They came out on several dates. First they came out and trimmed several trees, grinded them up in their machine and cleaned up all the mess. Then a crew came out with a trailer and hauled away a huge tree trunk from a tree that had fallen down before I iared Tree Guy. . The people who cut up that huge tree never came back to take care of the trunk but I can't be upset with them since they cut up that tree for free. Then they came out later to grind up the stumps and did a great job, made it so easy for the guy who mows my yard. Smoothed up the areas where he grinded the stumps to make it look good. I was extremely happy with his service and the price was great, I had another bidder but he was too high. I will definitely use him again.

Isiah showed up promptly for the estimate. He seemed knowledgable and the estimate was reasonable so we hired him for the job. I asked him when they could start. He told me that they would begin in a week. A week rolls around and I still had not heard from them. So I called him and he said they were backed up but they would start in a week. They did show up when they said the second time. They worked all day and when I returned I saw that they had not removed the vines from my pecan tree which Isiah quoted me for in the estimate. When I spoke to the crew leader about it he stated that Isiah had not told them to remove the vines. Then proceeds to explain to me how to remove them myself. HELLO?! Isnt that what Im paying them for. Upon further inspection I found that they had damaged some property of mine and neglected to tell me about it. So I call Isiah and inform him of the damage and that the job was not done that we had discussed. He proceeds to then ask me where I got the item so that he could replace. I told him that it was not bought in okc and suggested that he just take the price of the damaged item off the invoice. He agrees to this and has his crew come out to finish my pecan tree. when I get the invoice he did not compensate us for the damaged property. So I pay him the invoice price and include a note about the damaged property with the check. To date he has not returned my ccommunication but did send us a receipt. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

He arrived in two trucks and 3 workers. One of the men set up a ladder and trimmed the interior after removing some lower branches. They cleaned up and removed all the limbs.

He was very professional, sounded like he knew what he was doing and would do a very thorough job! It was a little more than I could do at this time. But would definitely recommend him to family and friends if they were looking for someone to do a good job.

I was very pleased by the service provided by Isiah and his crew. Isiah came promptly to give us a bid to trim trees in our yard. Most of the trees are overhanging from the neighbor's yard. Isiah pointed out that the big Mulberry tree in the neighbor's yard had a hole in the trunk and really need to be removed. (we could see all the way through the trunk of the tree). His bid for the service was very reasonable. We called our neighbor who agreed to have the tree removed and he also had Isiah come out and accepted Isiah's bid. Therefore, the crew worked on both jobs at the same time having to take down a panel of fence to do the work. Since the neighbor removed the tree it lowered our cost. The crew arrived on time and worked diligently for two plus days working into the night (with head lamps). They completed the work and did a good job removing the debris and cleaning up. This company is a very professional group with all the appropriate equipment and materials. I also want to point out that his bid was lower than the others that provided a bid and he gave a 5% discount for Angie's list and a 5% discount for paying in cash.

The crew did an excellent job. I went over what needed to be done with them and they did it. They were cautious in not cutting back the trees too far from the fence line for appearances sake, but I insisted that they cut the trees way back to the fence line away from the electrical wire as I wanted to and so that I could get additional sun in my yard and gardens. The crew was very good about doing exactly as I told them and they made sure they asked before making any drastic cuts. They did a very good job of cleaning everything up and spent the whole day here. Even though they arrived late I was very pleased with their quality of work. All of Isaiah's employees are American and they speak English which helped in communicating with them what I wanted done. I am very pleased with the work that they did and will definitely use them again.

Isaiah and his team did an excellent job pruning and removing the trees in both my front and backyards. There were anywhere from 2 to 4 guys working on my trees over the course of the day. The scope of work needed did take all day and these guys were professionals at all times. The main tree pruning guy was fascinating to watch you could tell he knew trees. He gave me information on each of the tress on best to take care of them. I was so happy with the work he did, I used him on two other houses I own and he did an excellent job on those as well.

We were very impressed with their service. They arrived earlier than the agreed upon time. They cleaned up after themselves, even sweeping the street. They had forgotten to grind the stump, but when we called, they came right over and got it done.

