Description of Work: Installed the Sentricon termite control system. They inspected our house and saw no signs of termites. We called them because we had seen swarming termites on our front porch a couple of weeks previously. They did not try to pressure us into installing it. We want to protect our investment in our home so we decided to go with them for the service. If there is a later infestation in our home it will be remediated by them at their expense. I feel better about living in the woods now.

Description of Work: I had an issue with carpenter ants in my attic and termites in the back yard. The company installed the Sentricon system around my home, dusted the attic for carpenter ants and other pests, set out mouse traps and sprayed inside and out. They were all very professional, friendly, courteous and punctual. I woulld never have known or selected this company without Angie's list. I was very pleased with their work and approach.

 + -1 moreThe exterminator that they sent was quite knowledgeable. Although he had only been with the company for just over a year he had prior experience in another city. I have been bitten twice within 10 days by a brown recluse so we were quite concerned. He sprayed the interior and exterior of our home as well as the attic. He also used a spray inside the outlets of the bedroom where we believe the bites to have happened and a spider had been spotted there. He left us with sticky traps as well to kill any additional spiders and monitor activity. We didn't seem to have an infestation but he did a very through job of checking the entire house for bugs. The price was quite reasonable compared to the national chains and the price after this visit will be $55 every other month and will never go up as long as we keep using the company on a regular basis. We signed a contract for 12 months, after that term we will continue to pay $55 every other month without any additional price increase or commitment. Of course we can call them out for additional visits between regularly scheduled visits at no additional charge. I am finally sleeping well again in my bedroom!
Description of Work: They came and did the initial interior and exterior spraying of our home for insects. We will use them every other month from now on.

 + -1 moreTHE ONLY PROBLEM I SAW WAS THE FACT THAT THEY SENT A DIFFERENT WORKER TO DO THE WORK EVERY TIME. IT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE TO HAVE THE SAME GUY SO HE KNEW WHAT HAD BEEN DONE PREVIOUSLY. THEY DID A REALLY GOOD JOB OF KEEPING THE ANTS AT BAY.
