The Tree Guy (Isaiah) does an excellent job of trimming trees in a way that will enhance their health and future growth. He's very knowledgeable about his business and takes pride in the work. The clean up afterwards is exceptional. We will continue to use his services and highly recommend him to others.

Very well. Got exactly what I described I needed.

They were very professional and were able to salvage the tree that had been butchered, in addition to cleaning up some other trees. They cut the branches in a way that helped the trees put out new growth to fill in the damaged areas. After a summer of growth they look nice and healthy. The next time we need tree trimming we will call the Tree Guy first.

Isaiah and crew were always punctual and professional. The two trees presented a dangerous situation which they handled skillfully. All was per formed as he had presented, and cleaned up afterward.

The price was good. They didn't remove all the roots. They are coming back this week to remove the roots.

Ice storm occurred while we were out of state. Isaiah worked well c us and our houses. Her service was very timely. Job was well done. Isaiah is polite, professional and helpful.

Very good job. Came out within 2 days and gave an estimate of $600 had a Angies Coupon for 5% off saved $30 bucks The guys came out and trimmed the tree very quickly and cleaned up the mess Couldn't even tell they were there. will use them again next time I need the tree trimmed.

Isaiah and his 2 person cleanup crew showed up on time (even called ahead) very much appreciated and ready to get to work. Isaiah did a lot of climbing and cutting for this job - but he and his crew were able to get both trees done in about 3 hours (including topping/trimming, clearing branches large and small and recycling all organic waste in the industrial wood chipper they brought.

Isaiah returned my call and came by to give me an estimate on the same day. His estimate was $200 less than another company who would have left the brush on the curb for the city to pick up. The work was completed in one day. I was pleased with the results.

Tree was on time performed services contracted on time and was outstanding.

Their work was great. He insisted on cash. We paid cash for all that work. He planted a tree and I wrote him a check. Finally he found the check and he sent the check back and asked for cash. My husband met him somewhere and gave him cash. The work was fine. The tree was okay. I wouldn't use them again. I haven't noticed a whole lot of growth with the tree.

Like said in other post had to wait a bit, but he was very quick to respond to text and emails. He did excellent work and professional,I would definitely recommend this business to anyone needing this type of work performed.Thanks again.

They did excellent work, very professional, listened to all our questions, and performed extra tasks we requested after doing the initial work with no problems. Isaiah has trimmed our trees before. He is the nicest, most professional and responsible man in the business. The best we have ever had.

First, I have to say that we have used this service provider for five years and have been very pleased with our service in the past. We have seen this young man go from a start up entrepreneur to a successful local business. Over this time, we have seen the cost of services go up fairly drastically; however, one expects that as time passes and businesses grow. Our most recent encounter was very disappointing. I called this provider to clean up ice storm damage because of the good relationship we had to them in the past. I was surprised to be quoted $600/hour, but expected this would either be prorated if less time were required ,or would be a full hour of work, which would take care of our immediate tree damage. When the provider arrived, I was told that they were charging $800 on this day, but would honor the $600 fee quoted. The work was completed with the bare minimum of clean up. The time from the minute they pulled up to the minute they pulled away amounted to 40 minutes. That included 10 minutes waiting for the wood chipper to warm up. I was charged $600, which if I am generous, equals more than $900 per hour. Of course it was our decision to use this provider, despite the fact we felt they were taking advantage of a difficult situation. The disappointment we feel in being taken advantage of by a business we had felt good about using in the past, is much greater than the exorbitant fee be were charged for 30 minutes of yard clean up. We had planned to use this business for a significant amount of work in the future, but we will not be calling them again, simply because we do not give our business to ones we have found to be predatory in their practices.

The Tree Guy and his team did a great job. They removed a large sycamore tree and trimmed all surrounding trees at the fence line. All surface area roots would removed and the stump was ground. To access the back yard they removed a section of fence and put it back up when they finished. Everything was cleaned up when they finished. They moved anything that might get broken and put them all back up when finished.

Everything went well. They were able to meet me at a time that fit my schedule to go over the services I needed done. The services were done in the time period given without mess. The estimate for the services was competitive.

It went really well and The Tree Guy kept me informed on everything they were doing and even gave me referrals for additional work that needs to be done in the yard which I much appreciated. He and his team were very professional and ensured the job was done right and he answered all my questions and addressed my concerns either over the phone or in person. I'm very thankful for the work they did for us and although our yard work isn't complete we are well on our way now thanks to The Tree Guy!!!

Isaiah came out the same day we contacted him for a quote. He was pleasant and friendly. We were told that it would be approximately 2 1/2 - 3 weeks before they could start the work, which was perfectly fine. When 3 weeks later came around and we had not heard anything from him, we tried calling him several times to no avail to find out when he would be out to start the work. A few weeks later, Isaiah and his crew arrived unscheduled early in the morning on May 27th. He told us that morning that he primarily uses e-mail to conduct his business (which we didn't know). He and his crew started the job and were professional and courteous and completed the job beautifully. They used a wood chipper to take care of the limbs which were cut down and cleaned up the yard of any debris. The front tree looks so much better!! Thank you so much Isaiah for a job well done!

They did excellent, had city workers in their way doing sidewalks, but came and cut down so it wouldn't fall and came back to finish as soon as city out of the way.

The crew came in and cleaned everything up. They did a lot of hard work tearing out that cement wall hauled everything off and left the yard in great shape.
