider. This provider never returned the call.

Arrived on time for estimate and to set appointment. Very professional, Very polite. Arrived on time day of work, work was done and the area was cleaned up better than it was when they arrived. All workers were courteous. I asked if they knew someone that did landscaping and I was told they do just about everything for your outside area. I WILL be calling them back for more work. Thank you Tree Guy.

The tree was removed in a timely fashion and done very well. Safety was always in mind and the men were able to bring all limbs down without any damage to the surrounding houses or fences. Trees in the front were also well done.

Spoke with Isaiah by phone on a Monday morning. Came by house early afternoon to estimate. Was able to get crew out that afternoon to remove limbs and advise me that the rest of the tree would need to be removed, but to wait for warm weather.

Isiah was very responsive. He showed up promptly to give an estimate. Once we decided what needed to be done they returned to do the work when it was convenient for us. He kept in touch since the work had to be in a couple of stages.

Clean-up and haul-off left nothing behind. Isaiah is a young man who seems dedicated to his customers and strives for excellence. He's not part of a large corporate operation; he earns a living and supports his family through the sweat of his brow. He'll give the estimate and do the work supervising his crew. Two of Isaiah's employees arrived at 8:30 Saturday morning and promptly began work. They were very careful to tie off every branch before they fell the branches. It took them about 7 hours to remove tree and grind stump. They 6ft mulch in a neat and tidy pile in my yard and cleaned up ALL of the tree mess. Very professional.

We called them for an estimate on Dec. 27 for appointment for an estimate. The owner, Isaiah Manzo, came right on time and we talked about options for the tree and of course the cost of removing it. Isaiah told us that he could just trim out the broken limbs, but he'd strongly advise against that. The tree was really the wrong kind of tree for its location, and he was very right about that. Loved that tree, but it certainly was in the wrong place. The estimate sounded fine to us and we told him we'd like to schedule the removal. It was just before New Years, so he told us he'd get back with us to set a time. He called in a very timely manner to do so. On the day the tree was to be removed, they showed up early (fine with us) and did an amazing job of taking down that enormous tree. They hauled all the tree trunk chunks and branches to the front where their shredder was parked and shredded all the debris. Before they left, they raked the yard to remove all the small branches that were left, then they swept all the sawdust/leaves/little pieces of branches that had blown into the street from the shredder. The service people who performed the work were very professional, well trained, courteous and friendly. And talk about efficient! Isaiah came by later on that afternoon with the stump grinder and took care of the large stump, leaving only a pile of dirt with some shredded wood bits. This is one professional tree company. They're efficient, well trained and very dependable. We would call them again in a heartbeat for any tree issues we have. Very happy with the results!