The work was done on time and the yard looked better when they left than when they arrived.

What a breath of fresh air this entire thing was! In this day and time when it seems like the service industry is just trying to wring as much money out of the customer as possible and give as little as possible back, The Tree Guy is pretty much the opposite! For a young man Isaiah and his crew are very pleasantly "old school" in their work ethic. When Isaiah showed up for the estimate he was very polite and proffesional. He explained eveything clearly and completely. He gave us a 2 to 3 week lead time before they could be there and was there in 2 1/2 weeks. When they showed up, those boys worked their butts of from the time they got there till they left. They were courteous to me answering my questions. I was also impressed with their safety habits in general and specifically them checking on each other! (It was pretty hot out) Good guys! They ground up and hauled everything off and when they were done they raked everthing up and cleaned up so well you'd be hard pressed to know they were there. Isaiah and his crew did exactly what they said they would without any bad surprises on time and on budget! I'm not one to "gush" normally but these guys really impressed me. If you hire these guys you wont regret it I fully intend to have them out again as I consider Isaiah our "Tree Guy" now!

We had several miscommunications and schedule delays initially due to uncontrollable situations but the end results were very good. The crew worked hard and effectively from about 9 am to dark, working on the trees in our yard. Several of the trees are fairly large and required quite a bit of climbing. These guys know what they are doing, did a very thorough job, cleaned up the yard after they finished and used a chipper on site. Isaiah, the president of the company came by to check the work and answer any questions I had. I would recommend these folks for any tree trimming job.

Workers arrived on 3 PM on date of service. Assessed work to be done. All 3 workers worked diligently on work to be performed and done a wonderful job. Cleaned up area very well.

Isiah arrived as arranged to look at the work we wanted doing. He gave us a quote during that visit and explained fully what the work entailed. Time keeping was excellent as was the work. They cleared up really well.

Isaiah came to look at my yard 3 days after I called him. He was so nice and helpful. I told him what I wanted. Then he explained to me exactly what they would do and how they would do it. I told him I was so glad he had come, and that I had called another company in May and they had put me off twice. Isaiah said he could begin work two days later, but wouldn't be able to finish it until a week and a half later because he was working me in. As it turned out, they came out two days later and finished the job the day after that. I couldn't be happier. They were so neat, and cleaned up everything in the yard as they worked. I would highly recommend this company for their work ethic, politeness, professionalism, and willingness to do the job in a timely manner. I will use The Tree Guy from now on!

On the first visit, the owner gave us what appeared to be sound advice, appeared to be highly knowledgeable. On the day the work was done, the crew arrived promptly and cleared out all of the unwanted growth, including some trees that were apparently not easy to remove without causing damage, but they did it and cleaned up everything as we'd requested. My wife was unhappy that some cannas were knocked over, but they recovered (and in any case it was not practical to remove the trees without touching them). The crew cleaned up all the branches, etc., and even removed (at no extra charge) a brush pile that was already in the yard. I was very pleased with the work. They offered a discount for paying with cash, which I was happy to accept even though it was slightly inconvenient. I shall probably hire them again the next time I need similar work done.

Great job! I had several limbs hanging over my roof that were scratching on the shingles and close to lines coming in to my house. I have dogs and The Tree Guy called ahead as he said he would so I wound have time to put them up. They did a fabulous job on the trees as well as the cleanup. I wouldn't have even know anyone had been there. I will definitely use them again.

They came on schedule, worked an entire day and half the second day to get everything done. I was very worried to have the tree removed because it was close to our house and our neighbor's house. We were amazed as Isaiah climbed our huge tree and brought it down in a small space with no mishaps. They did a great job, very pleasant, cleaned everything up. He did the job fast and expertly. Isaiah is very professional and a hard worker.

Owner is very professional. He educates folks on how to care for trees and does great work. This is the second time I have used them and I will continue to use them.

The Tree Guys arrived as scheduled, removing the tree without damaging our new swimming pool and taking away all of the branches and debris. They worked steadily and with a professional attitude, even when one member of the crew walked off of the job.
